“Kate was wonderful and Mr. Peanut settled in quite quickly with her AND her two own dogs. Peanut is very picky at who he likes and doesn't like. But he got along with the pack and as a doggie mom, that made me feel good. I will definitely use Kate again. As far as the Rover website, there looks to be some logistical issues. On my screen, it told me Kate was 82miles away, but a 30min drive. Please get that fixed. Rover for me was hard to use. I like simple. But Rover has all these twists and turns. For example, I was not allowed to just message sitters. I was forced to pick dates. I had been looking for a new babysitter for Mr. Peanut since we just moved, but Rover made me wait til I needed someone asap, which made my experience stressful. Not good. We should be able to meet and talk to these folks before we book. After all, we are parents, and we all should be allowed to interview these sitters much like we would if they were our human children. Thankfully Kate worked out. But it could have gone a lot smoother. Thanks Kate (and daughter!)”

We left for 9 days and have 3 dogs and I was so nervous and had a thousand questions and accommodations I needed fulfilled. Samantha was absolutely incredible. If I could give 100 stars I would. My dogs were so loved and cared for the entire time they were in her care. The pictures I got each day were just filled with joy in each of my dogs faces. If I could afford to send them there for playtime everyday I definitely would!!! Two of my dogs had stomach issues on the 5th day or so and she made them chicken and rice and pumpkin for their meals until they felt better. She trimmed their nails. She washed their bedding. I mean what more could you ask for?! Do not hesitate in sending your animals with her. She is the best of the best! I will be sending my dogs to her house anytime we go out of town… worry free!!”

About: Experience with multiple breeds of dogs. My heart is owned by our 5 boys and our 3 furbabies 16 year old Siberian Husky named Lola, a 2 year old husky/german Shepard mix named Skye and a 13 year old Australian shepherd named Apache . Firmly believe that pets are family and that it’s up to us humans to provide them with the best life possible. Without a doubt, I will treat your pet family members as if they were my own, with an abundance of love and attention. I know what it’s like to have a good pet sitter and I’ve been very fortunate to know what it’s like to have a peaceful vacation without worries, let me be the one to ease your mind when it comes to your pets care. I’m always doing something doggie related. In addition to Rover we also offer dog grooming so we stay pretty busy with the pooches every day of the week. About: My family always had at least 2 cats while I was growing up. I helped feed, water, clean litter boxes, play, and just love them. Today, I have 3 cats; 9 year old Luke, 6 year old Pixie, and 5 year old Kiki. My cats have very unique personalities. Luke will only drink from a source of running water, so we are always turning a sink on for him somewhere in the house. Pixie has been through an ordeal in her short life. She was able to get outside and travel approx 16 miles from home. She was gone for about 6 months, but I never gave up. Constantly checking my home shelter and all the surrounding ones. It paid off because she was found, taken to my home shelter, and I was reunited with her. Kiki is the most loving, cuddly, attention-seeking cat I have ever dealt with. She just wants love and pets. My cats live in "luxury". Fresh food and water every day, litter boxes scooped daily and changed weekly, toys, treats, you name it. I would love the opportunity to d the same for your cat(s) while you're away on vacation or just at your daily 9-5.

About: I absolutely LOVE dogs! I’m the type of girl to ask you what your dogs name is and if I can pet them! 🥰 Since I was born, I’ve been surrounded by dogs. We always had several family dogs, all of my friends had dogs, my neighbors had dogs, etc. I grew up taking care of everyone’s dogs - neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. About: I have taken care of cats and dogs my entire life. My family has always had pets, and I’m a natural pet lover. About two years ago I got my first domestic bunny, and now have two (of course Humphrey needed a bunwife). So I am experienced in bunny care as well. I am so excited to gain your trust by treating your fur babies like my own, and promise to make you feel secure leaving them with me! My schedule is pretty flexible. I babysit for a family in Preston three days a week but the times vary. It evens out to about 18/20 hours spread throughout three days so if your pet is here during those days they may be here without me for a few hours. My fiance does help when he’s off of work so as long as he’s home they would have him too. I own my home with my fiance, and we have a fenced in yard. The fence is about half of the height of your typical fenced in yard, so if your pet is curious and you think they would jump it we can accommodate a lead for your pet to be on just in case. This way they can still get the exercise and freedom a fenced in yard would provide. If your pet is used to going on walks, let me know so we can keep that same routine here. All outside playtime will be supervised as well. Our home contains a very friendly lab who is two and very high energy and gets excited easily, an older chihuahua mix (around 14 years old) and a middle aged chihuahua mix (6 years old). All pets in my home are vaccinated. I am also a nursing student and my boyfriend is a police officer, so we like to think this helps make us trustworthy and professional people who will give you peace of mind while you’re away.

My heart is owned by our 5 boys and our 3 furbabies 16 year old Siberian Husky named Lola, a 2 year old husky/german Shepard mix named Skye and a 13 year old Australian shepherd named Apache . Firmly believe that pets are family and that it’s up to us humans to provide them with the best life possible. Without a doubt, I will treat your pet family members as if they were my own, with an abundance of love and attention. About: I’ve taken care of neighborhood pets for over eight years. I have watched dogs of all ages, sizes, and needs. I have also watched dogs with high medical needs such as epilepsy and am comfortable giving medications. I have experience with everything from drop-in visits to multiple-month stays! In addition to dogs, I am also comfortable taking care of cats, goats, and chickens and have years of experience with them as well! I am currently in physical therapy school, so my weekly schedule varies. However, I am free in the late afternoons and evenings, as well as weekends. About: I have had several animals in my lifetime, some of my families growing up, and several of my own. I have owned a total of 5 dogs. All of my dogs have been/are rescues. I currently have 3 "puppies" that range in ages between 1-2 years old. I got two of them when they were only 6 months old and I have done all of their training on my own. Animals of all kinds have a very special place in my hear and I work hard so my fur animals can have a better life. Remember, your animals only experience what you allow them to. Let them experience life the way we do, they are only here for so long. I work from home therefore, I am available at all times. I can bring my work to your home if I need to be there for an extended time or I can leave my work at home and come take care of your animals if it will be for a shorter period of time. My dogs experience everything that I experience in my home. Such as roaming freely, having access to food and water at all times, being able to roam in the yard independently, and most importantly, they sleep on a tempur-pedic mattress at night with their humans.

About: I have been house sitting animals for about a year now in my home town. I have house sat all different size dogs and cats and have even done week long house sitting for the animals. I just recently moved to college and stopped dog sitting but I am ready to continue doing what I love! I am currently a full time college student at Salisbury University. We left for 9 days and have 3 dogs and I was so nervous and had a thousand questions and accommodations I needed fulfilled. Samantha was absolutely incredible. If I could give 100 stars I would. My dogs were so loved and cared for the entire time they were in her care. The pictures I got each day were just filled with joy in each of my dogs faces. If I could afford to send them there for playtime everyday I definitely would!!! About: Ive been caring for dogs and cats since I was about 8 years old. I’ve always had multiple dogs in the house at a time. I’ve cared for dogs ranging from big to small, Seniors to puppies. I provide daily photos throughout your pets daily routine and tons of love I’m currently working part time so I will have plenty of enough time to care for your fur baby.
