“Having moved recently to New Bedford, we didn´t have any close friends or relatives to leave our Lhasa Apso Johann with. We are so glad we came accross Taylor and Tyler on the Rover platform. They responded to my first contact almost immediately and were very attentive in getting back to me so we could arrange our meet and greet. They took care of Johann for 5 nights and would send me pictures daily and keep me posted. Johann adapted very well and we could see he was being well taken care of and having a fun time! About: Our mission is to offer people a simple, affordable option for boarding their pets: to keep them fed, safe and company while you're away. There's nothing worse than doubling the price of your vacation just to get your pets looked after! We keep our boarding price more than reasonable to give folks the financial bandwidth to spend their vacation money on their vacation--not on boarding their pets. We are both contract workers with flexible schedules, and Taylor is often able to work from home so your pets will have plenty of companionship! So we told you our mission-- There's a few ways this translates. We have a huge yard. So, we don't take your pups on walks. BUT. We play fetch, tug of war, and intentionally initiate zoomies. If your pup is conditioned to expect walks, it's probably most fair to find a sitter who'll get that walk in! We love a good daytime cuddle, but we also like a good night's rest. So, your pets sleep in the living room, helping us avoid chaos while we're getting shut-eye. We kindly ask that if you book with us, that you're confident your doggies can sleep out on their own without too much fuss! We have an array of options for creating ideal environments for your pets, with baby gates, a large yard that can be segmented for dogs needing smaller spaces or space from others, and multiple kennels. Coming soon, an electric fence with an extra collar for your pup if you'd like it!
About: Over 20 years of experience with pets- I trained my very first dog at only 10 years old! I grew up with a Great Pyrenees and am experienced with large / xl breeds. I absolutely love dogs and animals in general. I have two precious dogs of my own currently who I love more than anything. I’d be thrilled to care for your dog! I work remotely full time as a software engineer! Your pets are welcome to hang out with us for the day when you’re busy. Weekends I can provide even more active care since I have the days off. I have a fenced in yard but depending on your pets needs I can take them out on leash still. I let the dogs out to play frequently, every 2-4 hours.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15! I’ve had pets all my life growing up though! My neighbors, friends, and family, have relied on me to feed, walk, play, and give cuddles to their pups! I currently am working part time as I just started a new job, so i’ll have plenty of time to play with your pup and get them some exercise! My home has a fenced in dog park that i’m sure your dog would love to run around in and get some energy out! About: Growing up i had a husky and a chocolate lab a couple pit bulls amongst other animals like ferrets, ducks and plenty of cats. I live with my 9 goldfish and two male corgis mixed with Australian cattle dog, 5 and 4 year old now :) I work Monday -Fridays 7am-3pm so I would be available anytime after that during the week and on Saturday and Sundays i am flexible with the times. I look forward to spending time, exercising and playing with your fur babies I'm currently working full time during the week but at night I can take your pups out for walks or play with then in the back yard. And if you happen to have cats I can also feed and play with them too. I love all animals. I don't have boarding as an option, I do offer to stay overnights if needed. I would give your fur baby love attention just as I would give mine.

Our boy,Teddy, still has a bunch of puppy energy and can be intimidating to some because of his size. He is 80lbs of muscle and marshmallow. He is a rescue and not much is known about his past so there were some things we were concerned about in finding someone to walk him, but they both were very confident that they could handle him. Their demeanor made our family feel so comfortable. It's been a week and he has taken to Angela and Adam very well. They communicate when they are on their way and when they've left. About: I've had all types of animals growing up. From small critters to dogs. Currently own 2 cats named Sasha and Coco, chickens and have 3 freshwater fish tanks. I've house/pet sit for friends over the years. I have pretty good flexibility everyday for short visits > 2 hours. I have two young children in school so depending on time frame one might have to accompany me but if not needed I can work around it. My cats are pretty self sufficient as cats are but they are fed every morning and evening and get treats. They are indoor cats aged 7 and 8. I feed fish daily and do water changes once a week as Maintenance. Chickens are a bit more daily maintenance with cleaning out coop everyday and filling water and feeder but it's rewarding (especially with getting eggs)

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was 15! Dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, and fish from all breads and ages, big or small. I take care in bathing, grooming, feeding, and walking! I am currently a student full-time so I am only available during holiday breaks and in the summer. I take care of my own pets and sisters so I am only available thursday, friday, and on weekends. About: Dogs and cats are better company than humans most days! I would love to hang out with your animals and keep them company. I’m a college student who misses her animals at home so I’ll be happy to spend as much time with your animals as you need. I have two dogs and two cats at home, and have always had animals in my home. I’m pretty comfortable with cleaning up after potty training accidents. My aunt had four Great Danes so I have experience around big dogs. No dog is too big or small for me! My last dog lived to 18 so I have experience with old pups, and puppies also. My schedule is open. During the fall and winter, I will have less time. Weekdays, during the morning and afternoon are open! As the fall and winter progress, I will update my schedule since I will be going back to school. My partner and I are currently renovating our home so our house is not open for care. I would be more comfortable with walking your furbaby, or caring for them at your home once we have met!
