About: I’ve been dog walking and sitting for neighbors since I was 12 years old. I’ve dog sat multiple types of dogs. I’ve done dog walking, check-in & potty break visits, and I’ve stayed at a clients home for long periods of time (5+ days) to be with their pups. I’ve also been tasked with administering insulin shots to dogs before. And I have a lot of experience with dogs that have anxiety, whether with new people, thunderstorms, or anything else, as I have one myself and a long remaining client of mine does as well. I’ve always loved dogs, having grown up having 2 smaller dogs myself. I am hoping to do pet sitting as a new permanent business, so I will have nothing but time to look after your pets! I will schedule out days and time periods based on client necessity and to provide the optimal care for your pets. Because I have two dogs myself, one of which has severe people and other animal anxiety, which for the safety of your pets and mine means I am unable to bring any pets into my home as of current. However, I’ve stayed at the homes of clients before to be with their pups while they’re away. I feed them every morning and night or make sure the food bowl is full depending on how the client feeds their dogs. I give them any medicine or joint tablets that they need to be well. I let them out multiple times a day whenever they need it. And I try to play with and pet them as much as I can while I’m there so they don’t miss their humans too much. I will even take them on a walk if allowed.
About: I was a cat sitter during my first few years of high school. My neighbor was out of state and asked me to take care of her cat. During this time, I would visit at minimum, three times a day to make sure the cat had food and water, had some playtime, and to clean and freshen the litter box. In anything I do, I ensure your dog feels safe, loved, and comfortable. I treat all pets like they are family and build genuine bonds. Communication is key, so it is important that you not only communicate as much information about your dog to me so I can give the best experience, but also that you receive full reports on behavior, any changes I may have noticed in your pup, subtle signs of potential health concerns, etc. I will also work with your dog on basic training if needed during their stays, and educated you as needed on grooming maintenance, your pets body language and behavior shifts to elevate your bond at home as well. I do offer grooming services for any pets in my care. However, pricing and service completion will depend on the size of your dog, condition your pet is in, and their stress levels. I will never force a pet through a service. I am generally home all day. I do work as a groomer for pets that are unable to got to salons, but I do this from home as well. So your pets will have round the clock love and care. You will need to provide any food and specific treats if your pet has a favorite or dietary restrictions/allergies. Pets are family. I will personally take them for walks throughout the day for fresh air and exercise, play with them and ensure they feel comfortable and lived while you are away. I do offer creating services, however, depending on the size of your dog, you may have to supply the crate. You pet will always be treated like family, but the details of their routine and activities will depend on your instructions. I respect that different lifestyles require different things (i.e crating vs free roam, scheduled feeding vs grazing, scheduled walks/potty breaks vs whenever they want to go out, etc.) and will maintain that sense of normalcy as much as possible. If you opt for grooming, and I am able to comfortably groom your dog, grooming will take place 1-2 days before your return. That way they have time to decompress after, and if they are stressed for parts, it gives leeway to do little bits over time.

When I travel, my trips are often pet-focused—I’ve driven cross-country multiple times with my dogs to explore new trails, parks, and adventures together. For walks, drop-ins, and house sitting, I always aim to keep pets on their normal routine so they feel secure in their own home. As a larger and experienced handler, I’m comfortable managing multiple dogs on leash and adapting to different energy levels—whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or prefers relaxed companionship and a calm presence. I’m also experienced in administering most medications and providing attentive care for senior pets who may need a little extra support. I have a very flexible work schedule, and can accommodate most dogs needs! As far as overnight sitting, I will be there from 8 pm until 8 am and will also be coming by a few times a day. Puppies and youngsters (or whoever needs it!) can be accommodated with more drop ins just let me know! If you require 24/7 care this can be arranged as well just let me know prior to booking! Your dog’s comfort and routine are my top priorities. About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life and have over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for pets. Growing up, my mom had five dogs—some of which had puppies—and I helped raise and care for them. About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals since I started high school. I grew up with dogs, cats and poultry and those are the animals I’ve taken care of most. I’m comfortable with senior care for sure but young puppies and extremely young kittens are outside of my comfort zone. I’m currently commuting to SU for this last semester and finishing off a major doesn’t allow for a lot of job opportunities that were available previously due to the amount of at-home work required. Pet sitting allows a lot more flexibility and brings the brain break of hanging out with fur babies to fit into the class work chaos.
