River ripped open her favorite toy and Tyler even got a replacement. He also compiled a bunch of pictures and videos on a thumb drive for me! We did a meet and greet prior to the drop off day and Tyler asked all the important questions. “I appreciated that Sawsan was willing to board our Welsh Corgi during the 2024 Christmas - New Year holidays. She is very experienced in caring for dogs and is straightforward about her house rules. Sawsan's residence is conveniently located in old Mandeville which makes dog walking pleasant. Additionally, she kept us updated daily and quickly responded to any message that I sent her. We love our small Welsh Corgi but unfortunately, he doesn't get many opportunities to interact a lot with other dogs. So while he was boarded, he got a chance to play with two or three other dogs in Sawsan's large clean backyard. He had such a good time playing with the other dogs, that it became a small burden for Sawsan to make him less tranquil at times. Sawsan was professional about this matter by not informing me immediately until we picked up our dog to avoid me stressing out while we were out of town. Thank you Sawsan. Nonetheless, I am grateful that Sawsan opened her doors for our dog and I highly recommend her to anyone wishing to use her services for sitting or boarding.”

About: I’ve been around and caring for dogs for as long as I can remember, and caring for animals has always been a passion of mine. My dream has always been to open a rescue of my own one day! I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds, from Yorkies to Dobermans. I'm home much of the time and stay nearby to supervise and join in the fun—because playing with dogs is genuinely one of the great joys in my life. I intentionally keep my boarding low-volume so I can closely supervise the dogs in my care and give each one plenty of personal attention. I prefer to meet new dogs beforehand whenever possible to make sure they're comfortable with me, my home and my own dogs before their first overnight stay. Every dog is different, so I follow each owner's instructions regarding feeding, medications, sleeping arrangements, exercise and established routines. I also pay close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, energy level and overall well-being throughout their stay. Nothing is more important to me than their safety, comfort and happiness while they're in my care. About: Cute storyyy: I was on the back road home in Bush and happen to see something very tiny, but also a huge lifted truck that hurried and stopped. I didn’t know what it was. I just know it was tiny and seemed like it didn’t know what to do or where to go so I saved it. Poor baby, it was a black kitten with a white cross on her chest, and her eyes weren’t opened yet. I don’t think she even knew what she was because next thing you know she’s on my shoulder, the smallest little parrot ever! Well Nova is what I had named her, and I can say I’m beyond thankful for our family friend that took her in, spoiling her, and giving her not just an amazing home but the best older fur sibling and family! Nova is definitely something special!💜
About: I've been a dog and cat mother for most of my life. I've cared for other animals for sometimes weeks at a time with no injuries! You can trust me with your most loved family members and with your home if needed. I can be available as needed by your pet. I am not currently working. I am happy to drive up to 60 miles each way. I would appreciate an additional gas allowance. If I keep your animal in my home, you should know that I have a Rottweiler. She is very friendly and loves other animals, but she's never been exposed to an aggressive animal. I have a cat who does not like other animals, but I will have no problems keeping her separate from your animal. I have a fenced in backyard and I enjoy walking over 10,000 steps a day so your animal has options for exercise with me.

About: I’m the 38 year mother of a 2 year old Dachshund and a 9 year old boy. We are a family of animal lovers and always love to have friends over! I spend a lot of time outside. The yard is not fenced in, but I’m at the end of a long and quiet road, nestled between the cul-de-sac and the woods. There are some neighborhood dogs and cats who wander around, visiting neighbor homes, and generally living their best life. I am working from home and have an extremely flexible schedule, so any visiting animals will get lots of attention and walks. The house has lots of dog toys strewn about. We are always having fun here. I have an unfenced yard, but we’re at the end of a quiet road on a cul-de-sac with woods surrounding. Small dogs will have access to the doggy door throughout the day. I have a fenced in yard that is designed for small dogs, a large dog would likely jump over. But it works great for the small dogs, plenty of shade, plenty of grass. I worked for Companion Animal alliance in Baton Rouge working with dogs & cats as a caretaker. I am very passionate about your fur babies & one day will open up my own business building for grooming/boarding & as new clients you would be adding to my fund for that. All you have to bring for your baby is their dog food/cat food. I am also pit bull friendly 💕 The babies I board/doggy daycare have FREE ROAM. Which means they can go as they please anywhere in my home, they can sleep with me or they can sleep on the couches or their beds, but If you prefer your baby in a kennel at night, I will respect your wishes. I only have one kennel designated just for that.. You will receive lots of pictures/videos & updates to the point where it may be a little annoying but you’ll never have to text me first checking on them. I give them lots of love! I stay home everyday with the babies, so they will get all of the attention they need. The night before pick up/drop offs, I do give them a bath, each one no matter what. I can pick your dog up or drop them off, I have never had an issues with any dogs fighting, running off or accidents. I am VERY experienced in RUNNERS, the ones who wait for you to open the door to escape. Never had a runner succeed in getting away. I can clip your babies nails & give them a little trim if need be free of charge. If your dog needs medication I can administer it to them at the times needed. Prozac, prednisone, insulin, antibiotics ect, I’m familiar with all. About: I’ve always adored pets since I was young. I’ve had many in my life from cats,dogs,and rodents. I know animals are equal beings that need treatment with special accommodations. This requires patience which is almost unlimited for me.i currently have three cats that I’ve owned since they were 3-4 months old they’re now 6. I just got rats a few weeks ago they’re girls 6-8 months old. I believe everything follows a routine dedicated to them and I have no issue aligning myself to these routines. I’m still finishing high school at the moment and I have a job. But besides managing those I’m available weekdays after 4 if I’m not scheduled to work, weekends any time I keep my babies inside as much as possible. They’re allowed to free roam outside since they’re used to that lifestyle from before. They wear flee collars, jam is allergic. I cleanse them with daily grooming and anima safe wipes or soap if necessary. They’re fed 2-3 a day with half a cup or less of cat food I do plan to change their diets eventually. When it comes to other people’s pets I treat them with nothing but love and care and always stay considerate of whatever the owner says I should know about that animal. I’m extremely against cruelty brand products so I will avoid associating or using them.

“I appreciated that Sawsan was willing to board our Welsh Corgi during the 2024 Christmas - New Year holidays. She is very experienced in caring for dogs and is straightforward about her house rules. Sawsan's residence is conveniently located in old Mandeville which makes dog walking pleasant. Additionally, she kept us updated daily and quickly responded to any message that I sent her. We love our small Welsh Corgi but unfortunately, he doesn't get many opportunities to interact a lot with other dogs. So while he was boarded, he got a chance to play with two or three other dogs in Sawsan's large clean backyard. He had such a good time playing with the other dogs, that it became a small burden for Sawsan to make him less tranquil at times. Sawsan was professional about this matter by not informing me immediately until we picked up our dog to avoid me stressing out while we were out of town. Thank you Sawsan. Nonetheless, I am grateful that Sawsan opened her doors for our dog and I highly recommend her to anyone wishing to use her services for sitting or boarding.”

About: I’ve been around and caring for dogs for as long as I can remember, and caring for animals has always been a passion of mine. My dream has always been to open a rescue of my own one day! I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds, from Yorkies to Dobermans.
