I was super nervous since this was the first time leaving him but I wrote instructions and I feel as though they followed every single one! She reassured me when I left him with her and let me know what she had planned. Jen took pictures during their walk and at the park. She sent me pictures throughout the afternoon and evening. Upon my arrival home kitty was calm, very content , and had an extensive grooming! My home was exceptionally clean with the removal of litter and cat food cans. Jen met me before the sitting dates and she was extremely knowledgeable . She has tons of common sense--- You will not need to give her pages of instruction. She GETS IT ! In addition, my plants were watered during this 94 degree weather , mail was placed neatly inside, and trash cans were taken to the curb . Photos are sent to you at each visit. I love animals dearly and would be happy to care for your pets during the day when their beloved ones are away from the house. I will care for your pet(s) as if they were my own! Whether we go for a walk together, run around the yard, give them a quick meal or just provide general companionship, I look forward to meeting your furbabies! I do have a full time job as a veterinary technician which leaves me unavailable every Monday and Friday but I do have availability other days of the week so be sure to send in a request so I can review it! I aim to be transparent and flexible with all customers about my availability. While at your home, I will watch your pets carefully to assure they are being safe while getting to spend time outside or just receiving some companionship. I will be sure to fill all food and water bowls (if applicable) before I leave to ensure your pets have access to basic needs.

About: When I was around 8 I started volunteering at a barn simply because I loved to be around animals. I was constantly walking my neighbors dogs and my own. I now work at a boarding facility where I take care of dogs and cats. I love it and enjoy nothing more than making sure your pets are happy and cared for when you are not able to be there all the time. My friends and neighbors often ask me to watch their pets when they are away. My family currently has 3 rescue dogs, a cat and 3 horses. I look forward to the opportunity of caring for your fur babies!! I am going into my freshman year of community college and love the opportunity to be able to do something that I love in my free time I currently have 3 dogs that get along really well with each other and other dogs. I pay very close attention to how dogs act around each other and their environment to ensure they are safe.

“The sweetest people! They agreed to take my puppy less than a week before my trip(after I got canceled on and started stressing). I was super nervous since this was the first time leaving him but I wrote instructions and I feel as though they followed every single one! I got picture updates as requested and when they had questions they asked. He got plenty of playtime and outdoor/potty time! They also didn't mind us bringing our crate to their home since were are crate training snd he sleeps in there. I will definitely use them again in the future! “I would highly recommend Jen! I have basically never left my dog at home alone. I chose to have Jen watch him since I didn’t want to leave my dog for the first time at home for 8 hours or more. I had a good feeling about her. She was on time, ready, and happy to take my dog. In talking to Jen I could tell that she has experience with dogs and that she loves them! She reassured me when I left him with her and let me know what she had planned. Jen took pictures during their walk and at the park. She sent me pictures throughout the afternoon and evening. My dog was happy and not anxious at all. When I came to pick him up she was already downstairs with my dog and his things in hand. He was very happy. I will definitely book Jen again next time I’m in the D.C. area!”

About: I have taken care of dogs, my whole life whether they were my own or somebody else’s I absolutely love animals your animal will always be safe in my care and have the best time. I’m currently a stay at home mom so if I leave the house, I only leave to go to the grocery store or to grab the little one something to eat if they want it I have a huge backyard my house backs up against the woods. We are not close to the road at all. You’re dog would never be let outside alone my kids would run around in the backyard with them 💕
