“ALL THE STARS!! 100% This is the 2nd time Lori has watched our rescue dog, Luna Lovegood (LuLu), only this time it was 12 days, not 4. Luna has always been timid and didn’t know how to play. Lori has a very gentle and kind dog CoCo (or was pet sitting CoCo also), and by the end of the trip they were playing everyday — Lori sent videos and I couldn’t believe my eyes!!! I may have teared up a bit!! Lori sent out countless photos and videos. She also never put Luna in her room (kennel) and Luna was allowed to sleep on her bed, CoCo’s bed, the couch, etc. Please believe this is a VERY pet friendly home, absolutely wonderful with great energy. Luna hesitated to go in on this 2nd time, but the second she saw/realized it was Lori, she was wagging her tail and VERY happy — she didn’t even say goodbye to us!! That says so much to me!! Again, Lori sent to many videos showing my Luna coming out of her shell and reassuring us that she was okay, which I always need and love!! To know your pet is okay while you’re so far away is a blessing and makes vacation SO MUCH MORE RELAXING! I didn’t have to worry about LuLu, but in the end, I worried she wouldn’t want us back!! Hahahaha!! This is so much better than putting your dog in a kennel. I 100% recommend Lori, she works with your needs, your pets needs, she is 100% involved in communication and updates. She is very easygoing and goes with the flow, if you need something, she will do it! I will NEVER schedule another vacation, until I know Lori is free to watch our beloved Luna. I 100% recommend. SO SO SO much better than any Kennel or doggy daycare. Lori provides love and kindness and understanding and all our doggies need that. Thank you Lori and Rover!!!!”

About: I raised two bigs that I have trained years now and I grew up on a small farm so I have gotten the opportunity to care for animals for some time now! I also volunteer at animal shelters, getting the opportunity to work with all kinds of dogs as well. I am home from playing overseas and am available most days! During week days I can go to others homes to walk or check in pets normally any time of the day. I am comfortable with taking any size pet out for walks or stopping in to give them attention and have no issue taking them out to play and potty based on what the owner wishes!

About: I have been a pet owner my entire adult life. Since living in the area I have owned multiple pets (dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pics, fish) and enjoy playing and cuddling with them and teaching them basic commands. I am also in my 3rd year as a CAWL volunteer in Prince Frederick. I work the school system and am trustworthy, reliable, and kind. I have plenty of time throughout on weekends and in the summer to provide pet care and long walks and play. I am an early riser and enjoy pet care in the early mornings. I play with dogs and cats 3-4 times throughout the day and will do basic chores regarding the pets. I visit with the pets 2-4 times a day, depending on location and needs. I feed them, make sure clean water is provided, clean up any messes or spilled food, messy water area, etc. Then the fun part - we go out to play or play indoors with toys. If they enjoy the ball I can throw it for them or go on walks so they can enjoy the smells and sights of the neighborhood.

I cannot currently watch pets in my home but I can care for your pet in the comfort of your home. Are they crated while you're away? They'll be crated if I'm not there. Or do they only feel safe in certain rooms or need a "safety toy"? I’ve done lots of dog sitting and cat sitting jobs for people close to me and they’re satisfied with how I did, so you 100% will be too. Your pet is in responsible, attentive hands. I have a free schedule and I’m in desperate need of a side hustle. I have too much free time and I think this would be the perfect thing to book my schedule with, especially because of how much I love being outside and animals. I’m very mindful of the safety even of my own animals so your pet is in the best of hands. Although my yard is not fenced, I take my dog out for walks leashed and for the few times she has escaped, I’m not near any major roads for there to be any accidents or for her to be in harm’s way. About: I've been a dog owner for over 20 years and was a foster parent for a San Diego based rescue group for over 3. I currently volunteer as a dog walker at a local Southern Maryland rescue and also foster with them as well. About: I've been around animals all my life, and care for every single one that comes across my path. I have 4 animals so far that are living healthy and happy, and regularly babysit my neighbor's animals for weeks at a time. I wake up every day to my cat, and I want to extend that love to more animals who need that care when their owners are a little busy! It comes as a second nature to me, and I think about how my animals might be impacted by the actions I make, for example: I can never leave drinks on the counter anymore because my cat learned she likes coffee. About: Iv been a dog owner since I was a kid. I love them and they love me. I have two now, Buddy (5) and Lucy (3.5) they are brother and sister GSP’s. My fur babies. I’m a stay at home mom for the most part. I do work two days a week as a caregiver. I’m currently only working outside of my home part time. Two days a week as a caregiver. I’m a full time mom to my 10 year old son and of course, Buddy and Lucy ;-) I have a fenced in yard and two friendly fur babies of my own that yours can play with. I have a doggie door so they can go out as they wish to potty, just to go get some fresh air or sniff around for fun. I can also easily crate your dog if wanted/needed.
