“Lola, my son’s dog seemed so happy to be with Amanda…she is terrified of storms but Amanda let her sit in her lap during the worst part…very sweet lady who loves animals…we are leaving Lola again for about 8 days and are confident that she will be happy and well cared for…thanks Amanda❣️”

“Karyn’s always a great sitter for Lou! Sends plenty of updates and was so kind to work with a change of pick up time at the last minute. Lou is looking forward to staying again!”

“Our pup had an overnight stay with Allyson and her fur babies, and all went great! I felt like he was well taken care of, he had another pup to play with, Allyson provided a safe environment inside and outside her home. Our pup looked like he had a great time upon pickup. Allyson answered my questions and sent updates along the way. Will book again.”

“I boarded my dog with Megan & Jaime for the weekend, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was warm and welcoming, and she made my dog, Taj, feel right at home. Her house is beautiful and has a huge fenced-in yard—perfect for dogs to play and relax safely. She even sent me a photo of Taj lounging in the yard, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was happy and well cared for. Taj even came home with a new toy! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving place to board their dog!”

“Regan did an excellent job sitting and caring for our pups. Very respectful, well mannered and a loving and caring person to care for your fur babies. Very pleased with communication, updates and pictures as well. We will definitely choose Regan again.”

“Amanda is a wonderful pet sitter who took excellent care of our dog Romeo! Right off the bat when we first met her at meet and greet we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our dog! It was nice knowing we can leave our dog with Amanda and he would be treated like he was her dog! During our time away Amanda sent us photos of our babies having fun which was really nice 🙂 I look forward to booking Amanda again in the future!! Thanks for doing such a great job, keep up the great work!! ❤” I would definitely recommend Amanda you won’t regret it!”

“An amazing sitter. I went on a 5 day cruise and was so nervous about leaving my fur baby with anybody. Thankfully, Tenashia took my very last minute request and the experience was a 10/10. Very responsive when I checked in on him. She cared for my dog as if he were hers, and I couldn’t be happier. Super friendly, when I met her I knew my baby was in good hands. Will definitely book again.”

“Tamara did an amazing job taking care of Rico. I was very nervous, when I had to leave him, but she constantly informed me of how he was doing, and took plenty of pictures. I had a great trip , and didn’t have to worry about how Rico was doing. I recommend Tamara 100%”

About: I've been a proud pet parent to several fur babies over the years and have always been the go-to helper for family and friends. I’ve also had the joy of fostering puppies through our local rescue. I truly believe our pets are family and understand the importance of treating them with that respect. I live in Abbeville but work in Broussard so I can be available in multiple areas! I work a typical 8 to 5 full-time Monday through Friday so deoending on your location depends on when I can do walks or check-ins. My schedule can be some what flexible at times if scheduled ahead of time. If boarding, we prefer dogs be crate trained while we are at work until we get to know them and see they are okay to be left loose in the house. I have a large yard, two dogs (inside) and a cat (outside). Our pups are trained to stay in the parameters of our yard and leashed trained as well. Their crates are available if they would like to sleep in them but aren't locked often unless staying in a place that requires them to be when we travel or we have other pets with us that may require them to be.
“Heather was very nice and patient with my spoiled babies. I was a bit concern about them with their reaction to her large dogs. But she assured me they were ok and wouldn't be left alone with them. so that calmed my nerves . Heather was really nice. I book her again .”

“Jairo boarded our dog in his home while we were traveling over the weekend. He and his wife were very attentive to my dog’s needs, and treated her like their own. We received cute photo updates of her cuddled on the couch, sunning on the patio, playing with their dog, and enjoying evening walks. Jairo is very experienced and patient with dogs and is a natural at reading dog behavior and providing safety and comfort in his home. We even had a couple of meet and greets to discuss my dog’s personality ahead of the trip and to ensure my dog got along with his animals. He appropriately introduced his animals to mine, and it gave us reassurance that our dog would be in good hands. Everyone became fast friends! She was so spoiled and loved! Highly recommend Jairo and will definitely be booking again! 🐶”

“Alysha did a great job, treated Zoey like one of her family, brought her into the house with her dog and cat and let her hang out with the family and their living room and bedroom. That is always very much appreciated as it does not feel like a kennel.”

“She definitely gave me peace of mind for my furbies!!!!! And also kept me informed of their needs beforehand so I could order anything if need be. Will definitely be using her again! P.s. she even took out the trash I forgot about before I left! 🖤🖤🖤🖤🐈⬛🐈⬛🐈⬛🐈⬛”

“London was great! She was very prompt, followed all my instructions, and stayed for the full hour during each visit. She fed both of my cats their wet food, gave my older cat her asthma medication, and spent time playing with them. Would book again and recommend!”

“Alexandra took excellent care of my cat. The house was clean when I came home. She even changed the sheets, did the dishes, and cleaned the entire litter box area. I felt very comfortable having her care for my fur baby. I knew the house and cat were in her capable and caring hands, so I was able to not worry about leaving. She was wonderful.”

About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for cats and other animals. While I was stationed at Fort Polk, I often cared for fellow Soldiers’ cats while they were away on leave, during the holidays, or attending training. Since I stayed in Louisiana after buying my home, I was happy to help by feeding their cats, cleaning litter boxes, refreshing their water, spending time playing with them, and making sure they were comfortable and well cared for until their owners returned. I understand that every cat has a unique personality, whether they are playful, shy, or independent. I am CPR certified, dependable, physically fit, and committed to providing a calm, clean, and safe environment. I will treat your cat with the same love, patience, and care that I give my own rescue animals, so you can have peace of mind while you are away.

About: Hi! I'm Maria, and I live in Carencro. I offer a cozy, peaceful home with a fully fenced yard for comfort and safety. I've had dogs my whole life, and in recent years I've been educating myself through courses and reading about canine health, training, and behavior. For over ten years, I've been a trusted caregiver for friends and family, especially for small dogs. Here's what your dog will find here: • A safe, fenced yard for quick potty breaks and sunbathing (under supervision) • A calm, chaos-free indoor environment — perfect for lap dogs, seniors, and puppies • Plenty of couch cuddles, patience, and an established routine • Dogs who need space can rest in a cozy, separate area without any pressure to play • Daily updates with photos and videos I know every dog is different, so I stick to the routine they have at home. I'd love to meet your best friend! I work 4 to 6 hours a day; the rest of the time, I am at home. I always take them out to the yard before I leave, and I make sure they have food and water. When I return, I take them out to the yard again, and we go for a walk, following our established routine. They usually stay indoors, except for morning and evening walks and bathroom breaks in the fenced yard, which last approximately 30 minutes, three times a day. The dogs eat according to a schedule set by the owner, and they have the freedom to move freely around the house and lie down wherever they want. I have a medium-sized mixed-breed dog who usually ignores other dogs and sometimes plays with them if he likes them.

“Tabitha took great care of Athena. She was excited to return the 2nd day, and really enjoyed being treated as one of the family. I appreciate the flexibility and the devotion Tabitha showed.”

I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages, seniors, and those who need a little extra patience. You can count on me to be reliable, communicative, and respectful of your home. I also provide regular updates and photos so you always know your pet is happy and in good hands. My goal is simple: to give your pet the same love and care they get from you. I’m currently working a part time job but when I’m not working I love to play with animals and giving them affection. And I love helping out. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment where they can feel comfortable and relaxed. I follow their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, playtime, and rest. I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, while also respecting their individual personalities and needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining the pet’s normal routine to reduce stress. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding, walks, litter box or potty care, and any special needs like medication. I treat your home with respect and keep everything clean and organized. In both settings, I prioritize safety, consistency, and communication. I provide regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing, and I’m always attentive to any changes in behavior or health.

About: I bring 15+ years of professional experience in crisis intervention and behavioral health to every dog in my care — which means I’m especially good at reading stress, anxiety, and behavioral cues that other sitters might miss. I live on a spacious rural property with two resident dogs of my own, plenty of room to run, and XL crates set up for large and giant breeds. I’m confident and calm handling big, strong dogs, and I treat every pup like part of the family while they’re with me. Whether your dog needs a quiet, structured space or some extra patience working through anxiety, I’ve got both the background and the room to make it happen. I work a full-time job during the week, but pet care is built into my daily routine — mornings before work and evenings after are dedicated to walks, feeding, and playtime. I’m fully available for boarding and daycare on weekends, and since I live on-site at my property full-time, dogs in my care are never left alone for long stretches. Because my schedule is steady and predictable, your dog gets consistent care at the same times every day — not rushed, last-minute visits. My property is rural and spacious, giving dogs plenty of room to roam safely away from traffic and busy streets. I have two friendly, well-socialized resident dogs who are used to welcoming new dogs into the pack. For dogs who need crate time or a calmer introduction, I have XL crates set up specifically for large and giant breeds. With 15+ years of professional experience in behavioral health and crisis intervention, I’m trained to catch stress and anxiety cues early — so small issues get handled before they become big ones.
About: I've been blessed to foster more than 20 dogs over the past couple of years. I know training basics, have a big backyard, and currently have two of my own dogs who love to play. I am currently not working so I am free the majority of the time. This allows there to be little to no crating required during the day. I have a large fenced in backyard for free play and zoomies. Inside I have dog beds and toys and a lap for cuddling. My two dogs are friendly and have had plenty of exposure to other dogs through my fostering.

About: Your fur babies deserve the royal treatment, which is exactly what they get with me! I have hands-on experience working as a Veterinary Tech, with my roots going all the way back to sudsing up pups as a bather and kennel tech. I even built my own boarding haven, Elsie’s Boarding and Spa, in loving memory of my late partner Justin and my sweet rescue pup, Elsie. When your pets are with me, you can relax knowing they’re safe, spoiled, and loved like family. My daily schedule is dedicated to pet care, giving me plenty of availability outside of my children's school drop-off and pick-up hours. Because of this routine, I can offer consistent check-ins, daytime visits, and flexible drop-off or pick-up windows to easily fit your needs. With years of hands-on experience in veterinary care and animal wellness, pet safety is always my highest priority. I have handled everything from routine bathing and coat care to assisting in surgical procedures. You can have complete peace of mind knowing your pet is in experienced, attentive, and loving hands.
About: I’ve been caring for animals my entire life and currently share my home with three dogs and three cats of my own. Animals have always been central to my life, and I understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. In addition to lifelong pet ownership, I have extensive experience in dog rescue. At one point I was actively caring for and rehabilitating 14 dogs at once, working with animals from a variety of backgrounds, temperaments, and medical needs. That experience taught me patience, strong observation skills, and how to quickly recognize changes in behavior or health. I’m comfortable caring for pets at every life stage — energetic puppies and kittens, adult animals with established routines, and seniors who need extra time and compassion. I also have hands-on experience with special needs pets, including administering medications, maintaining detailed care schedules, and assisting animals with mobility challenges. Most recently, I cared for a senior pit bull with hind-end weakness who required lifting assistance to stand and walk, along with consistent medication management. Providing calm, steady support for pets who need extra help is something I truly enjoy. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine familiar and low-stress while providing dependable care, lots of affection, and clear communication so you always know how things are going at home. I treat every pet as if they were my own and provide regular photo and message updates so you always know your pet is safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I currently work part-time as a work-from-home contractor, which allows me a very flexible schedule and makes it easy to adapt my day around pet care needs. Because I’m home much of the time, I’m able to provide consistent attention, regular check-ins, and reliable care throughout the day. I plan my schedule around the pets I’m caring for to ensure feeding times, walks, medication schedules, and companionship needs are met without disruption. Whether it’s short visits, overnight stays, or extended care, I’m able to adjust my routine to prioritize your pet’s comfort and consistency. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is maintaining their normal routine and environment as closely as possible to reduce stress. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walk routines, medication needs, and any specific behavioral or medical guidelines. I approach each home with respect and responsibility, keeping things clean, secure, and exactly as I found them. I understand the importance of trust when someone is caring for both your pets and your space, and I communicate regularly so you always know how things are going. With experience caring for animals of all ages—including rescues, seniors, and pets with special medical needs—I’m comfortable adapting to whatever level of care is required. My goal is always to provide calm, attentive care so your pets feel safe, understood, and well cared for in your absence.

I take pride in going above and beyond to ensure the happiness and well-being of every pet I care for. 🐾 I’m currently not working at the time, so I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your fur babies while you are away! Let me know how many times they need to checked on at your home and I will take care of the rest! While you are away, I will be coming to your house to check on your pets as many times as they need. When I am with your pets I will make sure they are comfortable, much loved, and very well fed!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for most of my life and have experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Growing up around animals and pet sitting for friends and family from a young age gave me a strong foundation in providing safe, reliable, and loving care. I have experience caring for puppies, senior pets, and everything in between, including feeding, walking, administering medications, and providing companionship while owners are away. I understand that every pet has unique needs and routines, and I take pride in following instructions carefully to help pets feel comfortable and secure. As the owner of a reactive and anxious Labradoodle and a strong-willed Golden Retriever mix, I have firsthand experience working with dogs that require extra patience, awareness, and positive reinforcement. I’m familiar with clicker training techniques, leash reactivity management, and creating calm, positive experiences during walks and visits. Whether your pet needs exercise, attention, medication, or simply a friendly face while you’re away, I’ll treat them with the same care and respect I give my own pets.

“We recommend Laurie to anyone that ever asks about a pet sitter. Our boy loves his “vacations” at Laurie’s. We have never been able to leave him and feel 100% sure he’s in good hands enjoying his time other than with her. She also sends pictures and videos often!!”

“Tamara did an amazing job taking care of Rico. I was very nervous, when I had to leave him, but she constantly informed me of how he was doing, and took plenty of pictures. I had a great trip , and didn’t have to worry about how Rico was doing. I recommend Tamara 100%”

“Heather was very nice and patient with my spoiled babies. I was a bit concern about them with their reaction to her large dogs. But she assured me they were ok and wouldn't be left alone with them. so that calmed my nerves . Heather was really nice. I book her again .”

“Jahzah is amazing! She provided regular updates with the cutest photos, which gave me a piece of mine while I was away. My dog was clearly happy and well cared for. I will definitely take my dog back to her. I felt like my dog was truly on vacation as well! :)”

“Wonderful! Abby provided a warm, clean, and loving space for our Scout to spend a couple of days while our son was getting married. Pics and updates sent. Definitely recommend and we will continue to check with Abby first when we need!”

“She was great. We have 4 cats, youngest being about 3 months, oldest being 18. Their personalities range as far as their age. Even our big scaredy cat came around to her. 100% recommend, and would book again if needed.”

“Rana took great care of my baby over the weekend while I was out of town! She was attentive to Cher’s needs and communicated any concerns she had. I loved the pictures she sent and commentary of Cher’s stay :)”
