“Max had great care from Diana. He was only there for one overnight and had some digestive issues due to nervousness but Diana and her family were very understanding and gave him great comfort. Diana and her family were extremely considerate, spent time with us during the drop-off to make sure Max was comfortable before we left, sent an update so we would know how things were going and explained his stay when we picked him up. And, when we unpacked after we returned home, we found a little treat bag for Max. She asked questions to determine his schedule and tried to keep to his routines regarding when he ate, walked, where he slept. She was knowledgeable about different breeds of dogs and knew his traits based on breed. She and her family love dogs and it showed in their interactions. Diana is professional, through and very caring to both pets and owners. I highly recommend her to care for your pet. You'll want to book early, as I'm sure she books very quickly. ”

“Alyssa took great care of our cats, Misty & Fae over the Labor Day weekend. Misty requires prescription wet food and 2 medications (opened capsule & measured liquid) added to her food. Alyssa came for a meet & greet visit during the week before the weekend so she could meet the girls, see their environment & understand their food schedule & medication dosing schedule for Misty. She came for morning & evening feedings & sent us pictures from each visit. We knew they were in good hands while we were away. We will definitely call on her again! We highly recommend Alyssa!! With a barn and a sunroom, I’m able to separate kids from dogs as-needed. I enjoy the rural setting, and keep chickens and ducks, and garden. Experienced with using a clicker to train, and using a beep / vibrate collar for training spirited dogs. Aiming to cater to the most “difficult” dogs for those owners who have limited options. The house is kept clean and because of my pet history I keep things off the floor and food safe from pets. There’s a nice yard but no fence. I have my three boys staying here every other week/end. They're animal lovers too, but in case separation is needed, my bedroom, enclosed sunroom, and finished barn space can be used to contain a pet when the kids are around. For pet sitting and dog walking, I have a leash and a fanny pack. As a runner, it's a joy to take energetic dogs on the trail. For runs & walks, I use my own private access to the little gunpowder falls river woods with a long walkable waterfall, the local NCR trail, or the cemetery across the street (1/4mi laps).

About: I’ve grown up with dogs for most of my life, and have done some dogsitting and dog walking before. I’ll admit it’s been a bit since I had to focus on school work for my psych degree, but now that I have to wait till fall for grad school, I figured now is the time to help out some furry friends! About: I have been around animals my whole life and I have 2 pets of my own. I feed and take them on walks every day I have 2 pets of my own. A dog named Reese and a cat named Sawyer. I am able to come to someone's home also. I also work in the evenings Wednesday through Sunday so I am able to care for animals in the mornings and all day on the days that I am off from my regular job which is Monday and Tuesday. If you need an overnight sitter I can do that as well. My schedule at work is usually 7 hrs and I would be able to come stay a night after I get off work. We can discuss that at a later time upon booking if needed. I take my dog out on the leash because of the place that I live at doesn't have a fenced in yard. Watch them closely when not on leash. I also have kennels that can separate them if needed.

About: Since 2014, I’ve cared for pets of all ages and pawsonalities — from shy kittens to spicy dogs, plus chickens, bunnies, and even a hermit crab. 🐶🐱🐔🐰🐟 Fostering over 200 pets has made me fluent in body language (pet edition). Whether your pet wants snuggles, space, or serious playtime, I tailor each visit to what makes them happiest. I’m comfortable giving medications* and teaching basic obedience. I also make the experience great for you! I’m a reliable communicator, send plenty of cute pics, and if your pet’s up for it, you’ll come home to a handmade surprise “from your pet.” *If medications are required to be given an additional fee will be negotiated and applied before the booking is confirmed. Pet care fits naturally into my routine — it’s something I genuinely enjoy! I’m available mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a flexible schedule that allows me to adapt as needed. I am able to care for about a dozen pets per week and I only book one house-sitting family at a time to ensure each pet gets my full attention. Walks and drop-ins can easily be added into my day, especially Monday through Friday. Pet care is both relaxing and rewarding for me — I love building relationships with the pets I visit, and I think they look forward to our time together just as much as I do! I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes, starting by learning their pet’s established routine to ensure they feel comfy and happy. I gather all the important info — like vet contacts, emergency numbers, and where cleaning supplies live (just in case!). I’m a tidy sitter too: I take out the trash and scoop up any yard “presents” to keep things fresh. Most importantly, I listen closely to both owner and pet to discover what makes each furry friend feel safe and loved, then tailor my care to their unique personality.
