About: I rescued and raised 2 kittens that were found abandoned on a boat in Alabama. They were the size of my palm when we got them and I love those boys with my whole heart. About: I have raised my own dog since she was ten weeks old, mentored by my father who has raised three litters of puppies throughout his life. I have also done pet-sitting for friends and family for dogs as small as beagle puppies to as large as a Labrador. About: I have over 45 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages as well as many other types of animals that have honored me with living with me over the years (cats, horses, gecko, Madagascar hissing cockroach, parrots, flying squirrel, rabbits). About: For me I think it’s the fact that animals just warm up to me very quickly. I’ve had owners who are shocked when their pet who normally doesn’t like new people right away is wagging their tail and letting me pet them within minutes or when I send them pics of their pet on my lap or sleeping next to me! I’m also not intimidated easily, I don’t make a big deal if I get jumped on, etc. But overall I think just them seeing their pet content makes them feel at ease and they’ll give me a great review and use me again for future sits. I also try and send them lots of updates and pictures during the stay too! I am Very flexible and open!! I am currently unemployed but taking college classes at FCC, Therefore I am available everyday besides Monday’s and Wednesday’s I make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and followed according to the owner’s instructions. I pay attention to feeding schedules, water, walks, and bathroom breaks. In someone else’s home, I respect their space, keep things clean, and make sure the pet stays calm and supervised. In my own home, I do the exact same for my fur babies as I would in others homes.

I do not have a fear of any dog/cat, I have no breed restrictions, and I have no problem scooping litter boxes or cleaning up after dogs on walks. Unfortunately, I am severely allergic to rabbits, guinea pigs/hamsters/gerbils, and birds and therefore cannot visit any home that has these pets in them. I require proof of an up-to-date Rabies vaccination for all dogs and cats. NOT the tag, the actual certificate (your vet can provide this for you). I have 2 cats of my own that make every day interesting and fun. I look forward to meeting you and caring for your pet(s) as if they were my own!
About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was little. I can really connect with them easily! It makes me happy that your pets are taken care of! Anytime, just let me know! I take time in my schedule to go to the gym as well, but that can be moved around if anything pops up! I have a fenced yard, so for my dogs I usually get toys out and play with them for a good bit. Maybe throw in some training treats for new skills. I can walk your pets, and learn what they love doing in your home! Even if that means cuddle time too!

“Dorian really helped us out of a bind when our little boy, Taysom, needed coverage when our situation for having fiends watch him changed within a couple of days of us leaving on a week long trip. He and his daughter kept Taysom busy while we were away. He was quick to respond to inquiries and send pictures and a video to us. He also administer medication for two days. We even had a pre booking visit with him with short notice and Dorian was very accommodating. All in all we were pleased with the service he provided for our little guy, Taysom. 😊”
