“Boarding with Ellen was outstanding. We had a family emergency that made taking our large dog with us impossible. He’s five-years old and had never been away from home - I am sure it was challenging for him. While not aggressive or disobedient, at about 120lbs he can be intimidating. Ellen was clearly very comfortable with him during our meet and greet visit and was very confident he’d be fine with her. He absolute was! She made him very at home on her beautiful farmette with her pack of critters. They all looked clean and loved. I noted her calmness with the dogs and confidence in their interaction under her watchful eye. The dogs have plenty of space to run and socialize. She made sure we gave her his “regular” food and medications, and verified other foods he would be allowed to have. She sent regular updates and photos during his stay. Each action shot was accompanied by a thoughtful narrative of the photo. We really enjoyed pictures of his quiet time, napping with the other dogs in her home was comforting. They all looked content. We needed an extra day of boarding because of the unpredictability of our travel and Ellen made it so easy. Our dog made new friends and we did too.”

About: While I have no cats of my own, I've been around these sweet creatures my whole life! From barn cats to itty bitty foster kittens, to the skittish and "velcro" cats. I'm experienced with giving cats injections for things such as diabetes and oral medications for heart troubles. I also know how important it is to come back to a nice smelling home, so trust the litter box will be cleaned!!
About: I grew up with a cat as part of the household. I've taken care of cats since I was 12. I have two cats that I rescued from my local shelter, they were the most difficult to place because of prior abuse before coming to the shelter. Now, they are among the most affectionate and friendly cats I've known. They get along with other cats after a couple of sniffs and a hiss on their part.

Tam has abandonment issues and can be a bit shy especially when in a new environment & me being the over enthusiastic cat mama that I am, can be worried leaving her for such long periods of time. Alexis was THE ABSOLUTE BEST in helping ease my heart and mind as I went away for the week. She sent me SEVERAL detailed updates daily with lots of photos and by the end of the trip Tam was following Alexis around the house (which means she’s extra comfortable!) About: I've been around animals my whole life. From the littlest of fish, to the largest of cows and other farm animals! I have 3 dogs of my own, two Colorado mountain dogs and a medium pittie mix. I also have 4 geckoes (2 leopards, a giant Madagascar day gecko, and my newest boy, a harlequin crested gecko!). I've dog-sat little dogs, big dogs, disabled and elderly dogs, as well as young pups and households with multiple animals! I will give you the best care, whether it be for your pets, home, or more! Right now I work part-time at a bakery on Sundays, and I am also a full-time college student! Thankfully, my schedule is very flexible and my attention will solely be on your furry friends. I always make sure to keep my client's homes clean and organized, and pay special attention to any extra tasks I'm giving, such as watering plants (I have dozens of plant babies!), changing the temperature, emptying dehumidifiers, and retrieving packages. Anything you need, I will do to the best of my abilities! I like to update my clients daily on their pets to ease their mind.

About: From house sitting and petting sitting for neighbors when I was young, to fostering pets for the past 5 years, and caring for friends pets when they go away, I have always enjoyed meeting new dogs & cats and caring for them, feeding them or administering medications, playing with & walking them, or just sitting & talking with them, even bathing them! I have a calm and friendly personality that animals gravitate to. I work from home so my schedule is very flexible. My kids are 17 & 18 so they drive themselves around. I can help on weekends, overnights, weekdays, nearly any time, as well as on short notice. I would offer my own home as well but I have a cat and a dog so sometimes the guest pets don't get along with other animals. In your home I can sit with them and talk to them if they're a lazy pet, or take your pup for a walk or running if they're high energy. I could also take him or her for car rides to get a pup cup at Starbucks or to my large fenced in backyard to run around. I live off Sunshine Way in Westminster near the Wal-mart.
About: I own 2 huskies. I've volunteered with a dog rescue for 8 years fostering all types of dogs... 46 of them in fact. My husband and I have firefighter/EMT schedules so we're often home during the day, and handle emergencies well. We have an irregular schedule in my house. You will have to check my calendar for availability. We are often home during the week and daytime. My care for my dogs and foster dogs depend on the dog. My female dog is a princess who sleeps on the couch, but my male needs to be kenneled to keep out of trouble. We have a dog door to allow our dogs freedom to go in and out as they please.

About: I am a lover of all animals and will treat yours like my own. I was a Dog Trainer at Petsmart for 3 years. I have two dogs, two horses, and a cat of my own. We live on a farm that opens up to the woods so we love to exercise and we also love to hit the trails at Solider's Delight or the Westminster pond. All sizes and breeds are welcome. If they need special care or medication, I am also able to assist with that. If there's any other pets in the house, I am knowledgeable with most. You’re welcome to call and check in at any time, and you’ll receive text or email updates daily. I hope you will consider me in your search to find someone to care for your pet family. “We were super impressed with Leilani and the way she cared for our dog, Doc. She took him out on a sweltering hot day but gave him plenty of time to do his business and then showered him with attention inside where it was cool. All the while she kept us updated and sent pics and a note when she was finished. Definitely recommend!”

About: Simply put, I truly LOVE animals. I have always enjoyed spending time with, and playing with pets of all kinds. I will put your pets' needs above my own. I'm currently working full time, but I am usually home when not at work. I live 5 minutes away from my job, so I will always be available for your fur babies even while working if I need to be. I care for pets the same way I would care for a baby. Their needs are always more important than mine, and I will always make time for them. They also get plenty of attention and play time! Please note: I will have to crate them while at work. This is the ONLY time they will be crated. I will also be home around 1:30 for lunch to take your pet out for a potty break.

About: I have always had a pet growing up and enjoying taken care of my two dogs. They are my other “kids” :) I will be able to play ball with them. Take for walks. They will be loved and taken care of while you go to work or even on vacation. It’s always nice to know your pet is taken care of and you have no need stress . I am stay at home mama so I have the time during morning after 9 is best. I am open to afternoon and evenings as well. I have a big yard out back and two dogs of my own to keep your fur baby company. They are very friendly and good with other dogs. I would be taken for walks. Go dog parks around and get plenty of love and exercise.
About: I have had dogs for the past 30 years. I am an approved foster home for a pug rescue. I have rescued several dogs! The last two years, I have been a dog walker! The dog I recently rescued was a client I walked whose mom was disabled. She needed more care than her mom could give her. We bonded from the first walk, and I knew I could be her forever home! I have a blind/deaf pug as well. I do a lot of housesitting and dogsitting it’s always a joy! My home is on an acre. I have my own business out of my home, and so I am home all day and your pet will not be left alone! I am home all day running my health coach business. Pet care will keep me busy and your animal happy..and the resident dogs will love having playmates! I do have a portion of my yard fenced in so the dogs have lots of room to run and play and be dogs. Dogs are rarely crated unless they are used to that and the owner request that they have time in their crate. I am home the majority of the time. I work from home on a part-time basis so I am with the dogs the majority of the time. When the dogs come to my home, it is like they are on their own little vacation. They have a good time playing with the other dogs and go home tired.
About: I have four dogs, three cats, two bearded dragons, a snake and a Tegu. Nothing brings me more joy than being surrounded by animals. You can feel safe knowing your fur baby will get plenty of love and attention! I am available everyday during the week mornings, afternoons and nights . I am also available most weekends. Most days I am even available on short notice in case you have an emergency. I have a fenced in yard if you need me to keep your fur baby at my home. If you prefer a crate I am able to provide that as well. If I am taking care of your fur baby in your home all I ask is that you give me a complete run down so I can care for him/her as you would. I have a lot of love and cuddles to give!

“Boarding with Ellen was outstanding. We had a family emergency that made taking our large dog with us impossible. He’s five-years old and had never been away from home - I am sure it was challenging for him. While not aggressive or disobedient, at about 120lbs he can be intimidating. Ellen was clearly very comfortable with him during our meet and greet visit and was very confident he’d be fine with her. He absolute was! She made him very at home on her beautiful farmette with her pack of critters. They all looked clean and loved. I noted her calmness with the dogs and confidence in their interaction under her watchful eye. The dogs have plenty of space to run and socialize. She made sure we gave her his “regular” food and medications, and verified other foods he would be allowed to have. She sent regular updates and photos during his stay. Each action shot was accompanied by a thoughtful narrative of the photo. We really enjoyed pictures of his quiet time, napping with the other dogs in her home was comforting. They all looked content. We needed an extra day of boarding because of the unpredictability of our travel and Ellen made it so easy. Our dog made new friends and we did too.”

“Lydia was fantastic! She welcomed her home to us with her lovely family including her chickens during our meet and greet. We proceeded to boarding 2 nights with her. Her home provided a warm, cozy and energetic vibe for our Poodle who is out going and craves human interaction. Lydia was not familiar with poodle grooming initially but after a quick demonstration and positive feedback she mastered it in no time. I appreciated her attention to detail, ability to communicate throughout the day and her willingness to learn how to care for specific dog breeds. It was a mutual rewarding experience and she even supervised her children doing obedience training with our pup.”

She was very accommodating to my old senior Mochi and was able to arrange a quiet area for him to rest as well as a fenced outdoor area for him to roam. I was a little worried letting someone else watch Mochi since he's old dog ailments and we're from out of town, but Pamela gave me such a peace of mind with her experience with senior dogs and it showed with how great she took care of my ol'boy!
