About: I've had dogs for the past 19 years, mainly pitbulls and mastiffs. But I worked in a doggy day care in the past and have experience with all types of dogs even cats. Currently a hospital manager at an animal hospital. Open availability , early morning and evenings are great. Weekend availability as well . I work with animals all day , from cats to exotics. I can accommodate your needs however you need. Safety for your pet and I will be my main priority. I want you to feel comfortable and confident in my care. I currently work third shift 3 nights a week but have someone home on those nights. So your pets will never be alone . I also have 3 children who enjoy helping so it has become part of daily routine to do feedings and walks. I treat your pets like family, I usually request a crate for them so they have a familiar safe space in case they get overwhelmed but otherwise they free roam. I follow whatever schedule you follow at home. So if you allow your fur babies on the couch so will I. But if not I respect that and follow that as well. So it really is treating your babies like ours. I’m an early riser, so early morning feedings and walks are easy to fit into my routine. My work schedule can vary so I can be flexible with walks. I treat your animals as my own, while still following your household rules for them. I do request a crate during stays so your pets have a safe space they can feel comfortable in.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats of all sorts and sizes since I was a kid, and love playing with them. One of the requirements for our current home was to have a big yard so our boys could run free! I work from home and create my own schedule, and am an introvert so I’m almost always at my home unless I’m running an errand. If they’re house trained they do not need to be crated unless it’s their preference. In the house, I allow our doggy friends on furniture (unless you specify otherwise) and in all rooms of my home. About: I’ve taken care of animals for the last 10 years. Dog walking, pet sitting and the occasional sleepover with friends/family animals. I am a newer cat mom (1.5 years) but rest assured, I have picked it up quick! I currently work full time in the school system however I have summers off so I will have lots of time come June to meet new animal friends! I have a half acre lot, not fenced. We currently use an e-collar for our 10 year old golden retriever Charlie. We do have a run available and could easily crate an animal should that be the owners preference. About: I have been walking and caring for my own personal animals - 2 dogs, cat, bird, hamsters since I was 5 years old. I also have been dog sitting and walking for numerous neighbors and friends in the area. I work during the day a full-time job. I am available early in the morning and after 4:00pm during the week. Every part of the experience was excellent — John offered to meet us and Alfred the week before the drop off; when we dropped Alfred off John said he was going to spend some one on one time with Alfred to get to know him. It was easy and our dog loved his visit. We’ll be back again for sure!”
“Phoebe's recent first long-term stay with Russ and Janet went very well. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she was well cared for receiving her walks, cuddling, and belly rubs and watching the outside world from her "cat perch" in the front windowsill. They sent updates and immediately contacted us one day when she was not feeling well, which quickly resolved. She enjoys being with them and they enjoy having her! Very happy with the care they have provided. Their 1-dog at a time policy is reassuring that our dog will happily hang out in a quiet home environment, as she is used to at home.”
