I only host one dog at a time (unlike many petsitters), so your pup will be treated like family and get my full attention (and all the belly rubs they deserve). I specialize in anxious pups who do not like being with other dogs and do not like being alone - I keep my pup clients as close as they like and give them as much attention as they prefer. My husband and I have two children, 8 and 10 years old, who are very gentle and loving with dogs. We treat our guest pups like they were are own while they’re with us! All our doggy guests are welcome to make themselves at home—on the couch, in the sunny spots, wherever they’re happiest, I do not confine them to one room/zone of the house - no pet gates here! I have a large, unfenced backyard with a dog run for zoomies and potty breaks and we love getting out for walks too. I also have experience with senior dogs and administering medications, so if your pup needs a little extra TLC, they’re in good hands. If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy home-away-from-home where your dog will be loved and spoiled, I’d love to be their sitter! Please note: unfortunately we have an allergy in our home to short-haired shedding dogs and can only accept long-haired (hypoallergenic) dogs :) I'm home all day to spend time with your pup and treat them like they were my own! If they’re house trained they do not need to be crated unless it’s their preference. In the house, I allow our doggy friends on furniture (unless you specify otherwise) and in all rooms of my home. They will not be separated in a different room or crated, unless you specify otherwise.

About: I’ve taken care of animals for the last 10 years. Dog walking, pet sitting and the occasional sleepover with friends/family animals. I am a newer cat mom (1.5 years) but rest assured, I have picked it up quick! I currently work full time in the school system however I have summers off so I will have lots of time come June to meet new animal friends! I have a half acre lot, not fenced. We currently use an e-collar for our 10 year old golden retriever Charlie. We do have a run available and could easily crate an animal should that be the owners preference. I can also do potty walks as we live in a beautiful neighborhood and close to Stanley Park.

About: I have worked with animals for a while. This includes all breeds and all ages. I am working on getting my vet degree and currently work in a vet office. I am able to medicate, walk and help with basic training. I am currently working part time. My schedule does change week by week, but I do always get it in advance. They provided a safe, cozy environment and we joked that Bailey seemed to have made himself right at home! I would not hesitate to book with them again !”

“Our 3 year old border collie was well cared for by Cruz Maria and her husband. He got plenty of playtime in the fenced back yard. Cruz Maria sent us plenty of pictures and updates throughout the stay. He came back to us very happy and healthy. We will place Scout with them again”

“MJ was terrific with my 5 month old bordoodle puppy. She kept me updated about how he was doing during the week I was traveling, and sent me lots of pictures. I was extremely comfortable that MJ, a responsible dog owner herself, was taking great care of Nacho and treating him as one of her own. He got plenty of play time and love and snuggles. She also made sure to carefully introduce him to her three dogs- I think my puppy had a real vacation at her home! I was skittish leaving Nacho anywhere with other dogs due to a bad experience he recently had at a doggie day care, but MJ quickly put me at ease and clearly treated him wonderfully. Nacho has some new friends now! I would HIGHLY recommend MJ to anyone.”
“Lissette was absolutely wonderful with my two big dogs! This was the second time I've used her for in-home boarding, and once again, she exceeded my expectations. My dogs genuinely seem to enjoy their stay with her, which gives me so much peace of mind when I travel. I really appreciate being able to leave them in a home environment instead of a kennel or boarding facility. They get the daily interaction, attention, and comfort they're used to, and I get to relax knowing they're being treated like part of her family. Lissette is also incredibly flexible with pick-up and drop-off times—she honestly couldn't make the process any easier. Communication is great, and it's clear she truly cares about the dogs in her care. I'm so grateful to have found someone I trust with my babies, and I look forward to continuing to book with her whenever I need overnight care. Highly recommend!”
