I honestly don’t think Dodger realized he was being “boarded.” He thought he was on vacation with his new cousins, new uncles, and his new favorite person on earth (Dan 😆). From the minute we dropped him off, Jess was so reassuring and kind. She sent constant updates, pictures, and little stories that made my heart feel so much better. And not just “here’s your dog existing” pictures…NO. We’re talking: *Dodger cuddling her husband like they’ve been best buds for 10 years *Dodger snuggled up with her youngest like they were watching Saturday morning cartoons *Dodger and Tanner acting like long-lost brothers reunited *Dodger eating, relaxing, wagging his tail like a helicopter blade *Dodger getting a whole spa bath after rolling in the yard mud 😭💀 He even chewed through a Kong, which honestly deserves its own award. I warned her he was a super chewer, but I don’t think ANYONE was ready for him to destroy the “indestructible” toy. She just laughed and sent pictures like, “Welp, he’s having the time of his life.” 😂 The whole time she made sure I felt comfortable…even when my baby stole my phone and I panicked thinking I missed messages 😅 She was patient, flexible, and genuinely cared about him AND about us. Dodger came home happy, clean, tired, and FULL of love. His tail literally didn’t stop wagging the entire stay. And I’m pretty sure he thinks Jess’s house is his second home now…which I’m honestly fine with, because I know he’s safe and adored there. Jess and her whole family are wonderful, warm people. They treated Dodger like he belonged with them, and that’s all a dog mom could ever want. We will definitely be booking again (unless Dan steals him permanently 😂). Our neighbor uses her as well for their Yorkie and are very pleased with the care they’ve received. The bonus for us, she’s a stay at home mom and Cody was not left alone all day. About: Hi there! For your consideration, a human who is fit and able to be there for your pet(s) when you can't be. I have been taking care of animals my entire life - it starts early on a farm. After many years in retail and then the lumber industry, I have decided to work for myself and advance in pet care where I truly thrive. From mice to horses I've done it all! About: I have two fur babies of my own! They are spoiled rotten. Their names are Rainy and Stormy . I am well trained in giving oral medications as I had a fur baby that had congestive heart failure for 4 years whom also was a senior dog when he passed at 18 years old. I have taken care of other people’s dogs and cats. Where they are treated like my babies while here as well and get spoiled and lots of attention. I work from home and care for my grandmother so I will home with them at all times. I can administrate pills/medicine if needed. I am able to take the dogs out whenever it is needed. If they wanna chill & sleep, that’s fine with me, but if they’re really active & need to play, I will play fetch & tug-o-war for hours on end. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. As a SAHM with a few part-time gigs, I’m available most weekdays and weekends. About: I grew up on a 25 acre cow farm. As a child I had every pet imaginable. As a mother I allowed my children to experience owning pets. My 2 youngest grown children have dogs and they are my grand dogs lol. We are a horse family. I have a degree in education and have been a teacher for ever. If I can be trusted with children then you can certainly trust me with you pets. I currently don’t have any pets due to where I live. The landlord is strict on the no pets policy. I know it’s a bummer 👎 All my children are grown so I have evenings and weekends free 👍 I know pets can be considered as a family member so I will take care of them as if they are my own children. I will provide plenty of extra love and kisses.
About: i’ve had pets my whole life and adore taking care of them. I also take care of my friends animals which include bunnies, lizards, cats and dogs when she needs me as she’s out of town often. I’m a full time stay at home mom so I am pretty much always available as I have multiple people who I live with who can look after my child anytime when needed! I have a Yorkie at home who is friendly with any other animals and long leashes outside for any dogs needed to spend time outside safe and secure

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t know how to explain this except: Jess is basically Dodger’s second family now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re looking for the type of sitter who treats your dog like FAMILY…like actual family…Jess is the one. I honestly don’t think Dodger realized he was being “boarded.” He thought he was on vacation with his new cousins, new uncles, and his new favorite person on earth (Dan 😆). From the minute we dropped him off, Jess was so reassuring and kind. She sent constant updates, pictures, and little stories that made my heart feel so much better. And not just “here’s your dog existing” pictures…NO. We’re talking: *Dodger cuddling her husband like they’ve been best buds for 10 years *Dodger snuggled up with her youngest like they were watching Saturday morning cartoons *Dodger and Tanner acting like long-lost brothers reunited *Dodger eating, relaxing, wagging his tail like a helicopter blade *Dodger getting a whole spa bath after rolling in the yard mud 😭💀 He even chewed through a Kong, which honestly deserves its own award. I warned her he was a super chewer, but I don’t think ANYONE was ready for him to destroy the “indestructible” toy. She just laughed and sent pictures like, “Welp, he’s having the time of his life.” 😂 The whole time she made sure I felt comfortable…even when my baby stole my phone and I panicked thinking I missed messages 😅 She was patient, flexible, and genuinely cared about him AND about us. Dodger came home happy, clean, tired, and FULL of love. His tail literally didn’t stop wagging the entire stay. And I’m pretty sure he thinks Jess’s house is his second home now…which I’m honestly fine with, because I know he’s safe and adored there. Jess and her whole family are wonderful, warm people. They treated Dodger like he belonged with them, and that’s all a dog mom could ever want. We will definitely be booking again (unless Dan steals him permanently 😂). Thank you, Jess, for loving our boy so well. He misses you all already! ❤️🐾 P.s thank you for being so accommodating and helpful with his bath, I loved getting to pick him up early and snuggle him with us the moment he came home🥹💕”
