The place where our dog was staying unexpectedly call us and rudely demanded that we pick up our dog immediately. Being out there of state with no one nearby to help, we were completely panicked and heartbroken. About: I have over 45 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages as well as many other types of animals that have honored me with living with me over the years (cats, horses, guinea pigs, gecko, Madagascar hissing cockroach, parrots, flying squirrel, rabbits). “We can’t say enough amazing things about Renee, she was truly our angel during a very stressful moment while we were on vacation in Florida. The place where our dog was staying unexpectedly call us and rudely demanded that we pick up our dog immediately. Being out there of state with no one nearby to help, we were completely panicked and heartbroken. My husband remember about Rover and he find Renee, she responded very quickly asking the situation and accept our booking. Without hesitation, she stepped in and went out of her way to pick up our dog for us. She was incredibly sweet, caring, and compassionate, exactly what we needed in that moment. She treated our puppy with so much love and care, like he was her own, and kept us updated and send us pictures of him smiling and acting like he is at home. About: I have recently relocated to Frederick, Maryland from California after recently retiring & wanting to be closer to family <3 I have over 12 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and rabbits, including senior and special-needs pets and animals requiring medications. About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for years. I previously worked at a veterinary hospital, where I cared for pets in a kennel setting and assisted with appointments, giving me experience with animals of all sizes, ages, and personalities, and also currently furthering my vet med education. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or simply cuddling on the couch, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away.
