He did phenomenal with him giving me updates and texts with photos. Made me feel at ease. I had just recently moved to the area and knew nobody had to be an away for a long weekend which required a need for Bandit to be in care. This was just what I was looking for. “Kate was wonderful and Mr. Peanut settled in quite quickly with her AND her two own dogs. Peanut is very picky at who he likes and doesn't like. But he got along with the pack and as a doggie mom, that made me feel good. I will definitely use Kate again. As far as the Rover website, there looks to be some logistical issues. On my screen, it told me Kate was 82miles away, but a 30min drive. Please get that fixed. Rover for me was hard to use. I like simple. But Rover has all these twists and turns. For example, I was not allowed to just message sitters. I was forced to pick dates. I had been looking for a new babysitter for Mr. Peanut since we just moved, but Rover made me wait til I needed someone asap, which made my experience stressful. Not good. We should be able to meet and talk to these folks before we book. After all, we are parents, and we all should be allowed to interview these sitters much like we would if they were our human children. Thankfully Kate worked out. But it could have gone a lot smoother. Thanks Kate (and daughter!)”

About: I was a cat sitter during my first few years of high school. My neighbor was out of state and asked me to take care of her cat. During this time, I would visit at minimum, three times a day to make sure the cat had food and water, had some playtime, and to clean and freshen the litter box. We came to Ocean City on vacation and quickly realized that Nella was a little stressed with all the people around and we didn’t feel right leaving her alone when we went out. We soon found Jill who put our minds at ease and responded to our request almost instantly. She has been extremely accommodating with our schedule and had truly saved our vacation. We were able to enjoy ourselves knowing Nella was not only having a blast but was in great hands. We were sent photos and videos of Nella through out the day which really makes a difference. At the end of the day, she would send Nella home with little treats and even toys that she knew Nella enjoyed. About: Im a very active person and an avid animal lover. I was raised with animals from dogs to cats. Communication is key. I have experienced with many animals, and well equipped with knowledge and patience for any animal you have. Meet and greet are not necessarily but greatly preferred. I currently work from 7:30am till 3:30pm Monday through Friday. I’m usually free on weekends. If you needed someone last minute. I’m willing to stay with your animal as well. If it means getting up early to take a walk, that's what will happen. If I means getting out later in the afternoon for a walk, tha will be fine too. While watching your pets in your home, I will always make sure I keep a watchful eye over them. I typically like to stay in an area that is open enough where I can see everything, but closed enough where the animal won't be out of site.

About: Hello! My name is Kayla and I am a dedicated animal lover. I have an intense passion for animals that stems from being surround by them at a young age. In my free time I like to learn details about different dog breeds such as the best environment for them, common health issues, grooming needs, and training methods. This hobby came in handy when I decided to pursue an education to become a veterinary technician. Here's what I offer when it comes to dog walking. Having my own supplies I am always prepared to scoop up some poop. I will use the entire 30 minutes to allow your dog adequate time to use the restroom. During that 30 minutes we're going to burn some energy with intense playtime. This will allow your dog stimulation helping your dog to calm down without having too much pent up energy while you're away. When it comes to Drop-In Visits it is similar to a walk but here's how they differ. With a visit I will be able to refill your pets water or food dish while you're away. If you have cats I can ensure their needs are taken care of such as cleaning litter boxes. Finally, I can take care of some simple household tasks. (I.E. Putting trash out and up to the curb) Furthermore, I am willing to provide training. Depending on your preference I can do clicker, treat, or a combination of both trainings. I can teach your dog fundamental commands such as sit, leave it, kennel up, and come. Thank you for your time. Feel free to send a request and I'll see what I can do for you. Your pet will be in safe hands. I will follow your instructions on how you want the pet handled. Such as if you want your pet outside for most of the visit then I will do so.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life and have helped care for pets for friends and family. I'm reliable, follow routines, and enjoy spending time with animals. I work at a restaurant with a changing schedule, but I'm usually available during the day and keep my Rover calendar updated each week to reflect my availability. I always follow the owner's instructions and stick to each pet's normal routine. I'll make sure they have fresh water, meals on schedule, exercise, and plenty of attention. I also keep the home clean, secure, and send updates so owners know how their pet is doing.

About: I’ve taken care of basically any type of dog in my decade of taking care pets. He did phenomenal with him giving me updates and texts with photos. Made me feel at ease. I had just recently moved to the area and knew nobody had to be an away for a long weekend which required a need for Bandit to be in care. This was just what I was looking for. “Amy is an angle. She was so down to earth and I felt at ease leaning my boy with her. She kept me updated throughout the entire day with pictures and videos. She took my baby on an adventure with lots of trips and care rides which he loves. I told her what he likes and didn’t and she made sure to do all the things he loves. About: I currently have a cat and a golden retriever and would love to help you take care of your dog while you are in need. I work from home Monday through Friday so my schedule allows me to be very flexible for potty breaks and general playtime while I'm taking care of your best friend. We have over 3/4 of an acre of property and are also located in the heart of Berlin...So a walk or outside playtime is no problem.
