About: Hi! I’m a full time college student who’s looking to earn some extra money. Growing up on a farm, animals have been a huge part of my life and I want to continue my passion. About: I have always had animals, especially dogs growing up. I have experience with senior dogs as we have one at present. A part schnauzer, "Betty" who is very spoiled. We have been boarding/pet sitting dogs for about 3 years now. We have a very large yard, total of 7 acres, with a large portion of it fenced in. They have plenty of room to roam amd will get play time often as my children love dogs also. Someone is always at home so your furbaby wont be alone much if at all. In addition to having a love for animals, I have a passion for veterinary medicine and have been in the veterinary field for the last 13 years. My Aunt Judi has relied on me to watch her two dogs when she flies overnights. I’m responsible for feeding both of them, walking Ranger, and cleaning Bob’s litter box. We used to have gates in our old house, so Ranger wouldn’t hurt himself going down stairs. I still remember walking into the toy store, seeing a costume equipped with a stethoscope and stuffed dog, and saying to myself that I want to care for animals one day. And today, I find myself doing just that. I am now a veterinary technician and have been working in the field of veterinary medicine for about 3 years now. I am not only experienced in the basic care needs of your pets but am also skilled in ensuring their health and wellbeing while in my care. I am lucky enough to work at an animal hospital that is within minutes of my home and have the ability to go back every day during my lunch break to care for my own fur babies as well as any others that are currently in my care. About: I’ve raised my dog, Tino, since I’ve been 10! I’ve gone through all the stages from a pup to now a senior dog. I am also currently studying to become a DVM so I love all furry friends! :) I have 100+ volunteer hours at animal shelters and I currently work part time at a pet boarding facility. I’m free mostly every weekday and anytime on the weekends. I usually take pets out 3-4 times a day for potty breaks. I love every pup size and I’ll enjoy snuggling with them or running around with them! I have a fenced backyard with a super chill senior dog that would love to meet other animals. We have a very calm home so no loud noises or disruptions. I also have a crate for small to medium dogs if needed.
