“Gisel and her family took great care of my girl Kola. Kola had a case of severely itchy paws pop up the day before we were set to leave town. I was able to get some meds from the vet before we left. I let Gisel know what was going on with Kola, as she was licking and chewing her paws and they were very red. I kept socks on her paws and gave her Benadryl in between the meds from the vet. Gisel also kept this up for the four days Kola stayed with her family. I was so thankful and appreciative of the extra care Gisel and her family gave Kola. Kola’s itchy paws popped up so last minute and Gisel assured me she would take great care of her and she did just that! I would definitely use Gisel again for Kola!”

About: I was a cat sitter during my first few years of high school. My neighbor was out of state and asked me to take care of her cat. During this time, I would visit at minimum, three times a day to make sure the cat had food and water, had some playtime, and to clean and freshen the litter box. I let them out multiple times a day whenever they need it. And I try to play with and pet them as much as I can while I’m there so they don’t miss their humans too much. Growing up, my mom had five dogs—some of which had puppies—and I helped raise and care for them.
