But we found ourselves in a pinch, and Gienna (thankfully!!) had an opening in her schedule to care for Sully for a long weekend. She and her dog Maggie were so welcoming, and made Sully feel right at home. He was so comfy and was soon prancing in Gienna’s yard. Our 2 cats have pretty basic needs, but they do not like strangers and we had never left them alone with a non-family member, so we were apprehensive about taking a week-long international trip. When we met with Tyler we emphasized that it wasn’t unexpected for him not to see the cats at all when he came by to feed them, and that he didn’t need to try to find them or stay and spend time with them if they didn’t want to come out. Imagine our surprise when we got a video from him the very first night with our big orange scaredy-cat rubbing up against him! Even our suspicious little tabby girl, who’s often skittish even around US, felt comfortable enough to walk into the kitchen and eat her food while Tyler was still there. He sent us a video or a photo or 2 each visit along with a quick update on how the cats were doing, which was perfect; we got peace of mind without distraction from our trip. We agonized for literally months over how we would arrange cat care after moving further away from our families, but now we know that we will be booking with Tyler any time we take a trip! It’s an enormous relief to have someone we can trust and that the cats actually feel comfortable with. Tyler is a lifesaver and we can’t recommend him highly enough!”
About: I have worked at a cat boarding facility for the better part of five years. I have many pets and experience with the following; medicine administration, injecting insulin, monitoring the cats’ health and appetite, cleaning, and making sure each and every cat got the adequate attention they needed. About: I have been taking care of dogs for approximately 4 years; most recently having gained experience with energetic, adorable puppies having welcomed Prince into our home. He has brought so much joy to me and my three boys! I currently work from home and am awake by 6 AM with my puppy. I have an office set up with toys, beds and crates. About: Ive taken care of my best friends dog Tucker , he is a very adorable golden retriever , and ive taken care of him by walking him, feeding him , and sleeping with him. I love giving him lots of belly rubs , cuddles , and of course kisses. Secondly Ive taken care of my boyfriends two dogs named Mabel and pebbles, they are both small dogs, and ive taken care of them by walking them , feeding them , and sleeping with them as well. Lastly I love dogs so much , I would do anything for them. About: I have been pet-sitting since I was about 11 or 12 years old. Friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me to feed, water, play with, pet, medicate, scoop, cuddle, brush, walk, and generally love their pets for decades, and I have enjoyed every moment of it! I currently offer pet care in my clients' homes. I try to be very flexible with my clients and the needs of their pets. When I go away and rely on a pet-sitter to look after my fur babies, I always miss them terribly, which is why I send my clients and update on how their pets are doing during and/or after each visit, and I always take lots of pics and videos to share.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I remember. I grew up with a Newfoundland and a Collie; meaning I have lots of experience with high energy pups as well as mellow ones. I’ve dog sat for neighbors on and off for 3+ years. Will shower your dog with love! I work part time at a restaurant, meaning I’ll definitely have time to fit your dogs needs into my schedule! With work hours, it may be difficult to fit into specific times, but I can accommodate the best that I can. Communication is key. My senior girl dog is not the friendliest with other dogs, so I would refrain from bringing any dogs back to my home. However, I will transport myself to your home and accommodate for your dogs needs/desires as best as I can!
