About: Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. As a lifelong dog lover and work-from-home professional, I’ve created a cozy, peaceful space where pups can feel right at home while their humans are away. I only host one dog at a time (unlike many petsitters), so your pup will be treated like family and get my full attention (and all the belly rubs they deserve). I specialize in anxious pups who do not like being with other dogs and do not like being alone - I keep my pup clients as close as they like and give them as much attention as they prefer. My husband and I have two children, 8 and 10 years old, who are very gentle and loving with dogs. We treat our guest pups like they were are own while they’re with us! All our doggy guests are welcome to make themselves at home—on the couch, in the sunny spots, wherever they’re happiest, I do not confine them to one room/zone of the house - no pet gates here! I have a large, unfenced backyard with a dog run for zoomies and potty breaks and we love getting out for walks too. I also have experience with senior dogs and administering medications, so if your pup needs a little extra TLC, they’re in good hands. If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy home-away-from-home where your dog will be loved and spoiled, I’d love to be their sitter! Please note: unfortunately we have an allergy in our home to short-haired shedding dogs and can only accept long-haired (hypoallergenic) dogs :) I'm home all day to spend time with your pup and treat them like they were my own! If your pup has some leash aggression with other dogs, we can walk them in our large private backyard to ensure they get exercise but without the stress other dogs may cause. If they’re house trained they do not need to be crated unless it’s their preference. In the house, I allow our doggy friends on furniture (unless you specify otherwise) and in all rooms of my home. They will not be separated in a different room or crated, unless you specify otherwise.

Our dog Maverick is reactive so I’m familiar with dogs who need more time and support as well. I’m a teacher and am off for the summer. I’m Looking to start dog walking or drop in visits to stay busy and keep up with a schedule and exercise. I always make sure I check my surrounds and keep an eye on any dangers in the area. If there is a fenced in yard at the clients home I will always stay out there with the dogs to make sure they are safe.

About: I have taken care of 2-4 dogs since I was 10 years old. Being attentive and making my dogs feel comfortable is very important to me. They’re more than pets they’re family! I have taken care of my two dogs everyday and have since they were both puppies. Now that I am not at home with them anymore I am looking to apply that love and attention to someone else’s great pet!
