I think the starting point for a lot of services including pet sitting is good clear communication and this is a strength for Bria. She is easy to reach, easy to make arrangements with, and quick to follow-up. She is interested in a good experience for the pet and attentive to details regarding any particular pet, which puts an owner's mind at ease. Good frequency of photos during Mocha's stay to give us a sense that things were alright. Also Bria's location is great for Petworth area - convenient and near the center of things but with a nice peaceful section of neighborhood for walks. Walks Dogs go out 6 to 7 times a day, roughly every 3 hours, so there are no long stretches of waiting — they stay active and comfortable all day long. Cat play Cats enjoy one to two dedicated play sessions each day to keep them stimulated and engaged. My home is a pet-friendly, well-organized space designed with animal comfort and safety in mind. Here's what you can expect: Resident dogs Two friendly small dogs — a Pomeranian and a Chihuahua — live in the home and are great companions for visiting dogs. They've spent time at doggy daycare themselves and are comfortable and experienced around other dogs, which helps guests settle in faster. Cats in the home There are cats in the household. Baby gates are in place throughout the home to create separated zones as needed, keeping cats and dogs comfortable and giving everyone their own space to decompress. Yard & outdoor time My yard is not fenced, so all outdoor time is leashed. With 6 to 7 walks a day, dogs get more than enough fresh air and exercise — and they're never left unattended outside. Crating A small dog crate is available if a pet is crate-trained or needs a quiet retreat. I'm also happy to use a crate provided by the owner if your dog is more comfortable in their own space.
About: I’ve taken care of various different species of dogs and cats within my neighborhood and area since I was 10! I’ve always been an animal lover so many of my neighbors counted on me to take care of their fur babies! Within this years worth experience, I have learned to work with different species of dogs & cats! I am able to work with cats and dogs of different personalities, traits, needs, etc! Neighbors have relied and trusted me to feed, walk, bathe, spend time and show loving to their beloved pets! I’m currently a part time collage student but I still have a lot of time to play, care for and show so much love to your fur babies! I am available Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays, Friday, and Sunday after 12:30 pm!🧡 In my clients home, I always ensure the pets safety! I make sure to check surrounding and keep things out of reach that could harm the animal! I always make sure to introduce myself slowly as I am in their home and allow them to get comfortable with me at their own pace. I always ensure to go through and memorize their routines and feeding schedules. I always respect the home owners home as well and make sure it stays clean!

“Bria took care of our 40 lb pooch for a long weekend in October. It seemed like Mocha had a great time. The fact that Bria owns a dog was a plus for Mocha, since they got along well. I think the starting point for a lot of services including pet sitting is good clear communication and this is a strength for Bria. She is easy to reach, easy to make arrangements with, and quick to follow-up. She is interested in a good experience for the pet and attentive to details regarding any particular pet, which puts an owner's mind at ease. Good frequency of photos during Mocha's stay to give us a sense that things were alright. Also Bria's location is great for Petworth area - convenient and near the center of things but with a nice peaceful section of neighborhood for walks. Overall great experience and we would recommend her and have Mocha with her again.”

“Cal and Kelly took great care of our large German Shepherd Loki for his (and our!) first Rover experience. Loki hadn't spent a lot of time with other dogs in close quarters prior to this stay, but Cal put us at ease in our initial meet-and-greet with him and both their dogs. Cal and Kelly were always super responsive and they sent us high-quality photos and videos of Loki every day playing with other dogs and looking like he was having a great time.
