The place where our dog was staying unexpectedly call us and rudely demanded that we pick up our dog immediately. Being out there of state with no one nearby to help, we were completely panicked and heartbroken. My husband remember about Rover and he find Renee, she responded very quickly asking the situation and accept our booking. Without hesitation, she stepped in and went out of her way to pick up our dog for us. She was incredibly sweet, caring, and compassionate, exactly what we needed in that moment. “I seriously can’t recommend Cari enough! I was so nervous about leaving my cats because they’re both pretty shy with new people, but they ended up loving her. Seeing them so comfortable with someone they had just met says everything about how kind and patient she is. This trip was pretty hard for me because my boy, was recently diagnosed with oral cancer, so leaving him was honestly really stressful. He needs medication and some extra attention right now, and I was worried the whole time leading up to my trip. Cari took such great care of him, made sure he got his medicine, and kept me updated, which helped so much with that stress. For the first time in a while, I was actually able to focus on my work trip instead of constantly worrying about my cats. Coming home to two happy, relaxed kitties was the best feeling. About: I've been taking care of indoor cats since I was 20, but I've always loved them. I used to feed the strays growing up. My first cat had a single litter of kittens before being spayed so I have experience with raising kittens as well. I currently have 3 indoor cats I care for. Two short-haired and one long-haired. About: I never had a dog of my own growing up, but I always had a blast watching animals for my family and friends! Taking dogs on walks and simply playing with them is so much fun. I love to be able to bond with pets and really get to know them. I’m not a professional dog trainer, however I’ve attempted to crate train and teach other simple tricks to dogs and was successful. I have experience with senior dogs as well as high energy puppies. I am able to adapt to any dogs personality to ensure they have a great time while their owner is away! Pet care is an important part of my daily routine. I am currently available full time, Monday-Sunday. I make sure to set aside time for walks, feeding, and playtime with the pets I care for. I also ensure they have regular check-ins and any necessary medication or grooming is done on time. About: My family and I absolutely love dogs we lost ours recently and I am not ready to get another one but would love to care for yours like he/she was our own. I have 3 very energetic kiddos that would love to play with and give lots of love and cuddles to your fur baby. I am a stay at home mom, we have no other animals of any kind so your fur baby will have all the attention when they stay with us. Please be understanding that no pets in the bed, its a very full bed already with 3 kids under 6.

About: I am currently doing Rover part-time, I’m also working 2 other part-time jobs, however, for one of them I get to choose my own schedule. If given enough notice (usually a week) I can take off the days you’d need from one of my jobs, and then just schedule my other around it! I’ve had and taken care of dogs/cats since a young age. I love all animals and caring for them! Ive taken 2 pre-vet classes and would love to have a job working with animals full-time, no matter the job! As of now, I am caring for my 2 cats and leopard gecko! I only work Thurs-Sun, never more than 8 hours + my other job I can pick my own schedule! I am free all other weekdays to be able to take care of your pets! I am no longer able to do house sitting because I now have a baby to take care of, but if they are good with kids and cats, your pet is more than welcome to come stay with us! About: Hello I’ve grown up with dogs in the house and have rescued 2 little ones of my own when I moved into my own house. We have a fenced in yard with lots of toys and area to play! My in laws live on an island in the Caribbean and whenever we visit we care for the many stray animals that are on the island! I work from home daily so my schedule is really flexible and can accommodate last minute bookers! Taking breaks throughout the day is easy to do with such flexibility! About: I'm certified in CPR emergency vet services and have watched dogs in my home for years. If you are working long hours and or regular hours and need someone to take care of your dog while you're at work, I'm the one. Sometimes when we leave our dogs alone at home while we work they can get into a lot of things. They can get bored. They can be destructive and they get very lonely. Most of the clients that I work with have a job work long hours and their dogs at times have torn their house, their furniture or whatever they can find completely up and then they have such a mess when they get home. We love our dogs. We love them more than anything and it's hard to come home like that. So if you're tired of it and need someone to help, I'm the one for you. I'm retired. I have two dogs that are so used to other dogs. They don't get out of my sight. Believe me. I have leashes harnesses beds. Anything they need? Lots of toys and lots of activity. I don't have a fenced-in yard but that's why I take small dogs and I can walk them two to three times a day. Whatever you would like to have done. They are allowed on my furniture and in bed with me if they happen to spend the night. They have full run of the household just like mine does. My two dogs are small and they love other dogs after their first initial visit. My dogs are used to other dogs in my house that are not mine and we all get along. Meet and greets are essential. I love animals of all kinds, but I find that dogs are my ones that I can handle the best. It gives the owner peace of mind knowing that their dog is with someone that will take good care of them. So if you need somebody like me just me know. We'll see what we can work out. Randomly I will be able to watch them overnight. If something happens you have to work late or the weather gets bad and you can't make it to my home. That's not a problem. I've got a big bed and lots of blankets and lots of pillows and lots of dog beds if that's where they like to sleep. 🐾 All dogs must be up to date on shots and flea and tick medicine. All dogs will be checked when they come to my house to make sure that there's no fleas. If they do have fleas then I will bathe them And let you know that they need flea and tick medicine before they return. I have plenty of references if you request. I’m retired and am home all day. I’m prepared ahead of time for hosting dogs. The reason I have a one-day notice is so I can prepare my house with anything I may need so that there is no leaving the dogs by theirself. All pets free roam my home. They get to sleep wherever they are used to. They are fed according to the pet parents instructions. All pets get two to three walks a day .Lots of potty breaks, water provided outside and of course inside. They get lots of hugs and treats if aloud by pet parents.
About: I took care of my shih tzu for 12 years, he recently passed of old age. I had dogs growing up but Oreo was the first that really attached to me. He whined if he couldn't get into the bathroom with me. He slept in my bed with me until he got too old to be that high up without supervision. I gave him embarassing mom haircuts for 10 years because I knew he hated the entire experience of going to the groomers and I wanted to spare him the discomfort. I was always looking for ways to make that dog more comfortable. I have experience in caring for senior dogs, so you can rest assured I will do everything I can for your senior furbabies' comfort. I'm currently working part-time weekdays caring for children but my weekends are open for watching your fur babies!! I usually wake up around 10-11am so I can be available any time after that Friday-Sunday! I always check the water after being gone to make sure there's still enough in there and that it's clean, and feed the cats 3 times a day when possible. Some days just twice usually when I have work. I am happy to follow whatever feeding schedule you have for your fur babies! I also try to brush the cats once a day to cut down on shedding. If you have brushes I am happy to give your pets all the brushin's! We also play with chew toys, cat wands, laser pointers, and socks! Whatever toys you have I'm sure we will have a blast!
About: I LOVE DOGS!! What more can I say? I have had dogs in my family, of my own and taken care of family dogs practically since I was born. I've been around dogs of all shapes and sizes and love all of them, no matter what! I have had experience with special diets, dog walking and even diabetic dogs (using diabetic test strips and glucometer). I work in the office Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but I come home during my lunch break each day to care for my own pets and check in on any furry guests. Outside of work, your pet will receive plenty of love, attention, playtime, and personalized care to help them feel right at home! In My Home: When caring for pets in my home, I strive to create a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where they can feel comfortable and secure. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and any special instructions provided by their owners! Pets in my care receive plenty of attention, affection, enrichment, and supervision. Whether your pet loves to play, cuddle, or simply relax, I make sure they feel right at home and are treated like part of the family! In Clients’ Homes: When caring for pets in their own homes, I understand how important it is to maintain consistency and respect their familiar environment. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications (if needed), walks, playtime, and household routines to help pets feel comfortable while their owners are away. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so pet parents can have peace of mind knowing their furry family members are happy and well cared for. My goal is always to ensure pets feel loved, safe, and cared for in the comfort of their own home!!
About: Hi! I’m Kelsey. I love and care about all animals as though they are my own. My family has always owned pets ever since I was young. I was grown up taught how to take care of and respect animals. I volunteered at my local Humane Society for many years when I was younger. I house/dog sit for many friends as well! I feel as though I can bond very well with other animals. I know how to respect and care for animals in a way that they will love and respect me as well. I am very passionate about all animals. I enjoy playing ball, taking walks, and simply just relaxing with them! Due to my current schedule, I am available most days to take care of your furry friend(s)! This does includes mornings, afternoons, and some evenings. I have 2 dogs that enjoy playing with other dogs! I do, however, prefer to go to a clients house to dog/cat sit so that they can feel comfortable and safe in their own environment.

“We can’t say enough amazing things about Renee, she was truly our angel during a very stressful moment while we were on vacation in Florida. The place where our dog was staying unexpectedly call us and rudely demanded that we pick up our dog immediately. Being out there of state with no one nearby to help, we were completely panicked and heartbroken. My husband remember about Rover and he find Renee, she responded very quickly asking the situation and accept our booking. Without hesitation, she stepped in and went out of her way to pick up our dog for us. She was incredibly sweet, caring, and compassionate, exactly what we needed in that moment. About: I grew up in a dog-loving home—there was never a time we didn’t have a furry friend in the family. Since my very first pet, I’ve enjoyed caring for animals. Now as an adult, I have a dog and a cat of my own. My pup is a high-energy guy that I’ve raised since he was a puppy. We went through all the training together—lots of patience, consistency, and treats!—and now he’s a well-behaved, happy companion who keeps me on my toes. My cat is curious and full of personality, always finding new spots to nap and new ways to charm everyone. Fun Facts Just About Me: I moved to Hagerstown with my husband, 2 dogs and cat a few years ago. My husband and I recently got married in May 2026. I play adult softball and kickball. I love to be outside whether it's walking the dogs, attempting to garden or being on the water. Since I work from home, I’m lucky to spend lots of quality time with my pets throughout the day, and I’d love to extend that care and attention to your furry family members too. Whether it’s going for walks, sticking to a feeding routine, or just offering companionship, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and right at home. When caring for pets, whether in my home or yours, safety and trust are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a calm, secure environment with a fully fenced yard that offers plenty of room for pets to run and play safely. We also have sidewalks throughout the neighborhood perfect for walks, a puppy play pen for supervised fun, and plenty of space to crate pets comfortably if needed. All areas are pet-proofed to prevent accidents, and I carefully manage food, toys, and any medications. When visiting a client’s home, I follow their routines closely to keep pets comfortable and stress-free. I make sure doors and gates are secure, hazardous items are out of reach, and I maintain open communication with owners about any special needs or behaviors. Building trust with pets and their families is important to me, so I take time to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs.
