She’s an excellent communicator with daily updates including pictures/videos. I cannot say enough good things about her. They kept all of Molly’s routines the same and treated her like one of their own. I was new to Rover and was apprehensive at first, but with Diana, you do you not need to worry at all. “She had done greet with our dog lili she is about a year and six months old no issues at all very knowledgeable of dogs in their situations as well as understanding their behavior with no issues she took care of my dog and my dog played with her dog so now my dog has a friend they went to the park together and everything and she bought my dog back, clean safe and sound no issues Thank you very much once again for watching her for the five days. Randi was very responsive from day 1. She set up a meet and greet and we were able to see if our dogs were compatible. We booked with Randi for 7 nights. She sent photos and reassured me that my dog was doing well and was very comfortable. I felt that my 1 year old puppy was in great hands with her. We will definitely rebook!!!”
