About: I have been a pet owner my entire adult life. Since living in the area I have owned multiple pets (dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pics, fish) and enjoy playing and cuddling with them and teaching them basic commands. I am also in my 3rd year as a CAWL volunteer in Prince Frederick. I work the school system and am trustworthy, reliable, and kind. I have plenty of time throughout on weekends and in the summer to provide pet care and long walks and play. I am an early riser and enjoy pet care in the early mornings. I play with dogs and cats 3-4 times throughout the day and will do basic chores regarding the pets. I visit with the pets 2-4 times a day, depending on location and needs. I feed them, make sure clean water is provided, clean up any messes or spilled food, messy water area, etc. Then the fun part - we go out to play or play indoors with toys. If they enjoy the ball I can throw it for them or go on walks so they can enjoy the smells and sights of the neighborhood.
About: I’ve been taking care of animals for 3 years, used to watch my neighbors, I enjoy doing things your pet loves and enjoys whenever needed. I work part time as a Vet Tech at Calvert Animal Hospital, looking to make a little extra money and I can come when you need me to, I get off usually around 7. Although my pet is not as friendly with others, I can easily separate the two while still tending to both. I will let you know if there is ever a problem but I’m sure there won’t be.

I cannot currently watch pets in my home but I can care for your pet in the comfort of your home. I currently have a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate taking care of your pet(s) as needed around my own day to day responsibilities. I will take care of your pet as you regularly do. Are they crated while you're away? They'll be crated if I'm not there. Or do they only feel safe in certain rooms or need a "safety toy"? About: I've been a dog owner for over 20 years and was a foster parent for a San Diego based rescue group for over 3. I currently volunteer as a dog walker at a local Southern Maryland rescue and also foster with them as well. Our family has cared for, trained and assisted with the adoption of many different breeds from small to large and all ages, puppies less than 12 weeks included. In addition we puppy raise and train service dogs for a non-profit organization based out of NY. Pets bring so much love and joy to our lives and deserve the best care when we are away. I can promise they will receive the same love and attention as if you were home yourself. Current pet is a 13 year old yellow lab and pointer mix that we've had since he was 12 weeks old. He loves long walks, swimming in any body of water and snuggling with his cat brother, Tucker. In addition we have a 2 year old beagle that nothing but fun. References are available upon request. I work remotely and am home during the day. This allows me flexibility to care my own fur-children and yours from either my home or yours. I have a large fenced yard, friendly pups, a dog room and plenty of crates. We often crate and rotate to make sure our pups get enough one on one and would do the same for yours.

About: I've been around animals all my life, and care for every single one that comes across my path. I have 4 animals so far that are living healthy and happy, and regularly babysit my neighbor's animals for weeks at a time. I wake up every day to my cat, and I want to extend that love to more animals who need that care when their owners are a little busy! It comes as a second nature to me, and I think about how my animals might be impacted by the actions I make, for example: I can never leave drinks on the counter anymore because my cat learned she likes coffee. “Lindsay took such great care of my pup, Marley, over the holidays! She went above and beyond getting Marley a toy (her new favorite) for Christmas, making adorable ornaments, replacing a sweater that got damaged, and sending daily picture and video updates. In every photo, Marley looked so happy and well entertained, and it gave me complete peace of mind knowing she was truly loved and treated like family. Initially, I reached out to have her handle some dinners a couple of times a year but then I had an unexpected death in the family that required me to go out of town for seven days. She stayed four nights without her baby shadow, my other spoiled pooch, and she enjoyed outdoor play, made new friends, and even got a manicure and pedicure! I always feel confident leaving my dogs in her care because she cares for them as if they are her own. I recommended her recently to my neighbor for her puppy and she is also pleased with the care she received. We will continue to use her for our extended stay needs for sure!”

“My 2 fur babies stayed with Dee for a weekend. The girl whom is the youngest is super hyper & very feisty & the boy just wants to play with his ball but have occasional anxiety like most pups. . Dee is awesome, she was extremely patient with my two poodles and sent me daily updates on their feedings, walks, daily behavior, etc. I was a little worried when I dropped them off but Dee made me feel more comfortable after she sent me updates & assured me they were doing well. After picking them up, my fur babies were happy & relaxed. I will definitely use Dee J. services again.”
