I’m available 7 days a week and have a flexible schedule throughout the day. I can help with morning, afternoon, evening, and late-night care depending on your pet’s needs. Whether you need regular visits, last-minute help, walks, drop-ins, or extended care, I’m happy to work with your schedule whenever possible. I follow each client’s instructions closely and do my best to keep every pet’s routine consistent. I know every animal has their own personality and comfort level, so I take a patient, respectful approach to care. If your pet wants playtime, attention, or companionship, I’m happy to give that. If they are shy, anxious, independent, or simply prefer space, I’m just as comfortable keeping them company from a calm and safe distance. My goal is always to help your pet feel secure, respected, and well cared for.
About: I've been taking care of my own pets since I was eight years old. Currently I take care of my bichon and bichon poodle in my home. I have pet sat Maine Coon cats, labrador retrievers, golden retrievers, basset hounds, beagles, and german shepherds. Additionally, I have experience that ranges from puppy care to senior care. I am more than happy to do a phone call or meet in person so we can get to know each other, or stop by to meet the pups before I stay with them :) I'm working part-time right now, so I will have plenty of time for your pets! I am super flexible and don't mind getting up early/leaving late. In your home, I am more than happy to accomodate the routines for your dog and the routines of your household. It's important to me to keep the dogs safe, utilizing baby gates, shutting doors/cabinets, and having fences as needed.

Our girls have always been watched at home and they’re a big pair of ladies to accommodate, so we were a bit apprehensive. At our meet and greet Heather was fantastic. Her experience shined through; she was easygoing and patiently answered all of our questions. We decided to have a “dress rehearsal” overnight and it was a hit! The girls had a great time, we received loads of pictures and updates and when I arrived for pickup our girls were both relaxing in the den. If our girls were at ease then we’re at ease. Her home provided a warm, cozy and energetic vibe for our Poodle who is out going and craves human interaction. Lydia was not familiar with poodle grooming initially but after a quick demonstration and positive feedback she mastered it in no time. I appreciated her attention to detail, ability to communicate throughout the day and her willingness to learn how to care for specific dog breeds. It was a mutual rewarding experience and she even supervised her children doing obedience training with our pup.”
