“Cynthia was great with my 1 1/2 year old Sheltie. She allowed us to meet her and her pup a couple of weeks before our vacation, to make sure we all were comfortable with each other. Drop off day was hard for us since our Sheltie is only 1.5 year’s old and a rescue, we didn’t want to stress her out too much. Cynthia has lots of experience with rescues and was quick to pick up on her needs. During the vacation she sent us many videos and pictures, which helped a great deal. About: I am new here and I am excited to begin this part of my journey! I am also a mother of 3 magical human beings, a shamanic reiki student, hospice companion and a volunteer at my local animal care shelter. Over the last few years I have been learning to live with chronic illness and I have found a lot of healing spending time with animals of all kinds. About: I own It takes a village animal rescue, though I am taking a 2 year break, I have had 451 dogs come through my rescue in the last 10 years. I can help with house training, and basic puppy skills. I have probably had about 100 plus puppies in the last 10 years. About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. There has not been a time I have not had a dog. I help out in a dog kennel sometimes bathing and playing with the dogs. I do not have a job right now so I am home most of the time. I do leave the house in the morning and afternoon to care for my horses. I have a big back yard that is fenced in. First, I have always shown love and care to every dog that I have met and all these dogs have responded in a positive manner. I currently work as a Para professional in Dover, a Private Personal Trainer in the tri-state area, and a server in Middletown, I have my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and am currently enrolled at my local university to get my Masters degree in Counseling. I own 3 dogs and 1 cat that I love very much! I’ve raised dogs, cats, fish, and reptiles my entire life and have experienced all different types of care. My dogs are Pitbull mixes and an American Bully who love to have fun just like me. Being safe, outside, and active are things I take pride in because builds a bond and a good time. I love meeting new people and pets, so I’m excited to help take care of your FURever friends:) I do work part-time and go to school online but always have time for furry friends. I’m able to provide care at minimum every 6-8 hours days I work. During our meet and greet I like to get as much info about your pets daily routine. My philosophy is “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it” so I like to be as consistent as possible.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I trained my dog as a puppy & have been a reliable dog sitter for friends & family. I have a flexible work schedule and work locally! I am open to any time of day if I can make it work with my job :) I love to get outside and exercise & would love to walk your dog! I am in a well kept town house, with a small back yard & fenced in deck. I am always cautious when watching someone’s family pet & utilize the tools you may have in your home (leash,crate, etc) to keep your pet safe!

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t know how to explain this except: Jess is basically Dodger’s second family now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re looking for the type of sitter who treats your dog like FAMILY…like actual family…Jess is the one. I honestly don’t think Dodger realized he was being “boarded.” He thought he was on vacation with his new cousins, new uncles, and his new favorite person on earth (Dan 😆). From the minute we dropped him off, Jess was so reassuring and kind. She sent constant updates, pictures, and little stories that made my heart feel so much better. And not just “here’s your dog existing” pictures…NO. We’re talking: *Dodger cuddling her husband like they’ve been best buds for 10 years *Dodger snuggled up with her youngest like they were watching Saturday morning cartoons *Dodger and Tanner acting like long-lost brothers reunited *Dodger eating, relaxing, wagging his tail like a helicopter blade *Dodger getting a whole spa bath after rolling in the yard mud 😭💀 He even chewed through a Kong, which honestly deserves its own award. I warned her he was a super chewer, but I don’t think ANYONE was ready for him to destroy the “indestructible” toy. She just laughed and sent pictures like, “Welp, he’s having the time of his life.” 😂 The whole time she made sure I felt comfortable…even when my baby stole my phone and I panicked thinking I missed messages 😅 She was patient, flexible, and genuinely cared about him AND about us. Dodger came home happy, clean, tired, and FULL of love. His tail literally didn’t stop wagging the entire stay. And I’m pretty sure he thinks Jess’s house is his second home now…which I’m honestly fine with, because I know he’s safe and adored there. Jess and her whole family are wonderful, warm people. They treated Dodger like he belonged with them, and that’s all a dog mom could ever want. We will definitely be booking again (unless Dan steals him permanently 😂). Thank you, Jess, for loving our boy so well. He misses you all already! ❤️🐾 P.s thank you for being so accommodating and helpful with his bath, I loved getting to pick him up early and snuggle him with us the moment he came home🥹💕”

“Cynthia was great with my 1 1/2 year old Sheltie. She allowed us to meet her and her pup a couple of weeks before our vacation, to make sure we all were comfortable with each other. Drop off day was hard for us since our Sheltie is only 1.5 year’s old and a rescue, we didn’t want to stress her out too much. Cynthia has lots of experience with rescues and was quick to pick up on her needs. During the vacation she sent us many videos and pictures, which helped a great deal.
