About: I’ve had a love for cats ever since I was a young girl. I’ve taken care of cats for my friends and family countless times and have made sure that their pets are safe, cared for, loved, and missing me by the time I leave.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Currently in my house, we have 3 dogs and 2 cats that I help take care of. I have been on Rover for about 6 years. I am an elementary teacher and high school girls basketball coach. I am currently on summer break since I am an elementary teacher. This means that I have a lot of free time because I am not working anywhere else. I am a very active person, so I love playing with all dogs and taking them on nice, long walks. I have also been around dogs and cats my whole life, so I love spending time with all animals.

“Madison was wonderful with my cat! Cabot can be quite the hider, but she managed to lure him out and give him lots of love and pets. She followed all of my instructions perfectly and kept me at ease while I was away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a patient and attentive sitter!”

About: Hello! My name is Andie and I work at VCA South Shore Hospital in ER, ICU, Neurology and Internal Medicine as a technician assistant and have prior TA experience at Old Derby Animal Hospital. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I previously went to the University of Arizona for 3 years studying animal sciences and transferred my junior year to return to the East Coast. I also have some experience with a handful of farm animals from my time at the UofA. Additionally some of my experience comes from working on home farms taking care of horses and alpacas; all of this meaning my knowledge of animals is extensive to give the best care for your furry friends! I have always had the passion for animal care and medicine which is why after graduating I will be continuing my schooling to be a CVT and hopefully someday a veterinarian. A few years back I had participated in boarding through Rover, but after a hiatus I decided to come back to continue with walks and drop in visits because even outside of my main job I love to be around animals! We have a small family dog, but other than that I have rescue retired racing greyhound, Moose, who has travelled far and wide with me. My pets also include many fish, a leopard gecko, chickens and ducks! All this being said, I would absolutely love the opportunity to be alongside your best friends and scratch the itch to spend as much time with animals as I can! I am currently working full time at VCA Animal Hospital where I can do Sat, Sun and Mon anytime. I am open to doing drop ins and walks. It would really help potentially putting me in a position for veterinary school! I take care of your pets like they are my own. I think every one has their own needs and personality, there is no "one size fits all" for any animal. I try to learn your pet on an individual level!
“Colleen was great and took excellent care of our cat! She went above and beyond in sending daily pictures and leaving our house in great condition! Hoping to book again with her, highly recommend!”

About: I have eight years of experience dog sitting and walking with clients on and off Rover. I am available to stay at your house and have the time during the day to check in and go on walks with your dog and let them out multiple times a day. I have my own car and can take your pup for walks all over the South Shore! I have my a 3mo old cattle dog who loves to play & is great with dogs of all sizes. I have lots of love for all the doggies out there big and small and can’t wait to get to know yours :) I am currently working part-time so I have a lot of availability to spend time with your pup! I am available for multiple potty breaks throughout the day and walks in the morning and afternoon/evening. I love to take my dog & dogs in my care out for adventures to experience more than their home! I have experience with dogs on the beach and hiking with dogs. Safety and giving your dog a fun experience is always the top of my priority list! Right now I work part time at a restaurant which are typically 4-5 hour shifts at night. Other than that I am around to attend to your dogs routine! At home I am the main caretaker for my family’s 4 month old cattle dog. This includes frequent potty breaks, training, meal times, play and puzzles. As a cattle dog puppy who is not fully vaccinated it is a lot of work to keep her mentally and physically stimulated so I am used to lots of interaction with dogs.
“she made our cat comfortable enough to come out of hiding and even get some pets - a feat few can say they've accomplished!! also just very professional and lovely to work with”

About: Cat person? Me too. 😸 I'm a cat mom to my 5-year-old spunky indoor cat, Parsnip, and I love getting to know cats of all personalities. I'm comfortable with medications, litter box deep cleans, interactive playtime, and, of course, plenty of snuggles (if your cat approves). My goal is simple: keep your cat happy, comfortable, and spoiled while you're away.
About: I grew up with dogs within my family and through friends. I watched my neighbors dogs throughout high school, as well as the dogs for the families I babysat for. I also currently have a dog of almost 4 years, so I understand the level of attention a dog may need especially in the training years. I’m currently working a full-time hybrid job, so I am home and available Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays before 8:30am, between 12:00pm and 1:00pm, and after 5:00pm. I am completely available on weekends. I will care for your pet however you would like for me to. I can provide sitting, walking and feeding services and I am flexible!

Perfect for high energy dogs - Marshfield Hills
Prices are estimates per day for 1 dog. Pricing may vary based on your search and includes a booking fee of 11%.
About: I’ve been a lifelong dog lover who grew up begging for a dog. After college, I brought home my first dog—a golden retriever who was the center of my world. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with dogs of all kinds: high-energy, troublemakers, dogs with medical needs, seniors, and everything in between. I’m comfortable managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines, and I truly enjoy getting to know what makes each dog unique. After meeting my husband, we added a rescue to our household and regularly help care for and babysit dogs for family and friends. After saying goodbye to my beloved Golden, our house has felt a little empty. While we’re not ready to add another full time dog, we love welcoming an extra companion to our home for short term stays! Your dog’s safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priorities, and I can’t wait to give them the care they deserve while you’re away. I am a mom of two young children and currently at home with them and our rescue dog. I said goodbye to my senior golden last year and have missed having that extra companion. I have plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, and lots of time to devote to your dog. I have a dog-safe, child-proof home. My yard is partially fenced, and I also have an electric fence available for dogs trained to use one (my dog does not use it). My house is located in a quiet, wonderful neighborhood with sidewalks and low-traffic roads—perfect for safe, enjoyable walks.
About: I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and fish. I have experience taking care of my own animals and my sisters dogs when needed. Ive handled health conditions, tank maintenance and im good with managing feeding and care schedules and keeping animals calm in different places. Im patient, observant, calm and I take pet safety very seriously and prioritize keeping pets comfortable. Im currently available and flexible and will respond quickly! Im currently unemployed so I have A LOT of free time on my hands and would love to take care of your pets! I love dogs and it breaks my heart not being able to have one live with me so I would love to babysit your furry friends instead Im in an apartment with 2 cats and fish! Im not allowed to have a dog but I can have dogs visit and love when my siblings dogs come to visit for the weekend occasionally! There’s woods next to my apartment and two grass spots in my complex perfect for dogs ! My cats are older, have no problem with dogs but are unsure about cats so I would keep them separate. I don’t have a car right now but will always use uber in case of emergency or to go to a pet owners home to watch there pets!
“Bonnie, our Black Lab, had a great first visit. The big backyard was perfect. Bonnie got to do a lot of running with Eileen's dogs. We were late picking up Bonnie and Eileen was very accommodating. Mike”

About: Hi there! I’m an experienced dog walker and devoted prior dog owner with years of hands-on experience caring for all kinds of dogs. I specialize in providing personalized care, whether it’s regular walks, house sitting, or boarding. I pride myself on being incredibly reliable and punctual, ensuring your dog gets the attention and exercise they need. I look forward to meeting your pup! I am available for overnight stays and for walks on most week nights and weekends. I will update my schedule if there are any changes. I treat all pets as my own. I ensure that they have sufficient, enriching activities and their basic needs are attended to. My goal is for them to feel loved and cared for while I’m with them.
About: I grew up on a small farm and have always loved creatures great and small. I have always had pets and have been a caregiver for friend’s dogs for years. I am now home full time and welcome the opportunity to slather love on more critters 🩷 In warm weather I can leave the back door open allowing dogs to come in and out as the please. **Please note** Beginning September 1, 2026 I will be working from 8:45AM. My teenage son (more of a dog lover than even me!) arrives home at 3:15P - if your dog cannot be on their own from 8:45-3:15 we would not be the right fit. I have a fenced yard and a sweet 6 year old plott hound (Mojo), many fish, an axolotl (Buggie), and a hamster (Donut). My husband and I have two boys aged 10 and 12 who love animals as much as I do.
“Trish was amazing with my Nami! I am an extremely anxious dog owner and she ensured that both Nami and I had a great first experience. She sent me updates and pictures throughout the day and Nami didn’t want to leave when I went to pick her up because she had SO much fun! Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was young, helping neighbors, friends, and family with walking, feeding, and general care. Now that I work from home full-time, I’m able to provide a consistent, structured environment throughout the day. My own dog is very well-trained, friendly, and active—we go on multiple walks daily, spend time outdoors, and stay on a regular routine. I only take one client dog at a time as I want to my dog to have another dog to play with during the day. Your dog will be well taken care of. I work from home full-time, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I take one dog a day so my dog has another dog to play with during the day. I’m home during the day for supervision, walks, and attention—not just quick check-ins. My dog gets multiple walks daily, and we spend a lot of time outside, whether that’s in the neighborhood or on nearby trails and open fields. We also occasionally meet up with other friendly dogs in the neighborhood for relaxed, supervised social time. I only take one client dog at a time so I can fully integrate them into our routine and provide consistent care. I keep a clean, calm, and structured home where dogs are always supervised and treated like part of the routine. I have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time, and my dog is very friendly and well-adjusted. I’m selective about fit and only accept dogs that are well-behaved, non-aggressive, and comfortable around other dogs and my toddler. Because I only take one client dog at a time, everything stays controlled, safe, and low-stress, with plenty of attention and consistency throughout the day.
About: We have a large, very clean, and safe home with a big backyard. There are plenty of trails and sidewalks for walking around our house as well as a variety of parks nearby we can visit. I stay at home and will be available all day to supervise care for your dog(s). My three teenage kids will help provide care and are very responsible, loving, and diligent caretakers. Our own 2 small (4 lb) chihuahuas, Mocha & Lacey, are used to having other dogs around. When your dog(s) stay with us, you can be sure that they will be well loved, safe, and welcomed into the family as one of our own! We would be happy to keep you updated with pictures of your pet during his/her stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions! I currently stay at home and am available to care for your dog for most of the day. My husband also works from home quite a bit and helps as well. We have a large back yard but also love taking the dogs on walks through the nearby trails in the woods. Both my husband an I walk every day so there is plenty of opportunity for your dog to get out.

“Jaime and family were kind and communicative. This was my first time having her sit for Suzi Q and she made me feel that she was safe in her family's hands. It was also a plus that my dog got along with hers and Suziwas able to get out her energy in their fenced in yard.”

I’m trained to read body language, keep pets calm, and make sure they feel safe and cared for at all times. I care for dogs whenever I can find the time. Even when not at work I’m looking to spend more time with pups. I’m looking to also volunteer at Kingston Animal Shelter. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow their routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I make sure they have fresh water, feed them according to instructions, and provide potty breaks and walks based on their normal schedule. I also give them plenty of attention, playtime, and reassurance while monitoring their behavior to ensure they are happy and safe.

“Janice did a wonderful job taking care of my dog, Ginger who is older and has anxiety. I had never left Ginger with anyone except family so I was a little apprehensive leaving her with someone she wasn’t too familiar with. Janice took care of all her needs, including her medication, and gave her lots of love and attention. Ginger felt right at home. I highly recommend Janice!”

“Meghan and her family took such great care of Bleu for us. He has stayed with her and her family one other time and was very excited to get into her house when we got there… and didn’t even look back! He got lots of activity and snuggle time with her children! She shared daily pupdates with beautiful photos of our baby to put us at ease. I highly recommend and will absolutely use Meghan again in the future! ❤️”

“While we are always anxious to leave our dog for several days, all our worries we’re gone when we say the first set of pictures that Lora sent. From his body language, we could see that our Teddy was happy and comfortable in his new environment. Would definitely recommend Lora’s services and we will be keeping her at the top of our list for future overnight bookings.”

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and compassionate dog sitter. I will definitely be booking with them again!”
