“This is the first time that we have left our dog Brady with someone who was not a friend or part of the family. I was a bit nervous but as soon as Brady and I met Andrea & Bob my anxiety was put to rest. Brady went right up to them and they were very loving towards him. He was there with them for almost two weeks and we received regular photos of him looking very happy and comfortable in his surroundings. When my husband picked him up, he said Brady didn't want to leave. About: I have extensive experience working with dogs of all sizes. Growing up, my family had large dogs (90+ pounds) for almost all of my life. I have watched and pet-sat for dogs of all sizes in the past few years for neighbors and friends. I’ve recently moved back to the Massachusetts area after a travel-heavy job for the past few years, so no fur babies of my own yet! I look forward to re-exploring some of the wonderful walking trails the Cape offers with your furry friends! I’m currently working as a server part-time, so have plenty of time to play with, walk, and feed your dogs/cats. I am available for boarding or pet-sitting in your home most weeks, and for walks nearly every evening, plus morning and afternoon shifts every Tuesday and Wednesday. I have a large backyard and walking trails within a 10-minute walk from my house, perfect for leashed adventures! I do not have any pets in the house full-time, but may have my parent’s well-trained and friendly rescue in the house on occasional weekends.

“Harriet’s place...Ryder Beach Farm is a great location for our Cape Cod vacation. Being border collies, we loved being around all the other animals...donkeys, chickens, geese, goats, cats and dogs. We were on vacation so we kept our herding to a minimum. Accommodations were excellent...comfortable places to lie down, plenty of things to chew on and an occasional walk on the beach that included a stick for each of us. “Debbie took our 2 dogs ( German shorthair pointer and chocolate lab) on nice long walk for two days in a row over the weekend. Debbie arrived on time and communicated with me and followed all of my little tips in a note I left for her. She was even able to switch up the arrival time on the second day as needed. Our pointer has to be crated and Debbie was able to easily access and secure the crate. The same dog is young and strong with a tendency to pull on walks and Debbie was easily able to walk both our dogs together and control them. I would definitely book Debbie again.”

I love going on adventures with trail hikes, beaches and exploring with your pups. I know dogs, and I know their needs. I am home full time (early retired teacher) and have plenty of time to walk, play and cuddle with your pet! I’m available for your needs and your pet needs too! I have a great yard, deck to play and hang out together. I live in a quiet area that has great places for taking walks, hikes, beaches (when dogs are allowed during the year here), and adventures with your fur baby! About: I've always had a furry friend and love all dogs. I've helped train working service dogs and worked in a puppy nursery caring for dog moms and their litters. About: I have been taking care of our bull dogs for seven years now. We adopt and had three before our oldest recently passed away. Bull dogs provide quite a bit of high maintenance care such as cleaning all folds multiple times a day, tail pockets, monitoring skin for yeast or allergies and of course… wiping butts after potty time. At least two walks or forms of exercise a day to keep them in shape for their health and breathing issues; if you see my babies photos, they are in super shape! So caring for three I feel shows my love, responsibility, managing skills and understanding of how to properly and lovingly care for pets. For many years now, I have also cared for a variety of my family members dogs and cats, whether that involves feeding, walking/ exercise, over nights, and loving attention. I am Corporate Life Coach & Counselor so I have a flexible schedule that I make myself, in a variety of towns in Massachusetts ( which is why my radius is so big) I also have a rental house in Dennisport MA, so providing pet care in the Cape is an option too! I love my fur-babies and providing love, exercise and quality time is what your pet deserves too! About: I have extensive experience working with dogs of all sizes. Growing up, my family had large dogs (90+ pounds) for almost all of my life. I have watched and pet-sat for dogs of all sizes in the past few years for neighbors and friends. I’ve recently moved back to the Massachusetts area after a travel-heavy job for the past few years, so no fur babies of my own yet! I look forward to re-exploring some of the wonderful walking trails the Cape offers with your furry friends! “Harriet’s place...Ryder Beach Farm is a great location for our Cape Cod vacation. Being border collies, we loved being around all the other animals...donkeys, chickens, geese, goats, cats and dogs. We were on vacation so we kept our herding to a minimum. Accommodations were excellent...comfortable places to lie down, plenty of things to chew on and an occasional walk on the beach that included a stick for each of us. About: Hi! My name is Mariana and I am going to be a junior at UMass Amherst. I am currently living on Cape Cod for the summer, looking for pet care opportunities in the Eastham/Cape Cod area. I am very enthusiastic about my love for dogs and have experience with many ages, breeds, and sizes. I have 3 male Rhodesian Ridgebacks at home, named Mo (7), Bernie (2), and Frankie (2 months). Currently, I’m working part time at the Chatham Dog Club. In the past (From Jan 2025-Aug 2025),I had the pleasure of caring for a local family’s dogs: two German Shepards (Mo and Solo) and a Yellow lab (Hubert). Given their differing temperaments and high energy, I was able to orchestrate a safe and fun environment for all 3 dogs. Tasks included preparing meals, cleaning kennels and any other surfaces/food dishes as needed, and observing and participating in play time. Along with many other experiences, this one was truly so enjoyable and reinforced my love of dogs and everything that comes with caring for them. I would love to help you out and give your dogs the loving care they deserve! I am available all summer until the last week of August. I am also very flexible so I am willing to work with you or your schedule if needed! I am able to take your dog on walks with a leash, crate them if needed, play with them in any fenced in or closed off area, learn and give them any training commands they know, feed them, give them treats and pets!
