“Regan was absolutely amazing with Archer. He is a senior Dachshund and can be a little unsure in new places, but she went above and beyond to make him feel safe, comfortable and cared for during his very first overnight stay. She was patient, gentile and very attentive to his needs. It’s such a relief to find someone who understands and loves older pups. I’m grateful for the peace of mind she gave me and all the pictures she sent during his stay.”

“Anna was the perfect person to care for our girls. Puppies are hard. Two puppies are even harder but she Rocked it. I wrote instructions for her and she followed them to the ‘T’ even using our ‘command words’. She even set in the floor cuddling them during a storm to calm her fears I will definitely use her again.”

“Kirsten W. thank you so much for the care and attention you provided to William. William is part of my family and I appreciate that you made him feel welcomed into your family. He enjoyed playing with you and your son. We look forward to his next visit! Thank you and your whole family!”

“Tyler took extra special care of our dogs Louie and Rizzo. He was very attentive and was great at communicating the whole time they were with him. We will definitely be booking with Tyler again.”

Depending on your location, I am also able to do lunch time drop ins! I am easily adaptable to your pets needs in home and outside. My goal is to make visits and transitions as seamless as possible for your pets; what works for you is what's best for me! About: I’ve been very hands on with dogs for years, including raising and caring for my own pitbull, so I’m comfortable with all breeds and sizes especially larger, high energy dogs. I’m patient, attentive, and good at reading a dog’s personality and body language. I can also help reinforce basic habits like potty routines, leash manners, and calm behavior for younger dogs. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they always know how their pet is doing. I plan my days around feeding times, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and making sure pets get plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m consistent with routines and make sure pets are supervised and comfortable. I provide a calm, safe, and stress-free environment where pets can relax and feel at home. I have a fenced backyard for safe outdoor time and always supervise pets during walks, playtime, and interactions with other dogs. I also have a smart camera in my home so I can keep an eye on pets if I step out briefly. For added safety and comfort, pets can be kenneled if needed or preferred by the owner.

“Loralei did drop in visits 2 x day for 5 days for my 3 pups . Charlie is not particularly fond of people and I was a little nervous about how he’d react but by the end of the second day she had won him over and he followed her outside along with the other 2. She also fed my fish and put bird seed in my feeder every morning. She communicated concerns and reassured me all was well . I recommend her and I will use her again in the future !”

“Alexa has been everything we needed in a pet sitter! It was our first time away on an extended vacation, and my nerves and guilt were through the roof! It didn’t take long for me to see how much my cat adores Alexa and was doing perfectly fine without us. AND! We’ve received some of the best pictures of our cat that we’ve ever had! Thank you, Alexa! As long as you are available, we will always book you.”

“I was nervous to leave my quirky dogs with a stranger, but Tyler quickly put my pets and me at ease. He took the dogs on a walk early on, to make them feel at home. He has a large, secure backyard, that the dogs loved. He let the pets be part of his day and provided good feedback about the pups. Thanks Tyler!”

About: I’ve been a dog and cat lover for as long as I can remember and understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pet. My goal is to make your furry family member feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I live on a spacious half-acre lot in a quiet neighborhood, giving dogs plenty of room to run, explore, and play. My home features a large doggy door, so your pup can easily go outside whenever they want. Whether your dog enjoys playtime, belly rubs, or simply lounging around, they’ll receive plenty of attention and care throughout their stay. I share my home with Jake, my friendly yellow Labrador Retriever. He’s very laid-back, loves other animals, and is happy to welcome new friends. To provide a calm, personalized experience, I only accept one client family at a time. This means your pet won’t have to adjust to a house full of unfamiliar dogs and will receive my full attention. For everyone’s safety, I have young children in the home and can only accept dogs that are friendly and non-aggressive around people and other animals (no pitbulls or pitbull mixes). I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I am home most of the week. I also have two kids that are animal lovers. I’m able to adjust to whatever routine your pet is used to. My kids have learned to respect animals’ boundaries. Your pet will be enjoying the comforts of being inside or outside of the house and get lots of attention.

About: Hi there amazing pet parents! I'm a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. Since I was a teenager, neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets. Professionally, I’ve worked at several kennels, volunteered at Tangi Humane Society & been a foster mom for Cajun Tails Rescue, worked at Hammond Veterinary Services, and I’m currently with Hickory Small Animal Hospital as I am also pursuing veterinary technician license. I look forward to meeting you and your pets and providing them with the love and care they deserve! 💕 Pet care is a natural part of my daily life—it’s something I’ve built my schedule around for years. Whether it’s morning walks, mealtime routines, training sessions, or evening playtime, caring for animals is second nature to me. Since I work in a veterinary setting and have pets of my own, I’m constantly engaged in caring for animals both professionally and personally. It’s not just a job for me—it’s a lifestyle I love and live every day. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, my top priority is making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. In my home, pets are treated like family—they have plenty of space to play, relax, and enjoy companionship with my own friendly dogs. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, medication, exercise, and any special instructions you provide. When caring for pets in your home, I work to maintain their normal routine to reduce stress while you’re away. I respect your space and make sure everything is clean and tidy when you return. I provide regular updates, photos, and am always just a message away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, snuggles, or specialized care, I tailor each visit to your pet’s individual needs.

About: Hey y’all, I’m Holly! I’m a full-time dog sitter, boarding host, and obedience trainer living the farm life just outside the city. About 15 years ago, I traded the hustle and bustle for more space, privacy, and a dog-centered lifestyle—and now my partner Isaac and I have built our home around exactly that. We offer boarding and daytime playgroups in a secure, home-based setting with the amenities you’d expect from a large boarding facility, but with the comfort, attention, and personal care of a private home. Our farmhouse sits on a securely fenced acre, giving dogs room to safely play, explore, decompress, and enjoy their stay. Dogs are truly life here. In addition to boarding and training, I serve as the Program Director of a New Orleans-based dog rescue specializing in high-medical-need dogs. Because of that, I’m very comfortable administering medications, injections, fluids, specialty diets, and handling dogs who need extra patience or experience. I also have trusted veterinarians on speed dial should anything urgent ever come up. I have extensive experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities—from feral strays and high-drive working breeds to seniors, puppies, tiny Poodles, nervous dogs, and everything in between. Baths, light grooming, crate routines, structured play, and special care instructions are all no problem. Basic obedience training packages are also available for dogs who could use a little extra polish during their stay. You're welcome and encouraged to take a look at our reviews - we pride ourselves on giving stellar care! If you’re looking for a safe, experienced, dog-savvy home where your pup will be treated like one of our own, we’d love to welcome them! I board dogs professionally from my home, so caring for them is part of my everyday routine — not something I squeeze in around another job. During the day, I run supervised playgroups in our secure yard and rotate dogs based on size, age, energy level, and personality. High-energy dogs get room to play, seniors get a calmer pace, and shy or sensitive dogs are given time to settle in comfortably. Everyone receives structured playtime, potty breaks, meals, treats, rest time, and plenty of individual attention throughout the day. Our farmhouse sits on 3.5 securely fenced acres, tucked away from busy streets and set up with dogs in mind. This is a dog-centered home with plenty of space, toys, enrichment, and safe areas for both play and rest. Dogs are always supervised and thoughtfully matched with appropriate playmates. I take introductions, group dynamics, feeding routines, medications, and individual needs seriously so every dog can feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during their stay.
“It was our first time using Rover and Nicole put me at ease throughout our communications and sent some lovely images throughout the day. Kenny was exhausted when we got him home, which is always a good sign - very happy with our first experience with Rover!”

About: I have a standard size golden doodle and he is so affectionate so i know how it feels to leave your dog somewhere but here my goal is to provide the best at home care for your doodle/poodle. I have had a lot of trouble finding a suitable place for him because he doesn't love to be in the crate, he needs love all the time and want to be involved in everything as a family so if your dog is similar, i am the perfect match. i work from home and i dont believe in ever leaving my dog alone at home so basically i am always home to take care of your fur baby. I have a fenced yard and a standard size happy golden doodle to give company to your doodle/poodle. We have a free roaming environment at home with lots of backyard fetch and other games but can-do crate if you need. i dont like the idea of leaving my dog in the boarding day cares available because my dog doesnt feel comfortable and i dont either so i give a free home like environment with the air conditioned always running and me always availble at home. Hypoallergenic and friendly dogs only.
About: I’ve always had a love for animals. I’ve cared for my families dogs as a child, and my own dogs when I got older with the addition of my daughters dog. I’ve always had a mutual connection with them and cared for them like my own children. I’m all about enriching the lives of pets and their families by providing excellent pet care, peace of mind, trust and security. Nurturing the inseparable bond between a person and their 'furbaby' by enriching their relationship with love. I have a pretty open availability schedule and will try to accommodate your requests to the best of my ability depending on timing and distance. I currently do not have any dogs at my house, so they can enjoy all my attention and playtime. I also have a nice backyard that they can play and run around in. When doing a dog service at the pets home I like to get familiar with them so they can feel comfortable and be their usual sweet selves!

I also walk my dogs or let them play inside with some toys. Depending on your pet and your instructions for your pet, I’ll make sure that your pet and you as well feel comfortable with things. If it’s a client’s home then whatever instructions are given I’ll make sure to go by!
About: I grew up on a farm, had lots of dogs, cats, and all sorts of other animals to care for. As an adult, I’ve had quite a few cats, and I’m the current owner of three small dogs. I am currently working from home. Travel once a month. So I have plenty of time to check on the babies, play with them outside, and give them occasional treats. I have a fenced in yard that is designed for small dogs, a large dog would likely jump over. But it works great for the small dogs, plenty of shade, plenty of grass. And in the house, I have an abundance of pet beds, and blankies.

About: Animals have always been the center of my world, and I truly can’t imagine life without them. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to care for just about every kind of pet, from bouncy puppies and cuddly kittens to gentle seniors who just need a little extra patience and love. I also have experience with training and even dog showing, which taught me the importance of consistency, communication, and building trust with every animal. More than anything, I believe every pet deserves kindness, attention, and to feel like part of the family, so when they’re with me, that’s exactly what they’ll get. I am currently working part time and have some extra time to offer my services that i haven’t been able to recently. I only work a few hours mid day so i can take on just about any animals! About: All the Doggies sleep with me in my bed! They are allowed on furniture & anywhere they’d like to be comfortable. I worked for Companion Animal alliance in Baton Rouge working with dogs & cats as a caretaker. I mobile groom for people around the Livingston parish area & I’m well known on the nextdoor app. I have a bunch of references! I am very passionate about your fur babies & one day will open up my own business building for grooming/boarding & as new clients you would be adding to my fund for that. It has been my life long dream to accomplish this one day & I am going to keep working towards that. I want to expand this business into something much bigger & for people to feel at ease with leaving your babies in the care of someone who will love them unconditionally. All you have to bring for your baby is their dog food/cat food. I have dog/cat bowls, leashes, toys, puppy pads, litter boxes, litter, cat toys, cat/dog beds, ( I supply dog treats ) I do not put the babies in kennels unless instructed to do so by you if you bring your own. At bed time I put on relaxing music for the dogs to calm down & sleep, heating pads for cold nights, lots of blankets & beds. Any of their comfort items I would suggest bring with them. I do live in a new trailer, lots of room for your babies to roam & play! non smoker. I have experience with large dogs to small dogs, senior dogs & ones with bad anxiety or kennel aggressive ect. I also have experience with birds, especially parrots. I know how to handle in any situation when it comes to different behaviors from animals. I am also pit bull friendly 💕 The babies I board/doggy daycare have FREE ROAM. Which means they can go as they please anywhere in my home, they can sleep with me or they can sleep on the couches or their beds, but If you prefer your baby in a kennel at night, I will respect your wishes. I only have one kennel designated just for that.. You will receive lots of pictures/videos & updates to the point where it may be a little annoying but you’ll never have to text me first checking on them. I give them lots of love! I stay home everyday with the babies, so they will get all of the attention they need. The night before pick up/drop offs, I do give them a bath, each one no matter what. I can pick your dog up or drop them off, I have never had an issues with any dogs fighting, running off or accidents. I am VERY experienced in RUNNERS, the ones who wait for you to open the door to escape. Never had a runner succeed in getting away. I can clip your babies nails & give them a little trim if need be free of charge. If your dog needs medication I can administer it to them at the times needed. Prozac, prednisone, insulin, antibiotics ect, I’m familiar with all. Thank you for taking the time to read this & hopefully you have found the right sitter for your baby/babies. 🐶 I bring the babies to the dog park twice a week along with water treats & toys. I can manage 5 at a time ( leashed ) I do have a fenced in yard with a doggy pool, it’s covered & has pet turf. Lots of room for your baby to play!! This is what I do for a living! I eat breathe & sleep doggies. I stay home full time & when I say full time it’s me & the pups home everyday. I LOVE & taking care of your 4 legged sweetie pies, when you book with me it will allow me to continue to care for the fur babies & accomplish my life long dream to open up a bigger place to care for more. 💕 I truly appreciate repeat customers, but with inflation the way that it is, the cost of gas being so high, I had to make the difficult decision to raise my prices up to $2 more since last year. I understand if you choose to look elsewhere for services, but I hope that you choose to continue to use me. & for new clients ❤️ I have a small male dachshund that gets along with animals & kids very well! I am 100% committed to your pets to make them & you comfortable with my services. I treat my clients babies just like I would my baby!

About: I love being engaged and active with each and every fur baby I’m blessed to watch. I love seeing their individual personalities blossom and grow! I can travel if needed. I create my schedule around my clients wants and needs. I try my best to be as flexible as possible because life happens to all of us. I am very willing to travel beyond the 60 mile radius allowed. I make sure to stay on any established schedule they may have and make sure that each and every one has the love and affection they so deserve.
About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life—I grew up with them until I left for college and couldn’t bring them with me. I know how to handle both puppies, with all their energy and training needs, and senior dogs who just need patience and comfort. I’m reliable, I’ll treat your dog like my own, and I’ll always keep you updated so you know they’re happy and cared for. I have a full time job but I’m a college soccer coach so I have a lot of flexibility and places I can bring the pups. I’m basically alyss free I grew up in a super clean and disciplined household where home meant everything. Because of that, I’ve always been big on keeping things neat and taking care of a space like it’s my own. When I’m in someone’s home, I make sure it stays tidy, organized, and safe while I’m also caring for their pets. I know how important it is to come back to a house that feels the same way you left it—if not better. So while the pets get plenty of love, attention, and routine, I’m also looking out for the home itself.

“Kirsten W. thank you so much for the care and attention you provided to William.

I treat pets like they’re my own and focus on making them feel comfortable, safe, and cared for instead of just “watching” them. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality and adjust to what they need, whether that’s extra playtime, reassurance, structure, or space.

“Darcy took such great care of our 110 pound St Bernard mix. She sent pictures and updates frequently, she offered to bathe him, and he was happy when we came to pick him up. I accidentally mixed up which date we would return and she was flexible and able to keep him an extra night. I absolutely recommend Darcy and would rebook with her.”
