As he spent the majority of his life as a puppy mill papa, Remi can be challenging. As a teacher and a mom, Danielle had the skills and patience to work with him. She kept us updated throughout the weekend and it was easy to see the Remi was happy and content. I’m fairly certain Remi didn’t want to come home !! We couldn’t be happier to have found someone to care for our dog like one of her own! Next time we need somebody to care for our pup, she will absolutely be our first call!”

So the day of drop of was "effortless" she focused just on Jax to give him time to "explore", after that she updated me often with pictures and let's just say " NOT SURE IF THIS DUDE MISSED HIS MOMMA" as much as I missed him. She got along very well with their dog. I received lots of photos throughout the weekend I was gone. About: I’ve been dog walking and sitting for neighbors since I was 12 years old. I’ve dog sat multiple types of dogs. I’ve done dog walking, check-in & potty break visits, and I’ve stayed at a clients home for long periods of time (5+ days) to be with their pups. I’ve also been tasked with administering insulin shots to dogs before. And I have a lot of experience with dogs that have anxiety, whether with new people, thunderstorms, or anything else, as I have one myself and a long remaining client of mine does as well. I’ve always loved dogs, having grown up having 2 smaller dogs myself. I am hoping to do pet sitting as a new permanent business, so I will have nothing but time to look after your pets! I will schedule out days and time periods based on client necessity and to provide the optimal care for your pets. Because I have two dogs myself, one of which has severe people and other animal anxiety, which for the safety of your pets and mine means I am unable to bring any pets into my home as of current. However, I’ve stayed at the homes of clients before to be with their pups while they’re away. I feed them every morning and night or make sure the food bowl is full depending on how the client feeds their dogs. I give them any medicine or joint tablets that they need to be well. I let them out multiple times a day whenever they need it. And I try to play with and pet them as much as I can while I’m there so they don’t miss their humans too much. I will even take them on a walk if allowed.

During this time, I would visit at minimum, three times a day to make sure the cat had food and water, had some playtime, and to clean and freshen the litter box. About: I love animals. I have lots of cat experience and a bit less dog experience. I love to pet sit for my friends when they go out of town and I enjoy walking dogs for my daily exercise. My favorite thing to do these days is to stay home and watch movies with my cat or my parents’ 3-legged dog. I’m very attentive to the needs of animals to include their safety, cleanliness and health. I’m a nurse and I work 12 hour shifts. This means my schedule gives me more days off during the week when compared to a 9-5 job, but my schedule is not the same each week. If we schedule pet sitting in advance, this is what I would prefer. Last minute appointments would be fine too if I am off work for the day. I’m a bit of a night owl so weird hours are fine too. I have a fenced back yard and have hosted puppies before that I was fostering for a local rescue. I have a cat so dog friendly cats are preferred if you want them to stay over at my place. I can also stay at your place if preferred. I have a car
About: I’ve taken care of many animals throughout my teen to adult years. I volunteered at a rescue taking care of mostly the cats. I’ve previously helped rescue kittens and dogs. I’ve always had animals around me. I’m a very big animal lover. I currently have 2 cats and 2 dogs and cat sit a kitten from time to time. I give the cats baths maybe once a month and the dogs weekly and I routinely walk the dogs. I watch the dogs while they’re outside while also giving them extra love. I love taking dogs on walks. I play with cats and even bring along toys that I know my cats love.
About: I genuinely love animals. I grew up with two dogs and a cat. I’ve watched over other family dogs and cats for weeks and even months at a time. I work at most 6 hour shifts per day and 4 days per week so I have plenty of free time for play, walking and cuddles. I currently live with one pup who I walk daily before work and we love going on hikes or to the lake on a nice day
