We live on a small farm in rural Western Maryland, about 20 minutes west of Frederick. We have experience with all kinds of animal care, from horses, cows, goats, sheep, and poultry. We are currently able to provide drop-in visits for dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals, as well as house or farm sitting, and in home boarding, as well as hourly dog park style use of our large fenced yard. Your pets will be a happy addition to our family in our home! Our whole property is fenced by 4 ft or taller board and wire fencing, with smaller areas sectioned off in the front and back yards. The driveway is gated and secure. We want your pets to feel as safe as our own. Leah and Andrew are both available for petsitting services. I’ve always had dogs and have taken care of family/friends/neighbors’ dogs when needed. I offer boarding, walks, a fenced in yard and socialization with my children and my own pets. I'm more familiar with dogs and cats but I can also take care of other pets you might have including fish, hamsters and even chickens! Whether you have 1 pet or 3, need overnight care or just a walk, your pets are in great hands! I just graduated college, so this is one of the few small jobs in doing at the moment. About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. I look out for them. I believe exercise is critical. I care about their comfort and nutrition, including constant fresh water! I like to have notes on personalities and habits of the dogs I care for so as to help the animal feel comfortable. I prefer dogs that have been crate trained or trained for healthy habits. A crate is a necessary tool and a dog should feel safe in a crate. If I need to step out for any reason, your dog will be put in a crate for their safety (or your preferred method). Favorite toys and bedding is encouraged. Please know that your dog is safe and cared for while in my supervision. I'm home most of the day with the exception of a few hours(3-3 1/2) so, your dog will have my attention and care! Besides, all dogs need naps, right? :-) Holiday rates will apply to all of my services. Mostly retired. Why not use my time to care for wonderful animals? I currently have 3 cats. My dogs are gone but not forgotten, r.i.p. ♥ I have a fenced yard and a cat-tio. Safety is utmost important to me while caring for animals. Trust me, I care immensely. No worries.

“Amazing!!! Samantha and her family watched our corgi, Momo, for two whole weeks. We got daily pictures and videos and updates, which we LOVED. She took great care of him and treated him like her own <3 He really fell in love with them (and with Winston, their friendly family dog). I’m not sure Momo wanted to come home hahaha. Best experience I could’ve asked for!”
