About: Have 10+ years of veterinary care experience in both VA & MD to include puppy care (kennel & potty training…) and senior dogs care (medications, ear & eye care…). Have owned and cared for over 15 pets in my lifetime to include my last shih-tzu who live to 20 years old. We are home all day so would be available for non-stop love & attention for all types of fur babies. I have been providing pet sitting services for friends and families for over 20 years. And for over 16 years, I raised dogs from puppy to adulthood. I volunteer at humane societies and have experience carrying for dogs with medical and special needs. No breed or size is off limits. I have a lot of experience with small dogs. About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for years. I previously worked at a veterinary hospital, where I cared for pets in a kennel setting and assisted with appointments, giving me experience with animals of all sizes, ages, and personalities, and also currently furthering my vet med education. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or simply cuddling on the couch, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else's care, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. I am a stay at home (expecting) mom, and my schooling is also done at home. You can rest assured knowing that your fur baby will get constant attention and affection I have ample house space and yard space for your fur baby. I also make walks apart of my daily habit so you can rest assured knowing your baby will get all the exercise they could dream of

About: I'm currently in between dogs and am desperately in need of time with the four-leggeds. As the go-to person for friends in need of dog-sitting, I figured "Why not expand?", hence my decision to register with Rover. I've had two dogs over the past 20 years: one slightly demonic and requiring special precautions, and the other a big, gentle galoot. Both absolutely stole my heart. I work from home and am available for walking (give me allll the exercise) and sitting (give me allll the cuddles). I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I'm around to give attention as needed, 7 days/week. I'm an early riser (6:30 give or take), so early walks or breakfasts would be no problem. I have a fenced yard that would be secure for all but the most accomplished escape artists. Your pet would have full access to all parts of the house (including furniture). That said, if crating, furniture restrictions, etc. work better for you and your dog, I would happily honor your typical rules and routines.

From the meet and greet, we knew Memo was going to love her. She kept us updated every day on how Memo was doing, and we really like the photos and videos she sent. It really made it a lot easier being away from him. You could tell right away that Memo was comfortable and happy with her and her husband. They treated him like their own and made sure he got plenty of attention and walks.
