“Kyla was a superb sitter for our young pup. We were so anxious over having to leave him with someone as he has had a tough time already in life with being born in a street in Texas, then having to stay in a shelter in a pen for almost three months to then being brought to Tennessee to a shelter where he was adopted by us. Then he had to take a long Trek to Connecticut in a semi trailer with 150 other dogs crated the whole trip where we picked him up. He is very anxious and not use to other people or animals. I must say Kyla was super great with Franklin. She did everything we had asked even down to the insane feeding ways we have. We left a long list with Kyla as if we were leaving a human child and she fulfilled each and every one and then some. She is a very caring, kind and loving animal sitter. Her house is super clean and a great environment for any pet. Her children are just the cutest and very helpful with the animals. They love animals and are very gentle with them which was so cute to see. Kyla was super great about sending daily pictures and updates to us about Franklin. She keeps things very professional and I will certainly recommend her to anyone who wants a home away from home for there pet while they vacation or work. We will definitely use her pet boarding services again.”

“Krista and Henry did a great job caring for my 12 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback, Ralphie. They take their responsibility very seriously but at the same time they are very calm and easygoing which is perfect for a dog in a new place. Ralphie’s hind legs are not as strong as they used to be. Out of concern for his safety, Krista slept downstairs on the couch so Ralphie would not have to climb the stairs. I highly recommend Krista & Henry to anyone else looking for the best care for your dog when need a sitter.”
“Sue is wonderful! My dogs and I got to meet Sue and her dogs before she boarded them. She really is patient with my little dogs and understands their behaviors. One of my dogs is very anxious and barks a lot. She dealt with it well and realized he was just unsure of the environment. My 6 pound Pomeranian took a few days to warm up to her but in the end she did. Sue didn’t push herself on my dog and just let my pup come to her. She took special care to walk them and make them feel as comfortable in their new environment. Sue also took time each day to send me photos and texts so I knew they were ok. I have already booked her for two more weeks this summer. I recommend her with your dogs too. It is obvious she loves and enjoys dogs.”

About: I currently have a 1 year old English mastiff who is 170 pounds and he is the best boy! He has to walk 2-3 miles everyday, so your pup will be definitely walked until they don’t want to move! I also had a rescue dog who was a Rottweiler mix who was very reactive. He was reactive towards other dogs and people, but luckily I was able to learn from him. I currently work full time during the week, and have to walk my mastiff 2-3 miles after work so he sleeps at night, but the weekends I am able to come walk with your dogs. I do not plan on bringing your dog to my house, but any instruction you need me to follow I will once I am in your home.

All dogs who stay in our home must be well socialized, healthy (i.e. not sick with any contagious diseases that could be passed onto humans or other dogs) and up to date on their vaccines and flea/tick preventatives. About: I have had cats and dogs for over 6 years (with many more years of hamster experience) and my husband was raised with many pets since he was 3 years old (cats, dogs, chicken and even birds). We like being surrounded by fur babies! We have three kitties and one Golden Doodle that is eager to have fun with your dog (he is very gentle despite his large size). Both my husband and I work remotely so at least one of us will be at the house at all times. We will be able to take care of your pet’s needs! We have a fenced yard (with night lights!) with ample space for dogs to run and do their business. We have a fully-furnished basement where guests doggies can spend as much private time as they want, sleep on the bean bag, or look at the window to the outside! We have crates that are large and medium in case they are needed.

About: I have been around animals ever since I was born, and started my first job petsitting in only 6th grade. I have worked with a variety of animals ranging from dogs and cats, to ducks, to chinchillas, to horses! I’ve always felt like I have a strong connection with animals, and see my own animals as children. This is why I want to help others take care of their fur babies knowing that they are in safe kind hands while they are away. It is my number one priority to make sure your animal is happy, safe, and comfortable in your absence. Every animal has its own personality, and I’ve loved bonding with so many animals over the years. Animal experience: -dog -cat -horse -goat -chicken -duck -bunny -hamster -Guinea pig -chinchilla -turtle -hermit crab -fish I am college student, and pet sitting is my full time job during the summer. This means I have a very flexible schedule to help accomadate your needs and can do same day bookings. I firmly believe that a consistent routine for an animal is key to keeping them comfortable, especially if you are to leave. I would follow the owners daily routine to help keep your animals calmer. If they are crate trained I can put them in their crate, watch them in the yard, take them on walks, play with them, and cuddle at the end of the day. I strongly believe in the saying “leave it better than you found it”, which I intend to do in your home!

About: I have had dogs most of my life. I have adopted my dogs through shelters and understand the need for patience, care and going with the dogs flow! My neighbors utilize these skills to dog sit and walk throughout the years. I am currently off for the summer from my full time job! I am able to provide walks and drop ins at any time of day. We were so anxious over having to leave him with someone as he has had a tough time already in life with being born in a street in Texas, then having to stay in a shelter in a pen for almost three months to then being brought to Tennessee to a shelter where he was adopted by us. Then he had to take a long Trek to Connecticut in a semi trailer with 150 other dogs crated the whole trip where we picked him up. He is very anxious and not use to other people or animals. I must say Kyla was super great with Franklin. She did everything we had asked even down to the insane feeding ways we have. We left a long list with Kyla as if we were leaving a human child and she fulfilled each and every one and then some. She is a very caring, kind and loving animal sitter. Her house is super clean and a great environment for any pet. Her children are just the cutest and very helpful with the animals. They love animals and are very gentle with them which was so cute to see. Kyla was super great about sending daily pictures and updates to us about Franklin. She keeps things very professional and I will certainly recommend her to anyone who wants a home away from home for there pet while they vacation or work. They take their responsibility very seriously but at the same time they are very calm and easygoing which is perfect for a dog in a new place. Ralphie’s hind legs are not as strong as they used to be. Out of concern for his safety, Krista slept downstairs on the couch so Ralphie would not have to climb the stairs. Our situation was a little unusual because my cats and I have been displaced from our home due to a mold issue, and one of my boys, Jack, had already been experiencing health symptoms.
