“Kate was wonderful and Mr. Peanut settled in quite quickly with her AND her two own dogs. Peanut is very picky at who he likes and doesn't like. But he got along with the pack and as a doggie mom, that made me feel good. I will definitely use Kate again. As far as the Rover website, there looks to be some logistical issues. On my screen, it told me Kate was 82miles away, but a 30min drive. Please get that fixed. Rover for me was hard to use. I like simple. But Rover has all these twists and turns. For example, I was not allowed to just message sitters. I was forced to pick dates. I had been looking for a new babysitter for Mr. Peanut since we just moved, but Rover made me wait til I needed someone asap, which made my experience stressful. Not good. We should be able to meet and talk to these folks before we book. After all, we are parents, and we all should be allowed to interview these sitters much like we would if they were our human children. Thankfully Kate worked out. But it could have gone a lot smoother. Thanks Kate (and daughter!)”

About: I have had dogs since I was a baby. I have cared for dogs of every stage of life, and I’m super passionate about senior dogs and small animals. Both my dogs are friendly with ferrets and other small animals, always supervised of course. I have experience in dogs, cats, ferrets, and all rodents. About: **We are unfortunately unable to host unfixed dogs in our home for boarding/doggy daycare.** I have grown up with dogs and cats and have spent many years caring for them throughout my life. I currently have a senior dog I adopted from a local shelter and two younger dogs I’ve helped raise since they were puppies. Over the years I’ve learned how different each stage of life can be, from potty training puppies to supporting the slower pace of senior dogs. I’ve also cared for family pets while their owners were out of town, including both dogs and cats. I’m comfortable with dogs of all energy levels. Some love to play and stay active, others just want to relax and be near someone. I’m happy with both. I also have experience with raw feeding routines and daily care. My main focus is always making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I have a flexible schedule as a stay at home mom which allows me to give consistent attention throughout the day. I homeschool my children but I’m still able to fully care for the pets in my home and keep up with walks, drop ins, and boarding. I love animals so much! I have taken care of a lot of other people’s animals before and I always enjoy the time spent with there fur babies! I always do my best to do whatever the care taker wants for there pets! I’m free all summer and this will be my full time job! Unless a emergency occur then I will not be available, but that shouldn’t happen (at least I hope not 😭) I treat all my animals with the love and respect they deserve! I have 3 dogs, 1 cat, a bunny and a lot of other farm animals lol! I feed them 3 times a day and make sure their water is always full, I have a LOT of toys and treats for them (they are soooo spoiled!) and they have 4 comfy dog beds, a big yard to run in and intimate belly rubs!

About: I have had dogs since I was a baby. I have cared for dogs of every stage of life, and I’m super passionate about senior dogs and small animals. Both my dogs are friendly with ferrets and other small animals, always supervised of course. I have experience in dogs, cats, ferrets, and all rodents.
