I have always had a dog of my own and currently have 2 dogs, one 6 month old dachsund mix and the other is a 4 year old cattle dog mix. I am very passionate about helping others care for their dogs! When I was a teenager, I worked as a vet clean up tech at my local veterinarian. Everyone who knows will tell you that every time I see a dog, I always want to go pet it right away! About: I'm a 32 y/o born & raised Annapolitan living in the heart of DT, and was raised always having 2 big dogs and 2 cats at a time. As of now, I travel to the Eastern Shore once a week to help my folks take care of our beloved Piper (13 y/o grandma Weimaraner) and Rooney (8 year old tabby). You can customize either and both are the same fee. Let me know how you'd like me to spend my visit! (for example: out of a 30 minute visit — 15 minute walk, 15 minute outside play, etc.). The dog walking option does provide you with a map of our route. I'm happy to brush, feed, medicate your pets, water plants, grab the mail, clean the litter box or do simple tasks at no extra charge. I live 2 blocks away from my full time job downtown, which gives me a lot of flexibility. I’m sure to update my calendar regularly and only accept bookings that I know I can fully accommodate. About: I've recently graduated college and now have a lot of free time on my hands. I love animals so much(perhaps more than people...). I have experience in taking care of dogs of various sizes and temperaments. Growing up I've had a puggle, boxer, and now two german shepherd mixes who were adopted from shelters. I've volunteered at animal shelters where I walked, cleaned, brushed, and fed dogs. Furthermore, I've pet sat for neighbors and family members. My dogs live with my parents in Cascade, so I don't live with dogs nor other humans at my house in Annapolis. I would love to take care of your pets! I will be starting a program that runs from M-F 9-3:30 soon, but am available after 3:30 M-F and all day on Saturdays/Sundays. I could walk, feed, or let out your pets before 9 as well. The M-F schedule will change come the end of July which would give me more availability on those days. When I'm at my parent's house, I let my dogs out in the mornings, feed them breakfast and dinner, give them medicine, go on walks/hikes, practice tricks and obedience tasks with them, and play with them. About: When it comes to my pet care experience I have always had a pet at home. I thoroughly enjoy being around animals therefore, this affords me the opportunity to enjoy my work. For drop-in visits after I have exercised the dog by taking it out I will remain in the home to play with the dog so they have the opportunity to release more energy. When housesitting I respect the rules of the owners house and make sure that when my time is finished the house is the way they left it. Prior to walking the dog I will ask the owner what to anticipate. Also if they have a preferred route for the dog's comfort. I also like to know how the owner rewards their pet so there is consistency between the owner and myself. I am working M-F from 7AM-4PM, so I am available to do evenings and weekends. I'd prefer weekends as I am more available for multiple drop ins or can be with your dog easier. I generally like to follow the rules of the owner. I am super respectful and do not want to do anything the owner wouldn't do for their dog themselves. I am very good at following rules and would never take it upon myself to decide things for the pet without consulting with the owner first.

I currently live with one dog in the house, and I care for him alone on weekdays, including administering medications when needed. I also have experience taking care of other types of animals - I am versatile and flexible. I care for my own pet during the weekdays, but for most of the week he uses a daycare service, leaving me free to spend longer amounts of time elsewhere. He is also older and okay with being left in the house for a few hours even when I'm the only one watching him. About: Dog mom to a friendly 3-year-old Lab mix and passionate about providing loving, attentive care. I’ve owned a dog for the past 12 years, but grew up caring for my friends and neighbors pets. Your pup will enjoy plenty of attention, walks on the Baltimore & Annapolis Trail, or relaxed time in our fenced backyard. We have a secure fenced-in backyard where dogs can safely play, explore, and enjoy time outdoors. We have indoor cameras to monitor the house while we are at work. Our friendly 3-year-old Lab mix loves meeting new canine friends and provides great companionship for visiting dogs. I carefully supervise all interactions and make sure each dog feels comfortable in our home. We have an 11 year old and 6 year old that both grew up with a dog and are very caring and respectful of boundaries. They will be supervised while with your dog. Whether your pup enjoys active play, relaxing in the yard, or extra attention and cuddles, they’ll be treated like a member of the family in a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment.
About: As stated, I have an 8 almost 8 year old German Shepherd myself. I’ve trained him myself to be quite obedient off leash, to listen well, and overall he’s very well behaved. I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, turtles and more so I know my way around animals. I’m currently enlisted in the United States Navy. I work at the Naval Academy typically from around 9 in the morning to about 3pm most days. I’m also married with two kids and my wife is a stay at home mom who can also look after your furry friends as well. I don’t work weekends so I’m always available during the weekends and can be flexible throughout the week as well. At my home my dog is never crated he is always out and house trained. However, when looking after your fur babies if they need to be crated I have no issue catering to your needs. I don’t have a yard but we have a massive field and live in a circle so long walks are always a must. Whatever the needs of your fur babies, I can take care of those from daily dog walking, spending and playing time with your animals, staying over night at yours/my place, and giving g medicine if needed.
About: I have grown up with medium to large sized dogs my whole life. I have experience with very friendly dogs and dogs that cannot play with others as well as puppies to older dogs. I have cared for my own pets and friends while growing up and can be trusted with any task to ensure your pets needs and safety! I can offer dog walking in the mornings (7-9am) or afternoons (4-7pm) during the week or anytime during the weekends. I am available on the weekends to check-in or stay with your animal overnight as well. I can check-in and care for your animal during the day or overnight at clients homes. I will ensure your pet is fed, walked, bathed, played with and let outside for their needs. I am comfortable with any specific instructions from the owners as well (medication that needs to be taken, crate training, etc).
