I’m happy to spend my free time playing, walking, and spending time with your pet! While at work crates, gates, or free roam can be used depending on your pets needs and comfort. Pets will be monitored through pet cams during working hours. While in my home pets can have free roam or access to a crate depending on their needs and comfort. For walks I utilize harnesses and if needed can add a back up slip lead if owner feels more comfortable to ensure safety. Pets will always have access to fresh water and toys and will be well loved while in my care!

About: While I may not have much professional experience I have owned a variety of pets my entire life from dogs and cats to bunnies and squirrels! I even interned at a veterinary office. About: I have cared for cats and dogs for years. I rescued one cat to later find out she had seizures. She got proper treatment, love and attention, and lived to be fifteen. I am retired and available days, evenings, weekends, and most holidays to meet your pets needs and your schedule to keep on your pets routine. He made sure the plan for Lem was super clear beforehand, which I especially appreciated since the schedule I gave him to complement my friend's visit schedule was not perfectly regular, and he didn't miss a visit! He also had to deal with a terrible cold spell, but when he couldn't walk Lemon for more than 5 minutes at a time (about all she can tolerate when it's that cold), he took her for two short walks to make sure she did all her business and then played ball with her in the house. We came home to a dog who, while happy to see us, was clearly doing just fine without us, which is all I can ask for :)”

I grew up surrounded by dogs and understand the joy and responsibility that comes with caring for them. As a single mom who shares custody of my children, I've built a home full of love, responsibility, and routine. My kids adore being around other dogs - it's a joy that also teaches them discipline, empathy, and how to appreciate different temperaments of animals. Our own golden retriever, Rory, who quite literally fell into our laps at 6 months old, has become part of the family and thrives on the companionship of other pups. Welcoming your dog into our home means they'll not only receive attentive, reliable care from me, but also enjoy a safe, playful, and loving environment with both two-and four-legged friends. Rory is up to date on all vaccines and medications and spayed. On the weekends, pet care is just part of our normal routine. My kids and I love being outside, going for walks, and playing in the yard, and enjoying the trail that is right in our backyard. Our dog, Rory is always excited to have a buddy to hang out with, whether it's running around or just lounging together. When my kids are with their dad, I have extra time to give dogs even more one-on-one love and care. No matter what the weekend looks like, dogs are included in our activities and treated like family.
