About: Ive been caring for pets for many years. I had a dog walking business over a decade ago. We taken care of our own and others elderly dogs. We like taking dogs on long off leash walks in groups if possible. Dogs are always welcome to cuddle up on the furniture. Im a stay at home-mom, homeschooling. We go to play groups and trips but we can plan our day around dog walks. We take the dogs out first thing in the morning on leash as our yard isnt fenced. About: I've been around animals my whole life and currently have two pet goats who we spoil like dogs. We have 30 acres of beautiful land surrounded by woods, which is a perfect haven for running, fetch, and all sorts of outdoor shenanigans. I work remotely from home with a flexible schedule. I typically work a few hours in the morning, and then am outside working on projects and playing with the animals all day. We have a large property (about 30 acres) surrounded by woods with lots of room for your dog to run and explore. We also live near some great hiking trails.

About: I am a speech-language pathologist in Greenfield, MA and love working with animals on the side when possible. I started dogsitting down in Rhode Island in 2014 while I was in graduate school. About: For me, dog walks are more of a hobby than a job for me, so you can rest assured that I am here for your pup! I’m very active so I will be more than willing to run with your dog if that’s what they want. But I am also very patient and can stop every few feet and walk slower with the older dogs. About: When I lived in my grandmothers house I would frequently house sit for relatives that rented out the bottom apartment. They have 2 senior dogs that needed a little extra attention and love, and a few house plants. I took care of them roughly 4 or 5 times over the years (not consecutively, so not quite an entire year of experience) so that their moms could go on vacation and recover from hospital stays. Since then, I have gone on to get a job at a Doggie Daycare facility out near Boston, where I am continuing to learn more about dog behavior and health. At my job we are trained on safety procedures & health concerns to be on the lookout for, and I have been trained to watch for body language changes. I am currently looking for something to fill my time during the beginning of the week. On weekends and later on in the week I commute to Boston for my job at the doggie daycare. I am also flexible with my weekend dates, so with enough notice I can move almost anything around. I can easily crate a dog if needed for safety of any kind. My position at the daycare is to constantly be on the lookout for changes in behavior and mood, so you can entrust that I will always have your pups safety as priority number one. I am also well versed in being able to reward the good behavior and ignore the bad (within reason) so as not to encourage attention seeking behavior, but still reward even the simplest well done tasks (sitting down/relaxing, playing safely).

About: Hi! As you can see, I'm not charging a lot (I set it to the minimum for Rover which is $15).... The main reason I am doing this is to get a playmate for my energetic Boston. He is very well behaved and friendly but needs dogs around to play with while I work. I am very safe with my dogs and make sure they are getting along and happy. I have a nice fenced-in area.... I only want to take care of dogs that will want to play with my dog for the day:). Overnights an option but for now, just offering day care on here. thanks! About: Parents Jessica and Philip are the responsible adults guaranteeing that your dog will get everything they need, but 13-year-old Josie is the primary caretaker of our dog guests. She is a very attentive, loving and engaged pet pal! Since we started on Rover as a summer job for Josie in 2023, we have hosted dogs of all sizes, energy levels and needs and she loved every single one of them. She gets up early every day (whether or not she is caring for a dog) so she often gives the pups their first walk of the day before anyone else has gotten out of bed. In spring of 2023 Josie rescued an Eastern Phoebe (songbird) that was pushed out of its nest and injured; she fed it dry cat food soaked in sugar water and set it free a week later as a robust young fledgling (see pictures). On weekends and school vacations, Josie has little to do other than care for your dog! We are early risers. Our calendar has school days blocked off, but we would consider boarding a dog during the school week if its needs match Josie's availability so please inquire. Both parents work mostly or fully from home and could manage a midday walk for a quiet dog. Jessica is an elementary teacher and education administrator who is accustomed to carrying great responsibility for the safety of precious smaller beings. She closely supervises Josie as the primary caregiver. Our home is in the woods with access to Mt. Toby trails so your pup will get to enjoy the outdoors several times a day. Sometimes dogs who are anxious in the busy neighborhoods of their homes are much calmer when they come to our quiet, wooded setting. We have a flock of chickens in an enclosed outdoor area.

About: My first job as a kid was taking care of the neighborhood pets. I’ve always had a close bond with animals and have experience with rescue dogs, special needs pets, and senior dogs. About: Growing up in Vermont on a farm, I have been exposed to animals my entire life. I have been taking care of family and friends dogs, horses, cats, guinea pigs, camels (yes, camels) since I was allowed to leave the driveway on my bike as a child. Since leaving high school I took on a professional equestrian career with Wichita riding academy working with rehabilitating abused/ off the track race horses. I have just recently moved to Denver with a fenced in yard and lots of space. I have a dog of my own that is my entire pride and joy who loves spending time with other dogs. Having a fenced in yard, it’s very helpful and handy to those pups with bladder issues to go in and out of the house as needed. My home was completely childproof when I moved in and it’s so far worked for dogs as well. Huge open field located next to the house available for dogs who like to run as well.
About: I started taking care of neighborhood animals when I was 12 years old and continued down this path of animal care and rescue into my adulthood. I took care of a childhood dog for 16 years of my life before rescuing three of my own as an adult. All three of my rescues have their own unique behavioral issues. One I cannot have around small children from trauma inflicted on her by them. My other cannot regulate her emotions when she gets overstimulated, and my youngest is a deaf and mostly blind double merle! I have taken care of my own pets, taken care of countless neighborhood pets, and I have also worked on a horse farm where I was trusted to take care of the horses, donkeys, and pigs. My passion is taking care of animals. My empathy for them is great and its my goal to make sure that even the saddest animals have a full life and find happiness. I also like to make sure that when they are missing their families I can make them as happy, loved and cared for as possible until their families return. I currently work full time and have Mornings, Evenings and Weekends free with flexibility to take time off throughout the day to care for animals who need more frequent attention. Unfortunately, due to my own three rescue dogs at home I will not be able to take pets back to my house for care at this time.
About: When I lived in my grandmothers house I would frequently house sit for relatives that rented out the bottom apartment. They have 2 senior dogs that needed a little extra attention and love, and a few house plants. I took care of them roughly 4 or 5 times over the years (not consecutively, so not quite an entire year of experience) so that their moms could go on vacation and recover from hospital stays. Since then, I have gone on to get a job at a Doggie Daycare facility out near Boston, where I am continuing to learn more about dog behavior and health. At my job we are trained on safety procedures & health concerns to be on the lookout for, and I have been trained to watch for body language changes. I am currently looking for something to fill my time during the beginning of the week. On weekends and later on in the week I commute to Boston for my job at the doggie daycare. I am also flexible with my weekend dates, so with enough notice I can move almost anything around. I can easily crate a dog if needed for safety of any kind. My position at the daycare is to constantly be on the lookout for changes in behavior and mood, so you can entrust that I will always have your pups safety as priority number one. I am also well versed in being able to reward the good behavior and ignore the bad (within reason) so as not to encourage attention seeking behavior, but still reward even the simplest well done tasks (sitting down/relaxing, playing safely).
About: I’ve taken care of dogs all my life, dogs are more than just pets they are a big part of our families. I treat every animal like it is my own. I am currently working until about 2pm during the week, but I am able to pivot my schedules if needed with a four day notice. I can take care of pets in the clients home. I can walk, bathe, give medication if needed. I will treat their home like it’s my own and ensure your animal is comfo And loved!

About: I am an active 20 something animal loving gal. Throughout college, I dog walked and house sat very regularly. Now I take on more long term house sitting gigs, but I am open to new drop in/dog walking clients. I am comfortable and have experience with all indoor animals (big and small) and some outdoor critters (think chickens, goats, etc.). I have familiar and comfortable with the needs of puppies and older dogs, I have experience taking care of both. Currently, I work part time so I an free throughout the day to visit your furry friends while you’re at work. About: Ive been caring for pets for many years. I had a dog walking business over a decade ago. We taken care of our own and others elderly dogs. We like taking dogs on long off leash walks in groups if possible. Dogs are always welcome to cuddle up on the furniture. Im a stay at home-mom, homeschooling. We go to play groups and trips but we can plan our day around dog walks. We take the dogs out first thing in the morning on leash as our yard isnt fenced. We are happy to come feed kitties and water plants. We love taking dogs out on walks and caring for them in our home. We love going on long walks mid day out in nature

About: I've been around animals my whole life and currently have two pet goats who we spoil like dogs. We have 30 acres of beautiful land surrounded by woods, which is a perfect haven for running, fetch, and all sorts of outdoor shenanigans. I work remotely from home with a flexible schedule. I typically work a few hours in the morning, and then am outside working on projects and playing with the animals all day. We have a large property (about 30 acres) surrounded by woods with lots of room for your dog to run and explore. We also live near some great hiking trails.
