About: Animals have always had a special place in my heart. My journey started with pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and family in middle school and grew to volunteering at local animal shelters and working in a boarding kennel to currently working as a vet assistant while at school, pursing a pre-veterinary science degree, giving me experience with animals of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. Neighbors, friends, and family often count on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets, and I truly love every moment of it. As a full-time student, I’ve built a schedule that gives me plenty of time for pet care. I also work at a doggy daycare in Avon, CT, so my work schedule usually varies throughout the week. About: I grew up having dogs and cats and taking care of them. Now that I don’t have any pets of my own, I’d love to care for someone else’s! I have dog sat for all kinds of dogs and always enjoyed the time spent with them. If your dog is crate-trained or more comfortable with their own space, I’m happy to accommodate crating and follow your normal home routine. I always aim to keep pets on their regular schedule for feeding, exercise, rest, and any medications or special instructions.
