She is warm and friendly and her property is huge with all of the makings for a great time for dogs! Spacious and large grassed and fenced areas for playtime! Heather D graciously shared photos of Tucker having the time of his life. Tucker is a friendly dog and gets along with all animals he encounters so we were thrilled he’d have playmates with our visiting dogs. Fantastic photo moments of him running and playing with other dogs and some of the quieter moments like sitting on the couch watching TV with Heather D’s family. Her property was safe and clean and truly ideal for what she provides for boarding. I’d highly recommend Heather D and Tucker looks forward to spending time there again! 5 stars :)”

“Benny has been to Rodney’s house twice- once for doggy day care and once for boarding. He had a blast there and had tons of fun romping around with Rodney’s pups. Rodney accommodated a slightly different pickup due to ice and snow, which I greatly appreciated. Rodney also didn’t have a problem wiping off Benny’s paws (he had an allergic reaction to some treats right before he went), and his paws looked better when we picked him up. At other boarding facilities when this has happened (we are constantly fighting his allergies as we learn what he can/can’t eat), he has always come home in worse shape than when we left. Not at Rodney’s house. He received loving care during his stay and it showed! We also got tons of pictures from Benny’s stay. Thanks Rodney!”

About: I have been passionate about dogs ever since I was a child but because experienced working with dogs and cats (and some bunnies) while working for the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. I was a veterinarian assistant for one year and then became an adoptions Manager for three years. This was the most fulfilling experience of my adult life, being able to help animals and the community daily. I recently lost my closest companion, Xander, about a month ago. He was 13 years old and I had him since he walked into the humane society at two months old. Through him I gained even more experience with aging dogs, medical care and many behavioral changes as he aged. While using positive reinforcement training we navigated 6 military moves, life adaptions to aging and the introduction of two kittens. I will take all this experience and use it to provide the same amount of love an attention for you furry family members as I did for Xander. I am currently unemployed and have most days free as well as can stay over night or board animals in my home. I have a very flexible schedule and am happy to work with any clients schedule as needed. I currently only have two cats in my home, so I’m able to provide boarding for cat friendly animals. I have a fenced in back yard and am usually not gone from the house for more than four hours. I also am available for staying over nights at clients houses for a more comfortable experience for everyone in the family.

Tam has abandonment issues and can be a bit shy especially when in a new environment & me being the over enthusiastic cat mama that I am, can be worried leaving her for such long periods of time. Alexis was THE ABSOLUTE BEST in helping ease my heart and mind as I went away for the week. She sent me SEVERAL detailed updates daily with lots of photos and by the end of the trip Tam was following Alexis around the house (which means she’s extra comfortable!) Alexis was sweet enough to give Tam her own private space in the guest room but also gave her the option to roam free if she’d like (tam loves her solitude), lots of playtime, lots of patience and lots of love I would absolutely book with Alexis again! About: While I have no cats of my own, I've been around these sweet creatures my whole life! From barn cats to itty bitty foster kittens, to the skittish and "velcro" cats. I'm experienced with giving cats injections for things such as diabetes and oral medications for heart troubles. “Chelsea and her family are awesome. They treat your furbaby as theirs and gives them lots of cuddles and exercise. We had a very busy and hectic schedule during our visit with family up in the York/Hanover area, Chelsea worked with us each day on our drop off and pick up times which allowed us to spend time with our grandkids without being rushed or stressed about our furbaby Rascal. We were updated with text and pictures from Chelsea each day she had Rascal. One of our concerns was Rascal doesn't like being crated and Chelsea let us up front she doesn't crate dogs. She allows them to be on her furniture and has dog beds for them to lay on as well. She takes them out for walks and potty breaks and Rascal seems extremely happy when he was with Chelsea and her family. If we lived in the area we would use Chelsea again and again. We are very grateful to have found Chelsea for our furbaby Rascal, she was so good to him. We highly recommend you choosing Chelsea to watch your furbaby.”

About: I've been around animals my whole life. From the littlest of fish, to the largest of cows and other farm animals! I have 3 dogs of my own, two Colorado mountain dogs and a medium pittie mix. I also have 4 geckoes (2 leopards, a giant Madagascar day gecko, and my newest boy, a harlequin crested gecko!). I've dog-sat little dogs, big dogs, disabled and elderly dogs, as well as young pups and households with multiple animals! I will give you the best care, whether it be for your pets, home, or more! Right now I work part-time at a bakery on Sundays, and I am also a full-time college student! Thankfully, my schedule is very flexible and my attention will solely be on your furry friends. I always make sure to keep my client's homes clean and organized, and pay special attention to any extra tasks I'm giving, such as watering plants (I have dozens of plant babies!), changing the temperature, emptying dehumidifiers, and retrieving packages. He was 13 years old and I had him since he walked into the humane society at two months old. Through him I gained even more experience with aging dogs, medical care and many behavioral changes as he aged. While using positive reinforcement training we navigated 6 military moves, life adaptions to aging and the introduction of two kittens. I will take all this experience and use it to provide the same amount of love an attention for you furry family members as I did for Xander. I am currently unemployed and have most days free as well as can stay over night or board animals in my home. I have a very flexible schedule and am happy to work with any clients schedule as needed. I currently only have two cats in my home, so I’m able to provide boarding for cat friendly animals. I have a fenced in back yard and am usually not gone from the house for more than four hours. I also am available for staying over nights at clients houses for a more comfortable experience for everyone in the family.

“Benny has been to Rodney’s house twice- once for doggy day care and once for boarding. He had a blast there and had tons of fun romping around with Rodney’s pups. Rodney accommodated a slightly different pickup due to ice and snow, which I greatly appreciated. Rodney also didn’t have a problem wiping off Benny’s paws (he had an allergic reaction to some treats right before he went), and his paws looked better when we picked him up. At other boarding facilities when this has happened (we are constantly fighting his allergies as we learn what he can/can’t eat), he has always come home in worse shape than when we left. Not at Rodney’s house. He received loving care during his stay and it showed! We also got tons of pictures from Benny’s stay. Thanks Rodney!”
