“I truly enjoyed my experience with Gio and Vanessa. They scheduled a meet-and-greet before the actual dog-sitting weekend, and from the very first meeting everything was straightforward and well organized. We went on a walk with Zuko, and Gio walked me through the steps that he and Vanessa take during the stay. Everything was very thorough, and I didn't feel rushed I was able to ask all my questions comfortably. Drop-off for the weekend was super easy. Zuko was already familiar with Gio, and I brought along all the things that help him feel comfortable and at home. I really appreciated that right after drop-off, Gio took Zuko on a walk around the neighborhood to help him get familiar with the surroundings and reduce anxiety. I thought that was a great strategy, and it definitely helped Zuko ease into his stay. Throughout the weekend, they kept me updated with pictures and progress updates, which I really appreciated. I had mentioned that Zuko is usually very calm during the day, and based on the updates and how pickup went, everything matched perfectly. Pickup was just as easy. I pulled up, Zuko happily jumped into the car, and he was clearly comfortable and happy with Gio as well. Overall, this was a very easy and positive experience. I appreciate them accommodating a last-minute booking. Thank you both!”

From the first conversation with Brian I felt comfortable leaving my fur babies in his care; meeting up and letting the dogs roam and get familiar was truly icing on the cake! Immediately my dogs explored his home as if it was our own (which NEVER happens) and they didn't bark at Bob or act uncomfortable while we were there. I got to know Brian and Bob and raved about the two of them to my husband as soon as I got home. Brian sent us tons of pictures during their time away from home, which kept me and my husband's worries at bay. Upon picking them up they were happy to see us but definitely were sad to have to leave. I'll most definitely be using Brian's services again in the future! 10/10 would recommend.”

About: I've taken care of pups since my daughter brought home our first baby, Cookie. We trained her to give her paw, sit, lay, and to kiss at "kiss" command. It's the cutest thing ever. She has been the Queen of the house ever since and then came along, Cinamon which is Cookie's daughter. They are best friends! Cookie had pups a while ago and we held her paw during birth and cared for her babies until they left us to our family members. Cookie is now considered a Senior but I always find ways to accommodate her needs so she can keep being the queen! We take constant walks around our neighborhood and also hang out in the big backyard. I'm currently not working; therefore, I have plenty of times to board and do drop in visits. I leave out occasionally to do grocery shopping, doctor appointments, and/or church services. I do not have a fenced yard but we do have secured long leashes to the soil which makes them feel like they are freely roaming around. We prefer to crate overnight but if your pup cannot do training for special reasons, we can accommodate. We currently have two small pups, a Yorkie and her daughter. They can be timid at first and will bark until they come down and get over the first couple minutes. We can put our babies away in separate rooms if needed be.

About: I’ve taken care of a variety of pets primarily the most experience with dogs since I was 13 years old. I’ve cared for a variety of breeds from puppies to senior dogs. Additionally I’ve also fostered and cared for cats when friends and neighbors have been away on vacation. I’ve been lucky to also own two dogs of my own, most recently Puddles. I ensure that all pets feel safe and earn their trust through regular walks, consistent schedules for meal times, snacks and tons of playtime as well. I try to stay as active with pets as possible. Furthermore I have experience caring for senior dogs that need medications and have alternative potty methods. I am happy to provide excellent care for you and your pet at any age. I currently am a freelancer looking to change direction in my career so I have flexible availability and can be available for short notices at the moment. I can provide pet care from morning til evenings. I have experience with crate training but with Puddles I took him out on walks 2-3x a day and also let him have yard access with a secured fence 2-3x a day. Each client is different so as long as I have some basic directions I usually can adjust to each pet’s needs. I know building trust and safety for our pets is super important.

“I truly enjoyed my experience with Gio and Vanessa. They scheduled a meet-and-greet before the actual dog-sitting weekend, and from the very first meeting everything was straightforward and well organized. We went on a walk with Zuko, and Gio walked me through the steps that he and Vanessa take during the stay. Everything was very thorough, and I didn't feel rushed I was able to ask all my questions comfortably. Drop-off for the weekend was super easy. Zuko was already familiar with Gio, and I brought along all the things that help him feel comfortable and at home. I really appreciated that right after drop-off, Gio took Zuko on a walk around the neighborhood to help him get familiar with the surroundings and reduce anxiety. I thought that was a great strategy, and it definitely helped Zuko ease into his stay. Throughout the weekend, they kept me updated with pictures and progress updates, which I really appreciated. I had mentioned that Zuko is usually very calm during the day, and based on the updates and how pickup went, everything matched perfectly. Pickup was just as easy. I pulled up, Zuko happily jumped into the car, and he was clearly comfortable and happy with Gio as well. Overall, this was a very easy and positive experience. I appreciate them accommodating a last-minute booking. Thank you both!”

From the first conversation with Brian I felt comfortable leaving my fur babies in his care; meeting up and letting the dogs roam and get familiar was truly icing on the cake! Immediately my dogs explored his home as if it was our own (which NEVER happens) and they didn't bark at Bob or act uncomfortable while we were there. I got to know Brian and Bob and raved about the two of them to my husband as soon as I got home. Brian sent us tons of pictures during their time away from home, which kept me and my husband's worries at bay. Upon picking them up they were happy to see us but definitely were sad to have to leave. I'll most definitely be using Brian's services again in the future! 10/10 would recommend.”
