In the past, we put him in a couple of different kennels with mixed results, but never felt comfortable. This vacation we left him with Kirsten. We received photos everyday. Prince was loved, walked, and cared for by her entire family. When we used kennels in the past, it would take Prince several days to get back to normal. About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. My father has owned and operated a dog training/boarding business for over 14 years, and I grew up helping him with the daily care and responsibilities that come with working with dogs. I currently work part time as a kennel technician at Hickory Small Animal Hospital in Ponchatoula, where I help care for pets staying in the boarding facility. This experience has made me comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities, routines, and individual needs. I also have extensive experience with horses and regularly help care for horses and assist with barn responsibilities for several owners. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets. I strive to provide dependable, attentive, and loving care while making sure every animal feels safe and comfortable while their owner is away. I am a college student with a flexible schedule, which allows me to make pet care a priority. I also work part time, but I am able to plan my schedule around bookings and make sure each pet gets the time, attention, and care they deserve. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have a fenced in yard where dogs can safely play and get plenty of outside time. I also have a friendly dog of my own who can provide some company and playtime! I am always happy to follow each owner’s preferences and routines to make sure their pet feels as comfortable and at home as possible.
About: I have grown up with dogs of all kinds but specifically medium to larger dogs like labradors, huskies, and German shepherds. I have been dog sitting ever since I was 14. Family, friends, and others. I have experience in dog sitting, walking and running with them, feeding, and bathing them as well. I have helped take care of many puppies and senior dogs too! I am a college student so I am pretty much free anytime outside of class which is generally anytime before 9 and after 4. I have multiple breaks throughout the day though, so I can walk, feed, or just check in on the pups when needed. I usually just ask how my clients interact with their dogs and do the same. Like where the dogs are allowed to go in the house or outside of it, any command words that they use often, how often they need exercise, etc. I have a lot of experience with different dogs and different dog owners so it looks different depending on the household.

About: -13 yrs of experience watching family and friend's pets -experience with all types of dogs including elderly and special needs -experience in walking, feeding, taking out, etc. -experience giving dogs medicine daily and special feeding per owners instructions I'm very available inbetween jobs. About: I have 2 dogs that are 6 & 7 years old who are my very best friends! In addition to my favorite girls, I have also helped care for the pet of friends and family who have been out of town or away at work, and have experience working with dogs from 6 weeks old to 10 years old! About: I’m the 38 year mother of a 2 year old Dachshund and a 9 year old boy. We are a family of animal lovers and always love to have friends over! I spend a lot of time outside. The yard is not fenced in, but I’m at the end of a long and quiet road, nestled between the cul-de-sac and the woods. There are some neighborhood dogs and cats who wander around, visiting neighbor homes, and generally living their best life. I am working from home and have an extremely flexible schedule, so any visiting animals will get lots of attention and walks. The house has lots of dog toys strewn about. We are always having fun here. I have an unfenced yard, but we’re at the end of a quiet road on a cul-de-sac with woods surrounding. Small dogs will have access to the doggy door throughout the day. In addition to my dachshund August, there are many neighborhood dogs who wander and like to play together.

About: I have been around many different kinds of animals. Family and friends have always been able to rely on me to take care of the animals with my who heart and soul. I work part-time at a restaurant and i work mainly in the mornings and some nights. Usually only to 10-3 or 5-10. So I don’t work a whole lot. Within my clients home their animals will be given the best belly rubs and pets I can give. I will do everything with the best of my ability.
