About: Hi I’m Jess and I am very much a “dog person”. I was an active dog sitter on Rover for four years, before adopting my own dog, Max, and taking a break from new clients. Max is very friendly with other dogs and loves having new friends come to stay with him! Whether you’re just too busy and need some help during the day or are going out of town, I’m happy to care for your furry best friend. If your dog likes dog parks, I’m happy to take them to the Woodridge Park down the road! When I’m not home, dogs are crated and supervised with a camera. They will never be left more than 4 hours. My own dog gets oral meds and eyedrops daily, as well as IC injections monthly, so I am comfortable with medication.

As an adult, I had over 4 years of experience with doggy roommates. I have experiences with many different personalities and sizes so I'm very comfortable with them. I am very active and love taking long walks or light jogs, just like your pup! Gus is also an excellent walking buddy who is good on the leash. I work from home Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00, so it's very easy for me to pop out before work, lunchtime, it after work to take a long walk. If it helps lighten the load when packing, I havethe following items already: Extra dog beds Dog bowls including a slow feeder Toys Feel free to pack these items if course if they will make your pup happier to have their own. I work from home Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00, so it's very easy for me to pop out before work, lunchtime, it after work to take a long walk. I will walk them in the neighborhood and will avoid busy streets. I also don't introduce them to other dogs while walking them to avoid any accidental negative greetings in my care.

About: I am a true Capitol Hill dog lover and I have always had a strong passion for animals, mostly for dogs. I have been caring for dogs since I was child, taking care of my mother’s beloved shitzu. Taking care of her helped me acquire basic canine behavior and taught me the responsibility of taking care of a pet. Most recently I raised my own best friend, Gelato an English Bulldog. I gained my breeder experience with Gelato and cared for her and her 6 puppies, until they were rehomed at 8 months. I enjoy taking long walks, which I consider the ultimate stress reliever and best way to exercise. I have no problem getting my hands dirty. I have 20 years of experience in the customer service field and enjoy striving to provide the best experience to my clients. In my personal time I am spending time with my 2 little girls teaching them how to play sports, and of course how to be loving pet owners. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page! I’m currently working part time and will be available to walk most pets during early mornings hours during the week and mid day and evenings during the weekend. I definitely would like to know your pets temperament, and what might scare them. I know they will feel most comfortable at home but if they are with me, I’d like to keep a calm, pet friendly setting for them to be comfortable in.
