About: I am a true Capitol Hill dog lover and I have always had a strong passion for animals, mostly for dogs. I have been caring for dogs since I was child, taking care of my mother’s beloved shitzu. Taking care of her helped me acquire basic canine behavior and taught me the responsibility of taking care of a pet. Most recently I raised my own best friend, Gelato an English Bulldog. I gained my breeder experience with Gelato and cared for her and her 6 puppies, until they were rehomed at 8 months. I enjoy taking long walks, which I consider the ultimate stress reliever and best way to exercise. I have no problem getting my hands dirty. I have 20 years of experience in the customer service field and enjoy striving to provide the best experience to my clients. About: I’ve done rover before and I’ve made long friends with watching their pets I’ve seen them grow and be the best fur balls they are I’m home 24/7 . Your fur babies will have my full attention all week I will be home with them the whole time of their stay. As an adult, I had over 4 years of experience with doggy roommates. I have experiences with many different personalities and sizes so I'm very comfortable with them. I am very active and love taking long walks or light jogs, just like your pup! Gus is also an excellent walking buddy who is good on the leash. I work from home Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00, so it's very easy for me to pop out before work, lunchtime, it after work to take a long walk. If it helps lighten the load when packing, I havethe following items already: Extra dog beds Dog bowls including a slow feeder Toys Feel free to pack these items if course if they will make your pup happier to have their own. I work from home Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00, so it's very easy for me to pop out before work, lunchtime, it after work to take a long walk. I will walk them in the neighborhood and will avoid busy streets. I also don't introduce them to other dogs while walking them to avoid any accidental negative greetings in my care.

I work from home full time and live in a great neighborhood that has ample sidewalks and is very dog friendly. Stella is a mini bernedoodle, K9 Good Citizen certified and gets along with everyone. Your pup has run of the home like her. Welcome on the furniture. Sleeps in my bed (unless you prefer otherwise). Sebastian is a 7 month old kitten that is very bonded and plays beautifully with Stella. He loves to cuddle and be around humans and animals. My husband and I work from home full time. Stella gets walks every 3-4 hours depending upon my schedule (and the weather). If your pup requires more or less we can certainly make it work. We don’t have a yard but we live in a very walkable neighborhood that is extremely dog friendly. My home is two stories so if there’s any issue with stairs please be sure to mention that.

About: What we offer is more of a pack activity group than typical dog sitting. We are very active and do as much as possible as a small group together including pack walks, runs, trips to the park, hiking in trails, hard earned naps, and group basic training and enrichment. We aim to strike the right balance of fun and rest to avoid over or under-stimulation. As a mental health therapist with an anxious dog of my own, I am particularly attentive to dog body language, signs of discomfort, and unique personality. I empathize that it truly sucks that you can’t just text your dog to ask how they’re doing when they’re in another person’s care. My aim is for the next time you arrive at my home, your pup’s booty will wiggle and communicate it all! In the meantime, I welcome your check ins and am happy to send you plenty of pictures and detailed updates. **Note: We are not the right fit for dogs who: are not regularly socialized with other dogs, need to be the only dog in the sitter’s home, are reactive towards or guard resources from other dogs, or just generally would not find our pack playing, walking, and basic training lifestyle very fun! My own dogs are central to our daily routine and get plenty of enrichment, runs/walks/hikes, play in the yard, basic training, and post-activity rest each day. We are very active and do as much as possible as a small group together. Pickup/Drop Off Schedule: We have implemented the following schedule for drop off and pick ups to help protect our pups routine and what remains of our lives outside of doggies 🙃 M-F before 6pm Sat/Sun before 9:30am E.g. if your trip ends at 7pm on Sunday we ask that you schedule your pick up for anytime Monday before 6pm. If we are able to accommodate, flexible drop off/pick up rate for outside of those windows is $30. Doggy Drop Off Room: If we are in meetings during your drop off/pick up times, or out with the other pups, we may arrange for you to use our doggy drop off room where your dog can rest until we are back (within 0-2 hrs). For all pick up/drop offs outside of M-F before 6pm we will arrange for you to use the doggy drop off room. We’ll provide instructions for access when you book. We do not do pick ups/drop offs after 8pm. I am happy to discuss and answer any questions you may have about your specific needs! We have a fenced yard, an indoor camera, gates and human grade rooms for doggy comfort, two crates, and more leashes and toys than one pack could ever need.
About: I’ve always lived with pets in my home and love spending time with them. Previously, I’ve helped watch my sister-in-law’s senior cat and have lots of patience with all animals. I’m currently between jobs so I’m very available to spend as much time as needed with your pets! I also love going on walks frequently throughout the day. Currently, I only live with a cat and she is quite independent. I’ve watched a few of my friend’s dogs and am able to stick to a routine for food and walks. I’m naturally a very detail-oriented person.

About: I grew up with a high-energy Siberian husky and a large mutt (~80 lbs) who were both dog reactive. I learned how to handle them from as soon as I was strong enough to not get pulled into the street! I loved taking them on runs, hikes, long walks, and pretty much anything outdoors. I currently have a two-year-old golden retriever mix at home who loves people, playing, dog parks, hikes, loafing on the couch, and lots of attention (all of which I am more than happy to provide for her). I was recently laid off and am returning to school to get EMT certified soon, so I have a lot of free time to care for your dog! I have housesat for friends with smaller dogs in the past as well and would welcome the opportunity to housesit any size dog :) I am located near town center market in Riverdale Park and have a car. I'm currently in evening classes so other than that I have most weekdays free for walks at whatever time is most convenient for you. For housesitting, I would need time to attend those classes and walk my own dog but would be able to not leave your dog unattended for more than 2 hours at a time. I will be very respectful of your home and would happily attend to any plants you have as well (I enjoy gardening quite a bit). I want you and your pet to feel comfortable with me in your house. I will also send updates at whatever frequency you prefer!

Their home and beautiful backyard are the perfect spot for pups. I was extremely impressed with how attentive they were to each dog's needs, including Sadie's sensitivity to heat given her thick coat. I could tell that they treated Sadie with the same love and care that I show her at home. It was also very comforting knowing that they spend the majority of their time at home with the dogs so the dogs get a lot of supervision. About: I am a true Capitol Hill dog lover and I have always had a strong passion for animals, mostly for dogs. I have been caring for dogs since I was child, taking care of my mother’s beloved shitzu. Taking care of her helped me acquire basic canine behavior and taught me the responsibility of taking care of a pet. Most recently I raised my own best friend, Gelato an English Bulldog. I gained my breeder experience with Gelato and cared for her and her 6 puppies, until they were rehomed at 8 months. I enjoy taking long walks, which I consider the ultimate stress reliever and best way to exercise. I have no problem getting my hands dirty. I have 20 years of experience in the customer service field and enjoy striving to provide the best experience to my clients.
