She communicated well and took wonderful care of our babies giving them lots of love and treats. To top things off, she is trained on how to give a cat an inhaler which was a big plus for us. Our youngest kitty, Harvest has asthma. While it is controlled and him not having the inhaler for a few days was not a big deal it gave me such peace of mind knowing he was still getting his medicine while we were away. “This was our first time using Rover and we were so fortunate to have found Sarah. From our initial contact it was clear - she was all about dogs. Our Trevor was a rescue who is still very anxious. He hasn’t been boarded in 4 years, so we were very apprehensive about the experience. But Sarah put us and Trevor at ease. He fit right into their family.
