About: I began seeking clients on Rover in the summer of 2025 as a way to make some more money for college and I love animals so I figured “why not!” - I found myself really bonding with every dog/cat I watched and cared for them as my own. I accept as many jobs as I possibly can because I understand the importance of having someone stay with your fur babies who knows how to care for them in all aspects. My 7 month old puppy died due to negligence from his pet sitter and got hit by a car. Due to that experience, I have shifted my focus to mainly Rover, hoping I can provide families with the comfort and assurance that I will care for their animals with the respect and love they all deserve. I have experience with all kinds of animals (even bunnies, horses, fish, and more!) I was a working student from the ages of 10-15 years old and have my own horse so big dogs don’t scare me. I know how to deal with skittish or aggressive dogs because I had to learn to groom my own goldendoodle as he got older and became unpredictable due to dementia. It is important for me to make sure the animals I look after feel heard, are never left alone for too long, and have fun during my time with them! My regular daycare for Lilly was all booked up for spring break and I was stressed about finding an alternative, but it turns out I am so happy 😀 they were fully booked because we met Victoria and Duchess and we are just so impressed with her care. Multiple walks per day, lots of fetch and cuddles, and she even gifted us some super cute dog cookies in the shape of a corgi at the end of the week!! He made sure the plan for Lem was super clear beforehand, which I especially appreciated since the schedule I gave him to complement my friend's visit schedule was not perfectly regular, and he didn't miss a visit! He also had to deal with a terrible cold spell, but when he couldn't walk Lemon for more than 5 minutes at a time (about all she can tolerate when it's that cold), he took her for two short walks to make sure she did all her business and then played ball with her in the house. “Jim and Mary were awesome with our pup. They sent me pictures throughout his stay so I could see how he was doing. He was very comfortable with them and when we picked him up, he acted the same as the dog we had left. (we had previous experiences where he was skittish for a few days after staying with a previous dog sitter) Jim and Mary treated our Camden as if he were their dog. I would be comfortable leaving our dog with them anytime and plan to use them again in the future. I highly recommend them!”
“Mann came back home nice and relaxed he didn’t even want to go for a walk which is not normal for him. He must have had plenty of exercise. I received pictures and updates everyday. I will definitely rebook again.”
