“Our black lab puppy Simba had an AMAZING time here. 5 star experience for sure!!! We brought him to come meet Elaine after a traumatic stay he experienced at a dog hotel. He was “ok” there but was needing more affection, kindness and one on one personal time. He also had a very hard time traveling in the car after our one week vacation at the pet hotel. Right away he and our family felt comfortable here. My dog is shy, sweet and quiet on first meeting people but with Elaine he warmed up so quickly and fell in love with her, her big beautiful back yard, spacious warm home and tender care. We brought him back for this one day stay over night and we are sooooo happy we did. He easily followed her inside her house vs us usually having to pick him up and go in, which was a great feeling. He had a relaxing fun time with their sweet dog Brady, felt right at home and had no problem whatsoever. We feel so grateful for all the love, time and affection he got here and we cant rave enough about this dog sitter/dog boarder!!!!! We will be coming back in October for a week when we go away on our family vacation. We feel so relieved and relaxed to leave our bundle of joy with Elaine knowing he’ll be so cared for here. I think people think that cats are “easier”, but as a result they don’t end up getting all of the love and care they need. About: My very friendly little dog and I would love to host your dog here with us, up to 40 pounds only though...Or if your pal would benefit from a playmate, we would love to come sit for you! Well first off, I've been trusted with the care of many precious pets for years now...And enjoy it very much...I am fun, caring, and engaging, as well as all ble's, reliable, dependable, and responsible! And I took a CPR pet course, and human one as well. I have had cats mostly all my life, and now own a small dog of my own, who as I stated earlier, could, or doesn't have to if need be, come with me, as some love to have a playmate for their pet...And I know my friendly little guy very much enjoys the visit. But with anyone coming to my home, my guy will be there too, and they must all be friendly, and then we have nothing but a good time. Which brings me to, I can watch any animal, esp in the animals home and of any size...It is my home that, as also mentioned above, I would only be able to take in a small or medium sized dog, cat, or caged pet. And my home, that I live in with just my little guy, is pretty open and spacious for dogs to move around, and I have fenced in my backyard just off the back door porch for even more run around fun. And now onto my prices, I had to do additions a certian way on here...As to plus a cat if I'm also coming to care for your dog...But I can always modify and give a discount if say you have many plus one cats in your home so it doesn't keep plus one'ing a fee...Or if you have wonderfully easy small dogs, I would not keep plus one'ing for those and would find a nice set fee, and especially if my little guy could also come enjoy them, or they could come spend the time with us...It's the large ones that can be more of a handful and take a bit more doing often times, that I have to have it set that way for. And I did just recently up my prices some as I've noticed that Rover charges per night and I am not loving that, I always on my own charge per day, so I up'd my prices some to reflect that. But have noticed that I am still under many, esp when it comes to multiple pets, and so that is good. So you can always send me a msg and we can discuss any and all options. I can often work staying elsewhere into my routine, even if many miles away...Pop ins as well can be worked in more easily than not...Esp when it's on the way to work or right near work...And my work schedule often varies and can be shifted if need be...But that brings me to, work is part time, so I won't be gone hours upon hours at a time, but those hours could fall into the evening as in dinner could be an hour or 2 late an evening or 2, if that is alright. And I put a certain radius...But I have stayed in homes miles and miles away, out of state even, just ask if it's doable, it very well may be! But for pop ins and walks, I would prefer to travel within 10 miles or so from my home only. So I did just update this for a 45 miles out, but obviously I cannot be doing a pop in or daily walk so far away. I care for pets in my home or their home the same way I care for my pet in his home...With the added, well, additions that your pet may need. My home is often more foolproof safe...Such as I have an indoor fenced area around my front door...And I do sometimes bring something similar with me to others homes...I prefer to be (overly) safe than sorry.

Many dog owners find themselves surprised that their dogs may exhibit destructive behavior at a sitter's house that they do not exhibit at home, like chewing and tearing things up. Your dog, in this case, will only be crated while we are out of the house. My husband works full-time, while I am home intermittently. But your baby will get lots of attention. During the weekdays, the house sits empty anywhere 3-5hrs. Your pet must be OK with that. I grew up with dogs: Scottish Terrier, Jack Russell Terrier, Rottweiler, Dachshunds, Chinese Crested, and Silky Terriers are the dogs my family members have owned and loved in my lifetime. I have no dogs of my own (anymore), but two little girls who just love and crave a dog in the house. If your dog is a no-no on little kids, this will not be a good fit for you.
About: I grew up taking care of dogs since high school! Friends have always called me the dog whisperer. Extremely patient with dogs and worked at a dog salon as a dog bather for 4 years. I do currently have a dog of my own, Bob, a Brussels Griffon. My partner, Dylan, and I work at home 4/5 days. We stagger our days so that someone is always home with the dogs and are never left at home alone. We both work together to make sure my dog and yours are interacting well with each other and are having a good time! We are happy to accommodate any dogs that need extra TLC during the work week from 8/8:30AM to 5:30PM. We are unable to do pick ups later than 5:30PM at this time. Your dog will be able to join us on our morning and midday walk! We only take one dog at a time to provide the highest quality care. I have an unfenced yard, but will always take your dog out leashed. Your dog will be a part of our family during the stay and is allowed on all furniture.

We work from home so we're always around and would love to include your babies in our everyday life. We've been boarding for many years and are very comfortable with any breed. We care for them as if they're our very own kids. You can find kennels aplenty but your babies couldn't possibly feel more at home, than when they're with us!
About: I've grown up around dogs and cats my whole life. I have cared for pets while friends/family were away and enjoy doing so. I love spending time with animals. At the moment I am part time and have my daughter. My schedule is very open. Even on my work days I am free the first half of the day. However you want them taken care of is how I will do so. Always with love and kindness. I see my pets as my family.

“We originally asked Caroline if she could walk and feed our two dogs as we were planning to a long day trip. However, we woke up to find our oldest dog not doing very well. It turned out that he had cancer and that we would have to put him down. It was a long agonizing day trying of running tests and considering options before finally deciding that the most humane treatment would be to euthanize. Through all this, we are thankful to Caroline who took care of our remaining fur children--a dog and a cat. It was a great relief to not have to think or worry about them so we could focus on our oldest dog in his time of need.”

“Our black lab puppy Simba had an AMAZING time here. 5 star experience for sure!!! We brought him to come meet Elaine after a traumatic stay he experienced at a dog hotel. He was “ok” there but was needing more affection, kindness and one on one personal time. He also had a very hard time traveling in the car after our one week vacation at the pet hotel. Right away he and our family felt comfortable here. My dog is shy, sweet and quiet on first meeting people but with Elaine he warmed up so quickly and fell in love with her, her big beautiful back yard, spacious warm home and tender care. We brought him back for this one day stay over night and we are sooooo happy we did. He easily followed her inside her house vs us usually having to pick him up and go in, which was a great feeling. He had a relaxing fun time with their sweet dog Brady, felt right at home and had no problem whatsoever. We feel so grateful for all the love, time and affection he got here and we cant rave enough about this dog sitter/dog boarder!!!!! We will be coming back in October for a week when we go away on our family vacation. We feel so relieved and relaxed to leave our bundle of joy with Elaine knowing he’ll be so cared for here. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT OUR STAY AND ELAINE!!!!!! We will definitely be repeat clients and will be sharing our good experience with all our many friends with dogs.
