“Daniel and his wife did an exceptional job with my dog Bandit. I was so nervous, Bandit is 8.5 years old and had never been with anyone alone. He did phenomenal with him giving me updates and texts with photos. Made me feel at ease. I had just recently moved to the area and knew nobody had to be an away for a long weekend which required a need for Bandit to be in care. This was just what I was looking for. Very conveniently located also. Would recommend and plan to book again in the future.”
“Kate was wonderful and Mr. Peanut settled in quite quickly with her AND her two own dogs. Peanut is very picky at who he likes and doesn't like. But he got along with the pack and as a doggie mom, that made me feel good. I will definitely use Kate again. As far as the Rover website, there looks to be some logistical issues. On my screen, it told me Kate was 82miles away, but a 30min drive. Please get that fixed. Rover for me was hard to use. I like simple. But Rover has all these twists and turns. For example, I was not allowed to just message sitters. I was forced to pick dates. I had been looking for a new babysitter for Mr. Peanut since we just moved, but Rover made me wait til I needed someone asap, which made my experience stressful. Not good. We should be able to meet and talk to these folks before we book. After all, we are parents, and we all should be allowed to interview these sitters much like we would if they were our human children. Thankfully Kate worked out. But it could have gone a lot smoother. Thanks Kate (and daughter!)”

About: I have been house sitting animals for about a year now in my home town. I have house sat all different size dogs and cats and have even done week long house sitting for the animals. I just recently moved to college and stopped dog sitting but I am ready to continue doing what I love! I am currently a full time college student at Salisbury University. I am done my classes everyday after 12pm and am available anytime on the weekends. I can't wait to spend quality time with your fur babies. While watching your pets in your home, I will always make sure I keep a watchful eye over them. I have experienced with many animals, and well equipped with knowledge and patience for any animal you have. Meet and greet are not necessarily but greatly preferred. Having my own supplies I am always prepared to scoop up some poop. I will use the entire 30 minutes to allow your dog adequate time to use the restroom. During that 30 minutes we're going to burn some energy with intense playtime. This will allow your dog stimulation helping your dog to calm down without having too much pent up energy while you're away. When it comes to Drop-In Visits it is similar to a walk but here's how they differ. With a visit I will be able to refill your pets water or food dish while you're away. If you have cats I can ensure their needs are taken care of such as cleaning litter boxes. Finally, I can take care of some simple household tasks. (I.E. Putting trash out and up to the curb) Furthermore, I am willing to provide training. Depending on your preference I can do clicker, treat, or a combination of both trainings. I can teach your dog fundamental commands such as sit, leave it, kennel up, and come. Thank you for your time. I have also had 4 chickens birds fish turtles and rabbits in the past I love animals and can do anything for them Bathing walking playing feeding anything you need I can do for a animal and any animal. About: I have been house sitting animals for about a year now in my home town. I have house sat all different size dogs and cats and have even done week long house sitting for the animals. I just recently moved to college and stopped dog sitting but I am ready to continue doing what I love! I am currently a full time college student at Salisbury University. I am done my classes everyday after 12pm and am available anytime on the weekends. I can't wait to spend quality time with your fur babies. I plan to give them my full attention, make sure they are well fed, well exercised, and overall well taken care of when they're in my possession:)

He did phenomenal with him giving me updates and texts with photos. Made me feel at ease. I had just recently moved to the area and knew nobody had to be an away for a long weekend which required a need for Bandit to be in care. This was just what I was looking for. Very conveniently located also. Would recommend and plan to book again in the future.”

Requirements Since my property is unfenced, I ask that all guests be: • House trained • Crate trained • Recall trained or e-collar trained • Up to date on flea & tick prevention Your dog won’t just be watched they’ll be on their own little vacation. 🐾 I work from home full time, I am extremely flexible and live on 6 acres of land that includes waterfront for your dog to join my dog dude in swimming and playing fetch in the yard. 6 acres are not fenced but I can walk on leash, tether to a lead or allow off leash if they have good recall/remote training. Please provide crates for indoors.
