About: I am a former vet tech, now Pet Emergency employee who now runs my own side business caring for animals in a way that is beneficial to the owner and pet I work at the local Pet Emergency Center, care for clients pets as needed, and have pets of my own including reptiles. Also take surrendered animals that need a second chance. About: Most of my life our family has had at least one cat. The personality is never the same as I have come to learn. I recently house sat for an individual with 5 cats, one of which was at least 15 years old who required a lot of care. This care included administering medicine via mouth which was successful during the 2 week long stint. I’m very good at reading body languages and strive to provides cats with the most comfortable experience possible. After all it’s their world, and we’re built to serve them 😜

Once you are a repeat client, I am then more comfortable staying for longer periods of time if needed. Pets will stay on routine by following whatever schedule the owner has set up. If it means getting up early to take a walk, that's what will happen. If I means getting out later in the afternoon for a walk, tha will be fine too. Pet care fits into my routine by me having a very opened schedule. I just moved to Easton, MD, so right now I'm looking to build a new client base here. While watching your pets in your home, I will always make sure I keep a watchful eye over them. I typically like to stay in an area that is open enough where I can see everything, but closed enough where the animal won't be out of site.

I currently have a senior dog I adopted from a local shelter and two younger dogs I’ve helped raise since they were puppies. Over the years I’ve learned how different each stage of life can be, from potty training puppies to supporting the slower pace of senior dogs. I’ve also cared for family pets while their owners were out of town, including both dogs and cats. I’m comfortable with dogs of all energy levels. My main focus is always making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I homeschool my children but I’m still able to fully care for the pets in my home and keep up with walks, drop ins, and boarding. My days are structured in a way that allows me to adjust as needed so each pet gets timely and attentive care.
