About: My love for animals started the day a stray Bassett hound wandered into my garage at the ripe age of 4. Ever since then I have taken in all animals under my care as my own! I love take care of all the furry friends! I have personally owned puppies, big dogs, cats, fish, hedgehogs and gerbils - although not at the same time (could you imagine, yikes) and watched after the same! I have done any and all visits whether it is a quick play date or a longer visit due to vacation! I enjoy building a long term relationship to provide a dependable sitter throughout the year! I have a child in elementary school and work at a high school during the day. If and when an overnight sitter is needed, I assure you I make arrangements prior to accepting to give my 100% to your fur baby! I like to mimic the care the dog has at home to make sure they are most comfortable. In the beginning I expect normal hesitation, so I am patient and playful to earn trust until everyone is comfortable.

I currently share my home with two cats, but l'm just as comfortable and experienced spending time with dogs of all shapes and sizes, from chihuahuas to Great Danes! l've cared for many family and friends pets over the years, including Yorkies, Great Danes, Short Haired Pointers, and especially my sister's Frenchie who is my best bud! “When I picked up Jackson, I was not sure he wanted to leave his vacation with Kathryn and her wonderful family! Sure he was excited to see us, but, then he laid down next to Kathryn as if he was feeling pretty comfortable at her home! She sent photos and write ups daily and this made me feel so much better about leaving him in her care. It was like he knew the family forever! This was the first time we went away without him in 8 years so I was a bit anxious about leaving. I would have no problems leaving him again if I have another opportunity to do so. About: My love for animals started the day a stray Bassett hound wandered into my garage at the ripe age of 4. Ever since then I have taken in all animals under my care as my own! I love take care of all the furry friends! I have personally owned puppies, big dogs, cats, fish, hedgehogs and gerbils - although not at the same time (could you imagine, yikes) and watched after the same! I have done any and all visits whether it is a quick play date or a longer visit due to vacation! I enjoy building a long term relationship to provide a dependable sitter throughout the year! I have a child in elementary school and work at a high school during the day. If and when an overnight sitter is needed, I assure you I make arrangements prior to accepting to give my 100% to your fur baby! I like to mimic the care the dog has at home to make sure they are most comfortable. In the beginning I expect normal hesitation, so I am patient and playful to earn trust until everyone is comfortable.
