“Dorian really helped us out of a bind when our little boy, Taysom, needed coverage when our situation for having fiends watch him changed within a couple of days of us leaving on a week long trip. He and his daughter kept Taysom busy while we were away. He was quick to respond to inquiries and send pictures and a video to us. He also administer medication for two days. We even had a pre booking visit with him with short notice and Dorian was very accommodating. All in all we were pleased with the service he provided for our little guy, Taysom. 😊”

About: I am a dependable and experienced cat sitter serving the Frederick and Walkersville, Maryland area. I bring over 30 years of professional experience in training, leadership development, and organizational support, where reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication were essential. These same qualities define how I care for cats and respect my clients’ homes. My career involved extensive travel, which gave me a deep appreciation for how important it is to have someone trustworthy caring for your pets and home while you’re away. Having relied on friends and professional services to look after my own property, I understand the peace of mind cat owners need—and I take that responsibility seriously. I have lifelong experience with cats. Growing up with my three brothers, our home always included animals, with cats being a central part of our family. We often had up to three cats at a time, representing a variety of breeds. In fact, my family raised Persian cats for sale, which meant hands-on experience caring for cats of all ages—from young kittens to senior cats. This included feeding routines, grooming, litter care, and monitoring health and behavior. Alongside cats, I’ve also cared for dogs, a parakeet, a turtle, hamsters, and goldfish, giving me a well-rounded understanding of animal care and behavior. My background has taught me that cats thrive on consistency, calm environments, and attentive observation—especially when their owners are away. At 55 and newly retired, I’m active, energetic, and excited to spend time doing what I love. I live in the Walkersville area and maintain an active lifestyle, currently training for another triathlon. My schedule allows me to be flexible, attentive, and fully present for the cats I care for. My Cat Sitting Services Include: Personalized in-home cat care Feeding, litter box maintenance, and fresh water Playtime, companionship, and routine monitoring Medication administration (if required) Clear communication and updates while you’re away Respectful and reliable house care during visits I treat every cat as an individual and every home with care and respect. Whether you’re traveling for business or vacation, you can feel confident knowing your cat is in experienced, calm, and caring hands.
“Jessica took great care of my cats. One of my cats needed a special soft food diet due to recent oral surgery and Jessica was very accommodating. She observed the cats carefully to make sure that they are healthy and sent daily updates with pictures which really gave me peace of mind when I was traveling.”

“Danielle did an amazing job with our pets while we were out of town. The dogs loved her so much that now we are just chopped liver! Danielle is communicative, thoughtful, responsible and also she is a veterinary professional. We felt very safe having her care for our pets. Thank you!!”

“Well Ms. Mo did it again - she is a cat whisperer, we are convinced! Our two boys love her so much that they end up saying “Ms. Mo” instead of “Meow” when we return from a vacation. We schedule our trips around her schedule because we don’t want to have to think about having anyone else care for our fur children. Thank you Ms. Maureen for always going above and beyond, we are very grateful we found you. ❤️🐱”

About: Over the past year, I have fostered cats and kittens of different ages, personalities, and backgrounds. I have experience caring for young kittens, adult cats, shy and nervous cats, and cats who need extra patience while adjusting to a new environment. Through fostering, I’ve learned how important it is to respect each cat’s individual personality, boundaries, and comfort level. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, litter box care, playtime, socialization, administering basic medications, and providing patient, attentive care. My home has a dedicated cat room where cats can have their own quiet, comfortable space and stay safely separated from the dogs whenever needed. My dogs are accustomed to living with foster cats and kittens and love having cats around, but I never require a visiting cat to interact with them. Introductions and interactions are based entirely on each cat’s comfort level and the owner’s preferences. I understand that being away from home can be stressful for cats, so I focus on creating a calm, secure environment and allowing each cat to adjust at their own pace. Whether your cat is playful and social, shy and cautious, or simply prefers quiet companionship and plenty of personal space, I will treat them with patience, affection, and the same level of care I give my own animals.
About: I’ve dog sat for a few family friends and absolutely loved it! I love animals (especially dogs) and would be happy to care for your doggo. I currently work part time, and my hours are very flexible. I can always take a lunch break for a quick drop in/walk! I have also lots of time for pet sittings and I always let pet parents know about that upfront before any booking! I am also a college student. For the semester of 2026, I have one online class that is also flexible. I always make sure to follow their daily routines to keep them as comfortable as possible while the family is away. I love communicating as much as possible and sending updates during the stay. I always ask questions and let pet parents aware of their day.

About: I have owned cats my whole life and have always ended up with cats that need lots of medication so I’m very good at giving medications. I also had the chore of cleaning a litter box since I was about 10 years old so I can definitely clean the litter box.

“Ellen is great! She has a big heart and is an animal person through and through. We started out with a few boarding visits and now go to Ellen for day care every week. She’s very easy to work with and has a great location for dogs to run around/play/hike. Thanks Ellen!”

About: I have over 45 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages as well as many other types of animals that have honored me with living with me over the years (cats, horses, guinea pigs, gecko, Madagascar hissing cockroach, parrots, flying squirrel, rabbits). My original dream was to become a vet so I have a background interning with veterinarian, working multiple years in a grooming and boarding facility and had my own very successful animal care and sitting business as a teenager. I have great nail trimming skills as well! Animals are naturally drawn to me and sense my love and respect for them. I work remotely so am pretty flexible with schedules. I also have taken the pet CPR course! I work remotely from home so am flexible in what I can offer. I feed my own pets multiple times a day and am able to monitor what is consumed. I also live in a beautiful community near parks for nice walks. I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs who live next door who are always interested in playdates if desired. I work remotely so have flexibility in what I can offer clients. I do have a crate on premises if you do not have although I prefer (as do pets) for them to have their familiar one! There are friendly cats who live with me although I would likely gate off my kitchen / sunroom area where my office is so that I can supervise and ensure harmony with unknown pet if in my home.
“Sandra was fantastic, super helpful for my puppy to be able to stay with her and play while I had a weeks worth of training for work all day! Definitely would book with her again!”

I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of time, attention, and companionship throughout the day. I’m available for house sitting, drop-in visits, and walks on both weekdays and weekends. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and bedtime routines. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, walks, routines, and household rules. I take time to learn each pet’s personality and respect their boundaries, especially with senior, shy, or anxious pets. When staying in a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space, keep the home secure, and provide regular updates so owners can feel comfortable while they’re away.

“Rebecca's has been wonderful with our Baby Girl. I have never left Baby Girl with anyone due to her high level of separation anxiety but we are in Maryland for my husband's 50th High School Reunion so we didn't have a choice. I'm so glad that I chose Rebecca because she has been amazing. Baby Girl has had a good time at her house and went with Rebecca willingly Friday (her first day in doggy day care) which I knew Baby Girl sensed that Rebecca loved dogs and that she was safe with her sitter. Thank you Rebecca for putting us at ease and knowing that our fur baby is in good hands! I would highly recommend Rebecca and if the opportunity arises to book with Rebecca again we definitely will!”

“Rene is such a thoughtful and conscientious person, I could tell when I first met her that Rene would keep our fur children safe. Our dogs are medium sized but very sensitive and don’t fair well in kennels with a lot of loud barking, hard floors, and little human contact. Our youngest gets separation anxiety and jumps fences. Rene took all of this to heart and kept our pups safe and happy. Thanks so much , Rene!”

I myself have a 6 year old Beagle and have been taking care of her for the passed 5 years now. I am home from college for summer break and will be available most weeks days in the evenings and some weekends. Other than work and preparing for school events I will not have much on my plate, giving plenty of time to care for your pets. I care for my clients pets with upmost care and love while maintaining expectations of what the client needs or prefers for their pets. This may include taking your dogs for daily walks, playing with them, making sure they are fed, bathing them, cleaning up any potty accidents, and spending quality time with them to keep company while their owners are away. For cats this may include keeping their litter boxes clean, making sure they are fed of course, playing with them, and quality time as well. I rely on clients to give me information on their pets routines so the pets themselves aren't as confused with a new person taking care of them.

About: I am a reliable and caring pet and house sitter serving the Frederick and Walkersville, Maryland area. I bring over 30 years of professional experience in training, leadership development, and organizational support, where trust, responsibility, and attention to detail were essential to my success. These same qualities guide how I care for homes and pets. My career involved extensive travel, which gave me firsthand appreciation for how important it is to have a dependable person caring for your home and animals while you’re away. I’ve often relied on friends and professional services to look after my own property, so I understand the peace of mind pet owners are seeking—and I take that responsibility seriously. My wife and I, along with our two children, are longtime animal lovers. We currently care for a part-time “loaner dog” named Tobi, who stays with us while my mother-in-law travels. Growing up with my three brothers, our household was always full of pets, including dogs, a parakeet, a turtle, hamsters, goldfish, and Persian cats that my mother bred and raised. This lifelong exposure has made me comfortable caring for a wide range of animals and following specific routines and instructions. At 55 and newly retired, I’m active, energetic, and excited to dedicate time to passions I couldn’t fully explore while working full-time and raising a family. I live a very active lifestyle—currently training for another triathlon—and I enjoy staying engaged, dependable, and helpful in my community. As your pet and house sitter, I provide: Attentive, compassionate pet care tailored to your pet’s routine Reliable house sitting, including mail collection and light household oversight Clear communication and regular updates while you’re away Respect for your home, privacy, and detailed instructions I treat every home and pet as if they were my own. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, you can feel confident knowing your pets and property are in experienced, caring, and trustworthy hands. At 55 and newly retired, I’m active, energetic, and excited to dedicate time to passions I couldn’t fully explore while working full-time and raising a family. I live a very active lifestyle—currently training for another triathlon—and I enjoy staying engaged, dependable, and helpful in my community. My schedule is very open with my wife still working (a teacher), and my kids both grown. I provide pet care with the same level of professionalism, responsibility, and attention to detail that I brought to my 30+ year career in training, leadership development, and organizational support. I am a reliable and caring pet and house sitter serving the Frederick and Walkersville, Maryland area, and I understand that caring for someone’s pet also means caring for their home and routines. When caring for pets—whether in my home or in a client’s home—I start by learning each pet’s individual needs, habits, and preferences. I closely follow all instructions related to feeding schedules, exercise, litter or potty routines, medication, and any special care requirements. I believe consistency is key to helping pets feel secure and comfortable while their owners are away. In a client’s home, I treat the space with respect and care, maintaining routines and ensuring the environment remains calm, clean, and safe. I monitor pets for any changes in behavior or health and communicate proactively if anything seems out of the ordinary. I also provide regular updates so owners feel confident and connected while they’re away. If pets are cared for in my home, they are welcomed into a calm, structured environment with close supervision, appropriate activity, and plenty of attention. Safety, cleanliness, and comfort are always priorities. Above all, I care for every pet as if they were my own. Trust is at the core of what I do, and pet owners can rely on me to be attentive, communicative, and dependable ensuring their pets and homes are well cared for at all times.
“Matthew was extremely flexible and patient managing the needs of our Siberian Husky, Bristol. He showed experience and good instincts managing Bristol's challenging behavior. We asked him to take Bristol for 30 minute walks each day and Matthew went above & beyond that request to make sure Bristol got sufficient exercise. We enjoyed our time away even more knowing Bristol was in good hands! 10/10 would recommend and use again!”

“Ava was absolutely fantastic! She was reliable, professional, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. From the very beginning, she was communicative, punctual, and made me feel completely at ease knowing my dog was in such caring hands. She went above and beyond by making sure my dog got plenty of exercise and attention. I highly recommend Ava to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable dog walker. I'll definitely be using her services again. Thank you, Ava, for taking such wonderful care of my pup!”

“Becky was easy going and quick to respond and sent plenty of photos during her walks. She is also good at asking questions to be sure the visit goes as desired. She’s added to my favorites list :)”

“Emily did a great job watching our two pups! This was our first time leaving our dogs since one was diagnosed with diabetes, so we were understandably a little nervous. Emily is skilled at giving injections and used to have a diabetic dog herself, so that immediately put us at ease. Emily did a wonderful job and kept us informed with updates and pictures. We will definitely use her again!”

“Thank you so much for taking such phenomenal care of Snoopy! You completely put our minds at ease from the start. The daily photo updates were great and put our minds at ease. It was clear that he was in good hands. Snoopy came home happy and relaxed and we will definitely be booking again!”
