I grew up with lots of animals - three large dogs: a Malamute, Samoyed and their puppy plus three cats and worked on a horse ranch. I had my own darling Max a Cavalier until he passed a couple of years ago. I work from home so your dog will have plenty of companionship and attention from morning to evening. I usually walk dogs according to the schedule they are used to. In between, they can hang with me. IFeeding times will also coincide with your instructions. I'm an early riser so you are welcome to drop your dog off (with notice) as early as 7:30 am. I have a large three bedroom home with an huge fenced back yard on a quiet street near trails. It's single floor so no stairs for older dogs to contend with.

About: I have my own dog walking/Pet Sitter business called “Canine in motion” On facebook and instagram. I’m super excited to have new clients reach out to me that need a dog walker/pet sitter. I’ve worked at an animal shelter, a doggy day care and I also used to volunteer at a nearby animal shelter to help walk dogs. Through those experiences i’ve learned so much about different dog breeds and other small animals. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pup! I’m available for pet sitting/dog walking Monday-Friday. My weekends are also free. Why should I look after your dog while you're on vacation or unable to look after them? I give genuine love and passion to dogs. I understand their needs, both physical and emotional, and i’m dedicated to providing them with the utmost care and attention. About: Animals kept me safe my entire life, now I return the favor by keeping your babies safe while you’re away. ❤️ I have been working with animals my whole life. At only 3 I moved in with my step father onto a small farm(yes this means I can feed your chickens, gather your eggs, clean your stalls, and feed your cattle, pigs, or even horses). I spent three years working in the veterinary field where I learned to better understand and triage animal emergency and how to deal with them calmly and safely. I have 3 dogs, and 2 cats of my own as well as a bearded dragon and a few chickens, whom I love more than life. I have minimal boarding experience, but have had or worked with everything from fish and birds, to dogs to cattle, from snakes to horses, and I love each one of these creatures just as much as the rest. I adore all animals, and cherish my pets so much, and finding some one you can trust to REALLY care for them can be a challenge, so let me make your life a little easier with flexible, reliable, patient and gentle care. As a pet mom to 11 furry, scaly, and feathered babies, I know how hard it can be to find reliable pet care. My animals are my children, my babies; the most important things in my world. I promise to love yours the way I’d love my own. I am currently unemployed and taking a leap. What I’d LOVE is to start my own pet care company. I know how hard it is to find pet care in and around the Berkshires, especially the holidays when all the day cares and well known sitters are booked - so let me take some of that weight off you. I’m flexible and reliable and can do drops ins, walks, day stays, over nights, or multiple day stays. I’m open to any animal type, including pocket pets, exotics and special needs. What can I say? Pets are really the only thing most of us like in this crazy world; so it’s kind of the perfect job. 😉 I am open to all types of care, all types of animals, and all types of situations. I have experience in vet medicine and have had elderly and special needs animals my whole life. No matter how long my interaction with your baby is, I assure you it will be filled with love.
About: I work a registered nurse schedule, so I’m very used to being organized, dependable, and managing my time well. Caring for animals fits naturally into my routine because it’s something I truly enjoy and find deeply grounding. Being around animals is good for the nervous system, and pet care feels like a meaningful, calming complement to my work in nursing. I value the chance to give pets attentive, compassionate care while also doing something that brings a sense of balance to my week. I only provide care for your pets in their own home, because they can be so sensitive to change and are usually happiest in their own environment. I aim to bring a calm, steady presence that helps your pets feel comfortable while keeping their routines as normal as possible. I’m experienced with animals who need extra support and am comfortable administering oral medications, inhaled medications like inhalers, and subcutaneous medications. I also really value all the little details pet parents know about their babies, whether it’s a favorite hiding spot, a specific feeding routine, or something that seems unusual to anyone else. Nothing is too weird, and I’m always happy to include those details in their care so they can feel as safe and comfortable as possible.

About: I love a challenge and a new four legged friend! Puppy biting, pulling on walks, endless energy? Let me know and we can come up with a good plan to meet your pups needs. I’m happy to hike with dogs, water activities, or other outdoor outings if it is what your pup needs to be their best at home. I also have a large fenced in yard to play fetch as opposed to a walk if that helps your dog get their energy out better! (6ft tall wood privacy) I learn quickly and care about how you want your pet care of above all else. I’ve owned, cared for, and fostered many animals across numerous ages and breeds. I have availability on weekends and after 4pm most weekdays. I am flexible and don’t mind last minute requests as my job allows for a good amount of flexibility I can adjust for a specific situation. I reinforce good behaviors or redirect bad behaviors with positive methods. I will not place any animal in an overly stressful environment and will meet them where they are at.

As soon as we dropped Tilly off, we knew she was in the best hands for the weekend and Tilly took to her right away. “We had SUCH a wonderful experience with Meghan & Sean—and so did our pup! Our 3yo dog is nervous around new people and can be reactive. We were worried about how she would do staying with a family with young kids. Meghan & Sean listed to our worries and helped up brainstorm ways to put our dog at ease. And it worked like a charm! We were so grateful to the extra time Meghan & Sean spent to make both the humans and the doggo feel positive about the plan. We loved getting pics of the crew on their daily walks. It was also really really REALLY nice to see how much love Meghan and fam have for all animals, and how positive they were about our sometimes tricky dog. Our dog had a great week and we will definitely return to Meghan & Sean for future doggy needs, whether it is another week or a shorter visit. Highly recommend, zero notes!”
