“We have just recently moved to Ocean Pines, MD. So we have few contacts as yet. We needed a dogsitter to keep our Maltese/Yorkie mix (aka "Morkie") Finley for a month while we will be in Europe this summer. It's the longest we have been away from him, and we needed to find dogsitters we trusted. We found Bill and Margit on Rover and decided to try them for an overnight with our dog. It went exceedingly well. They sent photos of Finley relaxing on the sofa and bed, and getting along great with them and their other dogs. About: I have taken care of kinds of dogs of all ages! I believe that animals are kinder than people and deserve the world. My parents own a Rottweiler mix and a Boxer mix, and my sister owns a Pitbull mix, so I am comfortable and familiar with the bully breeds. I am very active myself and love when I have a dog to accompany me on my own walks and daily activities (within the limits of the dog of course). I currently work part time in a restaurant, but I have plenty of time in my schedule to care for some animals! With enough notice, I am able to house sit, or have your dog stay at my house! My schedule is highly flexible for longer visits, or even just a short walk in the middle of your work day to give your pet a break. My home is quite large and has no hazards to any animal. If your pet was to stay with me, I have experience with dogs who are crate trained, but do not have a crate of my own, since my dogs are at my parents house. I also live with 3 animal loving roommates, so your dog would never be alone. I have a small front yard for quick trips to the bathroom, but live in a highly walkable area with dog parks and bigger greenspaces within walking distance for your pets pleasure. I love playing tug of war, or fetch with any puppy, and giving constant attention when I am caring for pets.

I work from home Monday through Friday so my schedule allows me to be very flexible for potty breaks and general playtime while I'm taking care of your best friend. We have over 3/4 of an acre of property and are also located in the heart of Berlin...So a walk or outside playtime is no problem.

I have an enclosed backyard patio with some dirt area for the bathroom and concrete to sun bathe. I also have a roof top deck fenced in if it’s a nice day for sun and breeze. I live in a really dog friendly neighborhood and have 3 floors for stretching their legs. I have a spare bedroom for anyone to relax in and an indoor camera to see monitor I am at home full time to pet sit and am able to maintain timely health care, recreation, feedings for your loved furry loved ones. About: I’m a recently retired teacher/administrator with some time. I am very active, and I’ve taken care of my dogs and cats my whole life. I have had five collies over the last 35 years and two cats. I also grew up with a German Shepherd. I am recently retired, so I am pretty flexible to arrange care any day of the week, with some notice. I do prefer some notice to be organized with my calendar. I don’t currently care for other pets in my home, but am happy to walk and play with pets in others’ homes. I have always had mid-sized to larger dogs, and are comfortable around them.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 12 when I got my first dog, a Yorkie. Shortly there after,I started learning the responsibilities of taking care of a dog. Over the years, I've watched friends and family's animals. I currently have an amazing Husky/Lab mix, going on 5 years old and a 1 year old ferret. My dogs personality is mostly Husky, so I am very familiar with their character, sassy attitude and high maintenance personality ♥ He is my only dog. I take him to the beach daily. I love it when there are other dogs, he loves to play and swim with them. I'm always looking for doggy play dates for him. I have 10 years experience with exotics, specifically ferrets.❤️ I currently work professionally as a Certified Death and Eldercare Doula.I am a non medical holistic Practitioner. I work as part of the hospice team helping & supporting patients and their families creating a beautiful end of life experience. I also actively volunteer with families at Coastal Hospice. My specialty is helping Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. I work part time 3 to 4 nights a week as a server at a popular local restaurant. I can be very flexible on my available days. I love ❤️ all animals . I would welcome and be advised by the client on how they would like things handled in their home with regards to the care of their fur babies.
About: I was born and raised in the area, graduated from Stephen Decatur High school. I have experience with all different dog breeds, cats and many other animals. i’m very responsible with animals due to my passion and love for them. i love every breed. About: I have taken care of kinds of dogs of all ages! I believe that animals are kinder than people and deserve the world. My parents own a Rottweiler mix and a Boxer mix, and my sister owns a Pitbull mix, so I am comfortable and familiar with the bully breeds. I am very active myself and love when I have a dog to accompany me on my own walks and daily activities (within the limits of the dog of course). I currently work part time in a restaurant, but I have plenty of time in my schedule to care for some animals! With enough notice, I am able to house sit, or have your dog stay at my house! My schedule is highly flexible for longer visits, or even just a short walk in the middle of your work day to give your pet a break. My home is quite large and has no hazards to any animal. If your pet was to stay with me, I have experience with dogs who are crate trained, but do not have a crate of my own, since my dogs are at my parents house. I also live with 3 animal loving roommates, so your dog would never be alone. I have a small front yard for quick trips to the bathroom, but live in a highly walkable area with dog parks and bigger greenspaces within walking distance for your pets pleasure. I love playing tug of war, or fetch with any puppy, and giving constant attention when I am caring for pets.

About: I currently have a cat and a golden retriever and would love to help you take care of your dog while you are in need. I work from home Monday through Friday so my schedule allows me to be very flexible for potty breaks and general playtime while I'm taking care of your best friend. We have over 3/4 of an acre of property and are also located in the heart of Berlin...So a walk or outside playtime is no problem.

About: Ive been taking care of little to small pups ever since a little girl. Our family has had breeds anywhere from chihuahuas to lab to boxer. Im looking forward to meeting new pups, as well as giving them the exercise and cuddles they need or desire. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out anytime! I love puppies, so anytime is puppy time. But, I'm currently available only early mornings, mid day and evenings. I do have a child at home so that will have to be taken into consideration. I work a 8-4 schedule, but I am free to leave if I absolutely need to. I can definitely do grooming. Your pet will be fed based on owners normal schedule. Dogs can be let out ever 2-6 hours depending on availability. Any rule you apply for your pet to adhere to, I will delegate that.
About: I have always had pets in life (dogs, cats, rabbit, hamsters, fish) and even adopted a dog to live with me when I was in college. The majority of my experience is with dogs and it spans all sizes and breads (from an 8-pound Maltese to a 70+ pound American Staffordshire Terrier). Over the last few years, I have worked with several animal shelters and opened my house to foster pets in need. During this time I have worked to train puppies and taken care of pets that required special attention due to illnesses. I have recently retired and now have plenty of time to live the dream of caring for and playing all day with your fur children. I live on a pet friendly street (cul-de-sac) and my house is properly secure to keep pets safe (gates, crates if needed) and happily engaged in activities.
