“We have just recently moved to Ocean Pines, MD. So we have few contacts as yet. We needed a dogsitter to keep our Maltese/Yorkie mix (aka "Morkie") Finley for a month while we will be in Europe this summer. It's the longest we have been away from him, and we needed to find dogsitters we trusted. We found Bill and Margit on Rover and decided to try them for an overnight with our dog. It went exceedingly well. They sent photos of Finley relaxing on the sofa and bed, and getting along great with them and their other dogs. I often do not have more than one or two classes a day that do not last longer than an hour and a half. All pets cats or dogs, will be dutifully cared for and monitored. Should your animal have a feeding, bathroom or medical routine you can trust that it will be followed. Pets of all sizes, tempers, and needs are welcome. Walks and playtime will be frequent based on your pets energy level. Any grooming needs outside of the occasional brush or paw wipe down that are not strictly necessary will carry an additional fee.

About: Most of my life our family has had at least one cat. The personality is never the same as I have come to learn. I recently house sat for an individual with 5 cats, one of which was at least 15 years old who required a lot of care. This care included administering medicine via mouth which was successful during the 2 week long stint. I’m very good at reading body languages and strive to provides cats with the most comfortable experience possible. After all it’s their world, and we’re built to serve them 😜

About: I was a cat sitter during my first few years of high school. My neighbor was out of state and asked me to take care of her cat. During this time, I would visit at minimum, three times a day to make sure the cat had food and water, had some playtime, and to clean and freshen the litter box. The owner had specific instructions for feeding that I would follow and prepare accordingly. Like dogs, I have a special place in my heart for cats and I always make sure their needs are fulfilled.

If it means getting up early to take a walk, that's what will happen. If I means getting out later in the afternoon for a walk, tha will be fine too. Pet care fits into my routine by me having a very opened schedule. I just moved to Easton, MD, so right now I'm looking to build a new client base here. While watching your pets in your home, I will always make sure I keep a watchful eye over them. I typically like to stay in an area that is open enough where I can see everything, but closed enough where the animal won't be out of site.

About: Hi! I split my time between Greensboro and Rehoboth! Weekends in Rehoboth and during the week in Greensboro, with some flexibility! I have lifelong experience and deep love for animals. I’ve been caring for animals my whole life, including my own three dogs – one of whom is a senior and two other high energy dogs, including a Whippet and a Jack Russell blend – along with two indoor/outdoor rescue barn cats. With a large property for exercise and play, I understand the unique needs of different breeds and personalities. My experience extends beyond my own pets, as I’ve been trusted to care for others beloved animals for years. I’m passionate about providing attentive and reliable care, ensuring every pet feels safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. I am a teacher and will be gone from my home 8 hours of the day. I can be available to come let pets out for a potty break in the middle of the day some days. I am free on weekends all day. If your pet is crate trained they will be on the same schedule as my own! I have cared for many animals, boarding, walking/running, and general care. My pets are allowed on furniture for snuggles and free roam of the house, to explore and move! I have two high energy dogs that need to go on runs daily. I am fit and we are on a dirt road and a large property so getting exercise is easy! My dogs have their own bedroom and actual bed, but are also crate trained for during the day. They are very friendly, love other animals and our cats!

About: Hello, my name is Allegra. I have some free time on my hands and I love animals so I thought this job would be the best fit for me. I grew up with multiple dogs, chickens, goats, rabbits. I currently own 3 ducks, 3 quail, and 6 cats. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, bearded dragons, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, and small snakes. I absolutely love animals and caring for them. I have no problem helping with any special needs or extra care that a pet will need. About: I currently have a cat and a golden retriever and would love to help you take care of your dog while you are in need. I work from home Monday through Friday so my schedule allows me to be very flexible for potty breaks and general playtime while I'm taking care of your best friend. We have over 3/4 of an acre of property and are also located in the heart of Berlin...So a walk or outside playtime is no problem.

About: For an about the past four years I volunteered at a in home dog foster care. I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes, sizes, tempers, and needs till they reached their forever homes. Dogs of all needs are welcome under my care for no additional charge. Please make mw aware of any physical or medical needs. I am a part time collage student with a year-round near campus housing. I often do not have more than one or two classes a day that do not last longer than an hour and a half. All pets cats or dogs, will be dutifully cared for and monitored. Should your animal have a feeding, bathroom or medical routine you can trust that it will be followed. Pets of all sizes, tempers, and needs are welcome. Walks and playtime will be frequent based on your pets energy level. Any grooming needs outside of the occasional brush or paw wipe down that are not strictly necessary will carry an additional fee.
