Winky can be super shy at first, so I always get nervous leaving him with someone new, but he got comfortable with Huey so quickly it was amazing! She has two super friendly dogs of her own(a little bichon and a corgi), and they got along so well with Winky which is awesome. She also sent me updates and photos during the stay and it looked like he was completely relaxed and having the best time. I also added on grooming during his stay, since she’s also a home based groomer and did such an amazing job(she told me she has 20 years of grooming experience!!) Winky came home looking so clean and adorable with the cutest haircut! You can really tell she has a ton of experience with dogs and genuinely cares about them. “Ebot responded to my booking request quickly & was also very polite with his communications. Jäger didn’t finish his two days booked with him. I don’t think it was a great fit for Jäger & think ebot would do best caring for dogs who don’t mind being crated and are smaller in size who also don’t mind being left. Apparently my dog displayed anxious behaviors he has never displayed before in his 4 years of rover daycares but I think it just wasn’t the best fit. Love ebot’s energy & personality though & wish him the best of luck! I think he’ll do great with other pups”
About: I’ve had dogs since I was young. I grew up on a farm with lots of animals and have trained many puppies and older dogs alike. All my dogs have been rescues so I’m very familiar with dogs that have come from bad situations and dogs that are misunderstood because of their breeds. I’ve always had dogs of different sizes, breeds and temperaments. I’m always the first person my friends and family go to when they need some extra help with t dogs or just need someone to watch them while on vacation. I live on 10 acres which is perfect for those dogs that love off leash time but don’t get a lot, I love exploring new areas and have assisted in training dogs while in the military. I’m currently working part time and looking for a way to get out of the house more often and help people with their pets needs. As a dog and cat owner I know how important exercise is and that some people just don’t have the time to take their dogs on proper walks while they are at work. I live on ten acres and can offer a safe environment for dogs to safely play in, I have extra long leads so if your pup isn’t quite off leash trained they can still have an amazing experience with the long leads and all the land. I always follow whatever instructions are left for me as I know how important routines can be for a pet!

“My dog can be fear reactive when meeting new people but this was not the case at our meet and greet with Joann - Hazel was very comfortable with her, and even put her paws on Joann in a manner that suggested to me she really liked her. When I dropped her off for day care I watched as Hazel sidled over to her and stayed calmly at her side as I departed. Joann’s home is spacious and clean, and her fenced in backyard is a great feature. Hazel seemed to truly enjoy her time with Joann and we will certainly return for future care needs.”

I recently adopted my cat, Louisville aka Louis, so I know how important it is to trust the person coming into your space. In your home, I’m very respectful of routines and will follow instructions closely to keep things consistent and low-stress. I take my time building trust, especially with shy or anxious pets (and cats who like to take their time warming up). “Andrea is the perfect sitter! I appreciated her flexibility with drop off and pick up times and her very calm, personable and welcoming demeanor. Sarge loved being at her house and was already exploring the house by the time I left. Andrea made sure he had all the comforts of home and even got him to sleep in a dog bed that she provided. When I picked him up, he was very content and in no hurry to go home. I have already booked another stay, as I know Sarge will be in good care with Andrea.”
