About: My children and I absolutely love dogs, especially my 8 year old son. I work in the school system so we have the whole summer off to enjoy taking care of your pets! I live seconds from a walking trail so your pup can get plenty of exercise, love, and snuggles! I am available all summer long while school is out. July 1 through the end of August. I spend a few weeks teaching summer school- on those days I am home by 1 pm. Your pet will be safely cared for in my two bedroom apartment- with lots of snuggles, nature walks, and toys. One of my dogs is very anxious and barks a lot. She dealt with it well and realized he was just unsure of the environment. My 6 pound Pomeranian took a few days to warm up to her but in the end she did. Sue didn’t push herself on my dog and just let my pup come to her. She took special care to walk them and make them feel as comfortable in their new environment. Sue also took time each day to send me photos and texts so I knew they were ok. I have already booked her for two more weeks this summer. I recommend her with your dogs too. It is obvious she loves and enjoys dogs.”

I am very reliable, and I am perfectly comfortable giving medications as well as routine care such as feeding, play, and cleaning. Our dogs share the couch and family spaces with us, but are crate trained as well. We go for walks daily and have playtime in the yard every 2-3 hours during the day if the weather is appropriate. We have two dogs, and an elderly cat that keeps to himself. Our yard is about an acre on a quiet dead end road and we have an electric fence for our pups, but can of course use leashes and leads as well!

About: Hello! I’ve been caring for animals since I was 12 years old and got my first dog sitting gig. Over the years, my family has had every kind of pet: horses, sheep, dogs, cats, birds, iguanas even! I find great joy in showing the animals I work with lots of love and guidance. I’ve trained my own and others' horses, dogs and cats over the years and it’s just the most rewarding experience. I work part time and mostly from home which allows me to be available all day to care for pets. I’m a big fan of a consistent routine with animals rotating stimulation (exercise, play, training or enrichment) meals, rest and balancing the three. I care for pets on my property which is almost entirely fenced in. I have professional kennels in a mixed use building with a residential portion attached. So I have the luxury of providing secure stalls with the addition of our open more homey areas. I can take most types of pets and I’m especially suited to care for animals that do not do well in large boarding facilities, don’t do well with other pets or just want a more personalized, quiet boarding experience. I don’t believe it is always necessary to socialize dogs with dogs and right now that’s not something I do (unless they are boarding from the same owners). I focus on routine, a bit of training and connection with humans! I have a fenced in run where dogs can be off leash for playing, enrichment etc. I designed our kennels myself and had them custom built. Each stall is separated by concrete walls to provide a private and safe space. I chose mental fencing for the top of the partition and the door. I chose this instead of the plastic, glass or solid door options because it provides optimal airflow and allows them to see out. I also have private suites separate from that area.

About: I’ve been a pet owner my whole life since I was a little tike. Started with a beagle that I couldn’t get enough of. When I became older i adopted a red nose pittie named boo-boo and a few months later another named Meika. They were my best buds. After their passing I got into providing over night stays for my fur nephew cooper and a family friend whom has four German Shepard’s two horses a cat and dog. I was loving it! Later on I got a job in the four legged field walking dogs, play groups and providing simple behavioral training/commands with positive redirection. I recently adopted a puppy named Orion who is three months old. I really have a passion for animals and enjoy what I do. My services provided are walks with basic commands/training during those walks. If your away I can stay! Boarding can be hard and stressful for your pet. I do over night care so your fur baby can stay in the comfort of their home.
About: I have been thoroughly enamored by dogs most of my life, ever since my family got our first black Lab. I have experience working with puppies, seniors, and everything in between! I currently have a 1-year-old puppy and 2 cats at home, all of whom are front-and-center in my life. I am also a veterinary technician (nurse), so I am very comfortable giving medication and caring for pets who may be unwell. I can also perform basic veterinary first aid, though I do not know CPR. I am currently a full time vet tech, but am available all day on Sunday and Monday, and also afternoons (after 2 pm) on Wednesday and Saturday. I have one very friendly large-breed dog, who is generally pretty chill around other dogs, but will sometimes play. In your home, I would respect any boundaries you set and maintain common courtesy. I also strive to leave everything as I found it.

About: My children and I absolutely love dogs, especially my 8 year old son. I work in the school system so we have the whole summer off to enjoy taking care of your pets! I live seconds from a walking trail so your pup can get plenty of exercise, love, and snuggles! I am available all summer long while school is out. July 1 through the end of August. I spend a few weeks teaching summer school- on those days I am home by 1 pm. Your pet will be safely cared for in my two bedroom apartment- with lots of snuggles, nature walks, and toys. I understand different dogs have different needs and I will cater to each pup as needed.
